A haunted photo. A cursed stage. A mid-life ghost photographer forced to solve a crime before the final curtain call.

Single mum and reluctant psychic witch Liv Seven already has plenty to juggle—two kids to wrangle, a fledgling theatre to launch, and a tangle of magical family secrets to unknot. But when the leading lady of Twelfth Night drops dead during rehearsal, whispers of a centuries-old theatre curse sweep through the postcard-pretty village of Fairwyck.

Liv isn’t buying mere superstition—especially not after a ghostly figure materialises in her promotional photos. Someone or something desperately wants to be seen. With reincarnated Great-Aunt Ethel now inhabiting a temperamental marmalade cat, intuitive children, and a chorus of witchy relatives alternating between helpful and hilarious, Liv begins her own investigation.

As opening night looms and “accidents” multiply, she senses a sinister presence waiting in the wings. To safeguard her family, her theatre, and herself, Liv must wield the magic in her blood—and confront the ghosts that refuse to rest.

Can she expose the murderer before the spotlight fades to black?

Click, Curse, Corpse is the spellbinding second book in the Ghost Photographer Paranormal Cozy Mystery series. If you crave witty sleuths, heart-warming family chaos, and a dash of supernatural sass, you’ll love Felicity Green’s latest whodunnit.

I thought this was another cute and cozy murder mystery. I did think that this one has a little more grit and scary moments than the previous one, which I appreciated, but what is up with the old ladies being at the center of it all?!? I’m seeing a trend here!

I liked the overlap of the curse and how the people who did it used it but am curious if because it wasn’t on opening night, like the curse states, if the ghost just took advantage of the situation (once you read that’ll make sense) or if this actually was all apart of the curse and the ghost was that influential. It mentioned it slightly but wished it would’ve been more explicitly stated.

Overall, fun book, and series for that matter, and with the ending I’m curious how that will tie together with Liv’s new found power and freedom.

I received an ARC of this book, which does not affect my review. Thank you to the author and Booksirens for the chance to read this book.

Having already got to know Liv and her backstory in book 1, this next book feels like a warm hug, back with the characters I remember from the first. Now Liv is deep in work at a local theatre and her two kids, Audrey and Blake, are closer to her. I was so happy about that! The last book I remember starting off rocky with Audrey and Blake, going through their own things and struggling with the move and shift in life, but now we see close ties between Liv and her kids, and they are just as curious as Liv when it comes to investigating ghostly mysteries. Especially Audrey, who is quite like Liv! I always love haunted theaters or theaters with bad luck. There are many superstitions surrounding theaters, deaths onstage, and the like, and weaving it into the plot of Click, Curse, Corpse was grand! It kind of becomes a ‘murder’ mystery, superstition/witchy mix-up, and man I loved it. I found myself more immersed in this book than I was in the first. Maybe it was because I already knew the characters, so there was less time spent catching up on the details and I felt like I already knew Liv’s history. But there are still new characters to meet and new mysteries to untangle, and I found myself so curious what was going to happen!

There were some moments where I had to set aside some disbelief like the explanation about Maud’s death, but I also put in perspective that there were curses going on that targeted leading ladies with props, so it made that a little more believable! Regardless I just loved the atmosphere in this book. I also love how Liv is coming into her own with her exploration of her witch side in addition to her own family history, including her Great Aunt Ethel who just might not be…. Human anymore!

This addition to the series retains the same cozy fantasy feeling I think of when I imagine cool autumn days curled up inside, reading while it is foggy outside. I think that even though this book could technically be read on its own, it’s nice to have some insights about the characters already in your head. I think that was a big reason why I liked this book more than the first, was it felt like it got to the mystery quicker and had more of a flow I felt was a bit missing in the first. However, the things that made the first book strong on the other hand are retained here: the characters, especially Liv and her kids, and the other members of the cast we meet both in the theater and otherwise. Fairwyck itself continues to be a place of much heart, the kind of town I imagine when I think of movies like Hocus Pocus almost! The setting is a major strength across both books, and as I mentioned earlier, I fell in love with the theatrical undertones of superstition, curses, and how it all ties back to Liv and her abilities.

Thus far this series has been one of coziness and great heart, but also a more costly and witchy side. If you enjoy following characters who are likable, a mysterious cast of townspeople where you never truly know what you are going to get, witches/curses/powers, and some ghostly mystery, this is right up your alley. I do enjoy both returning to authors I’ve already read, in part because I get to see how they evolve, and return to familiar storytelling, but I also like returning to stories. Like many other readers, I’m a re-reader, and also a mood reader, and this book if not the series (but especially this book) is something I plan to return to as late summer and early fall rolls around, my favorite time of year! The atmosphere is my favorite part and I can’t wait to immerse myself in it once more.

Already established is this series ,though in its infancy being book two ,that’s how I see Felicity Green’s brilliant work. Wouldn’t you? The first book was so good ,I was on tenterhooks for this , such bliss too,I’m telling you! It’s the chef’s kiss. With Marmalade the cat having her reincarnated Great Aunt Ethel, her two intuitive children Bailey and Aubrey and a fledgling theatre still getting off the ground, the scene is set the stage is ready but there’s something occur to make Liv Seven the ghost photographer more than unsteady besides the family’s magical secrets she’s got in a knot with. Her leading lady in the Twelfth Night play drops down dead causing dismay and dread at rehearsal causing a great cast dispersal. When a ghostly figure does appear in her promotional photos she’s certainly not buying the rumours and hype of picturesque village of Fairwyck’s residents regarding a curse on her beloved theatre going back centuries. She and a friend re-opened after the theatre’s many incidents caused it to close in the past . Liv is determined that history will not repeat as long as she’s in the hot-seat dang and blast. With her trusty cat/ Great Aunt Ethel and a few close friends she’s got to comprehend what’s going on when other accidents occur on set ,it’s no good just getting upset she must discover the person/persons who’s causing harm and confront the ghosts that refuse to rest. There’s a pull between helpful and sinister with these ghosts at unrest but they do help out at her behest. New characters and old make for an excellently instant immersion into her world and what Liv has going on , her children play their part with their own gifts ..But it’s Liv who must conjure the magic lying in her blood and protect her family by golly she would. There’s humour and fun as well as the occasional pun that is spun and weaved so well . Felicity Green always has me in her spell when she writes ,so vivid are the scenes and situations and the comedy banter, the cosy atmosphere and magical air almost makes me want to go there! The storytelling is mightily compelling to read with greed and gusto . And the storyline is divine if you must know .

“Click, Curse, Corpse”, the second installment in Felicity Green’s “Ghost Photographer Cozy Mystery Series”, not only met but exceeded my expectations. This captivating sequel plunges readers back into the supernatural world of Liv, a Seven Witch whose unique gift allows her to see ghosts through her camera lens. Driven by a sense of duty, she helps these lingering spirits uncover the reasons behind their unrest and guides them toward peace, often finding herself entangled in unresolved crimes along the way.
This time, the mystery strikes close to home when a shocking death occurs onstage at the Fairwyck Theatre, which Liv co-owns. The tragedy reawakens rumours of an old curse, one severe enough to have shut the theatre down years ago, until Liv and her friend revived it. Now, with another life lost, Liv is determined to solve the murder, aided (and occasionally thwarted) by a benevolent resident ghost and a more sinister resident ghost.
The pacing is impeccable, with relentless twists that kept me eagerly turning pages. Having been introduced to the series’ vibrant cast in the first book, I loved seeing familiar faces return, especially Liv’s children, Blake and Audrey, whose burgeoning magical abilities add depth to the story. The extended family’s established gifts also play a key role in unraveling the mystery, making the investigative process a delightful ensemble effort.
Beyond the central whodunit, Green deftly weaves in themes of betrayal, jealousy, love, and the enduring bonds of family, elevating this cozy mystery into a richer, more emotionally resonant read. While “Click, Curse, Corpse” works perfectly as a standalone, my prior knowledge of the characters’ backstories deepened my connection to the story, so I’d highly recommend starting with the first book for maximum enjoyment.
A spellbinding blend of supernatural intrigue, clever sleuthing, and heartfelt relationships, this book is a must-read for paranormal cozy mystery fans. I absolutely loved it!

The opportunity to manage and co-own the old Fairwyck Theatre is too good for Liz Seven to miss. With the tumultuous start to a fresh beginning in England behind them, the Seven family is ready to embrace life. A production of Twelfth Night is set to hit the stage when the theatre's past raises its grim head. A curse causing the leading ladies of each presentation to lose their lives spectacularly during the opening night performance manifests early. During a dress rehearsal, a mishap ends the dreams of an unliked, but talented actress. With the threat of her livelihood on the line, Liz must delve into the side of the investigation that the police cannot touch, the murky side of the paranormal.

Felicity Green has built a marvellous world in Fairwyck. The juxtaposition of the modern world nestles neatly alongside that of a spooky ghost realm. When I review a paranormal mystery, even if it's a cosy one, I often write a disclaimer stating: this is not my preferred type of reading. I have not had to invoke that with this series. It is so believable, so rationally real that even I, with my scepticism, am happy to embrace it.

The characters in the Ghost Photographer Mysteries are authentic. Truly. I meet people like these in the street every day. And their quirks, even the negative ones, make them incredibly real and stir empathy. Such a rich world.

What can I say about the mystery itself? I adore stories with a historical twist, and this one plays into my taste with a vengeance. Beyond that preference, the conclusion was unexpected, wonderfully unpredictable. I certainly didn't guess the murderer's identity, nor the finale's conclusion.

At the end of my review for the first story in this series, I hoped for the swift arrival of the next book. Again, I must express this wish. I cannot wait to see where the author takes us next.

Thank you to Felicity Green and BookSirens for the opportunity to read this digital ARC. My opinions are my own, honest and true.

***This is an ARC provided by Book Sirens. All opinions are my own.***

Click, Curse, Corpse by Felicity Green is a book about a woman with a very specific supernatural gift. She is able to take pictures of fully-formed ghosts. Each member of her family also have niche powers, which all complement each other to some degree. This is the second book in a series.

Our heroine has become a partner in rebuilding a local theater. Not only does she find it haunted, but a murder occurs on stage. Can she solve the murder and the haunting in time for opening night?
The idea if a very singular and limited power is a new one in this genre, at least for me. It keeps the character from becoming conveniently more powerful during the story. She must rely on others and her own wiles to solve the mystery and survive the haunting…and the murderer. There are aspects of theater life used to great effect, though I can’t go into those here.

The method of murder is quite standard, but the tools are not. I found myself wondering how the particular item was obtained. This wasn’t answered until the end of the book, which kept me hooked more than the characters.
The main character was left alone and broke by a jerk of a husband, leading to the first book. She moved from the U.S. to England, where she was born, to reconnect with family and claim an inheritance. This information, along with a snapshot of the plot of the first book, is provided early on, and many times throughout the story. A bit too often for my tastes, but I didn’t feel lost having not read the first book. This is a plus to me with these series’. I’ve picked up books in a bookstore not knowing they were part of a series and been completely lost. A synopsis is good. Repeated gets somewhat tiresome.

Overall, the book was well-written if a bit repetitive in some places. You certainly have your choice of suspects, which does make picking the ultimate bad person a fun challenge. Because of that fun and the ability to jump into the story, I award this book four stars.

After devouring the first book in the series, I couldn’t wait to dive into this one and it absolutely did not disappoint. The second book in a series often loses a bit of its magic, but this one kept all the fun, whimsy, and charm I loved the first time around. It has that perfect cozy, feel-good vibe that makes you want to curl up with a blanket and get lost in its world.

The mystery kept me guessing, and the supernatural elements were woven in seamlessly, never overdone. One thing I really appreciate about Felicity Green’s writing is how she balances the magical with the real. Instead of forcing a “this happened because of magic” explanation, she always grounds the story in logic, making the supernatural feel both believable and nuanced.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was really hoping to see more of Jamie and Liv’s relationship. At the end of book one, it seemed like they drifted apart because Jamie didn’t understand or respect Liv’s psychic, witchy side. I was looking forward to seeing that explored more, maybe a little redemption arc or some heartfelt moments between them but it felt like all of that happened off-page. I would have loved to see them reconnect and work through those complexities together.

That said, Click, Curse, Corpse is a delightful continuation of the series, and I’m already looking forward to what comes next. If you’re into cozy mysteries with a magical twist, this one’s a must-read!

Rebuilding her life in Fairwyck after her husband’s betrayal, Liv is slowly coming to terms with her own and her children’s paranormal abilities and reconnecting with her relatives. Slow to trust, especially around finances, she has misgivings about her business partner’s plans to fast track renovations on the Fairwyck theater, especially when rumors of a curse come to light. When an actress dies during rehearsals, it appears the curse has struck again. Liv is determined to use her ghost tracking abilities to unravel the curse and save the theater and her newfound stability. But betrayal and treachery stalk her investigation and danger is closer than she knows.

The second book in Felicity Green’s Ghost Photographer series is a nicely layered mystery with a relatable heroine. Liv’s struggles with trust ring true to anyone who has dealt with betrayal. Her relationship with her children feels genuine as she tries to balance protecting them and letting them explore their gifts. I really like how the powers of the Seven witches are portrayed and how each contributes to solving the case. I also like that Liv has shared her abilities with some of her mundane friends, rather than trying to hide it. There’s enough backstory for newcomers to the series to jump in without feeling lost, though reading book one absolutely gives you more connection to these characters. There are plenty of twists to the mystery to keep you guessing and a rather ingenious method involved. There’s also a teaser for the next book that looks to be very intriguing.

This is the second book in the Ghost Photography Mystery series and it is a great addition to a very promising series. In this book, Liv Seven and her two children, Bailey and Aubrey are back in her late great aunt Ethel’s house in Fairwyck looking to start over after losing everything. Liv has the ability to see ghosts through her camera. Add to that, her son, Bailey, has the ability to draw what people are thinking and her daughter, Audrey can communicate with animals. Great Aunt Ethel is now their cat and Liv's familiar. This is a lot for Liv to handle. When she sees the old theater, she convinces Ellie to go into a partnership with her to purchase and renovate the theater, despite the rumors the theater is cursed and that all the leading ladies in previous plays all died. Liv, not falling for the rumor prepares the open the theater with Twelfth Night but during rehearsal, the leading lady is murdered. Is it the curse? Liv with the help of friends, ghosts and family uses all she can to discover who the murderer is. Will this curse live on and close the theater before it has a chance to open? Will the murderer be found? With lots of twists and turns we are taken on a real roller coaster ride until the end! I highly recommend this book and the first book as well. I received an ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

Liv takes a huge chance going into partnership with Ellie to re-open the town theater. She eventually learns why it has been abandoned little by little. It seems to be haunted and the leading ladies a few times, died on stage on opening night. There is a production company in need of a theater, so Ellie and Liv put everything into getting the theater up and running in time. Liv cuts back on her full time job to spend more time on the theater renovation. Actors all have big personalities and secret disagreements. Liv catches and elf dressed spirit, but the character that costume belongs to is a prankster or a light hearted character. It seems to try to help on stage.one rehearsal, an actress, not in lead position but with lead demanding uppitiness dies on stage. Seems it was from an allergy to bees, but was it on purpose? Did someone switch the prop knife with a real one that was tainted with the venue? This does not follow the path of the curse and now they have to find the murderer, break the curse and get the show on the stage. A powerful story line about an amazing single mom. You will not be able to put it down!

Can Liv save her theater and her partner?

This time around, Liv’s partner, Ellie, managed to find a group to perform in their theater. However, the theater is nowhere near ready and it’s going to take money to get everything ready in time. Every time Liv asks about the money, Ellie tells her not to worry about it. One thing though, there is a curse on the theater that the leading lady dies during opening night. When the leading lady dies, but way before opening night, Liv knows she has to get involved and use her unique skills to see if she can break the curse. Not by herself, but with the help of her cousin and aunt, her kids and even Ethel, her great-aunt reincarnated into a cat. A cat one of her daughters can “talk” to, along with other animals. These stories are so much fun. They are filled with love, friendship, community and of course, a murder to be solved, all while Liv is in the process of trying to rebuild her life, support her two daughters and herself and have a bit of romance in her life too. They’re so well-written, I’m just pulled into them.

Felicity Green delivers another captivating page-turner in Click, Curse, Corpse, the second installment of her Ghost Photographer Cozy Mystery Series. The story centers around Liv and her two children, each gifted with unique supernatural abilities: Liv can see ghosts through her camera lens, Blake can sketch people’s thoughts, and Audrey can communicate with animals.
This time, Liv is thrilled to help her friend Ellie reopen a historic theatre. But the excitement quickly turns to dread when an actress mysteriously dies on stage. As Liv investigates, she begins to suspect that the theatre may be haunted—and that the ghosts haunting it have unfinished business.
Felicity masterfully blends mystery, the paranormal, and family dynamics, creating a cozy yet suspenseful atmosphere. Liv’s sleuthing, combined with her children’s uncanny talents, makes for a compelling and imaginative read. If you enjoy ghostly intrigue with a touch of charm, this series is a must-read.

"Forgiveness, I finally understood, had nothing to do with the other person.
It was about choosing the life you wanted to live."

Settled into her great aunt's cottage, Olivia and her two kids are doing the best they can. And it also seems that the Seven family's magic has settled with them as Liv sees ghosts with her camera and her children are both beginning to manifest magic. And let's not forget Great Aunt Ethel....

Liv and her friend Ellie have together purchased the old theater in hopes of reopening it. But a curse that has a history of reported killing of the starring women hangs over the stage and Liv and her abilities may be the one to break the curse. But can they before the whole plan upends?

This is a great book the gets 4 1/2 stars because it seems a little long and some characters are far from fully developed. However there is great potential here. Recommended 4 1/2 stars

This is the second book in a cozy supernatural series. Liv is finally settling into her new life in England and embracing her gifts—along with those of her children—with the support of her aunt and cousin. She’s even dating again, slowly moving on from the chaos she left behind.
Liv has teamed up with her friend Ellie to restore an old theater to its former glory. But the project takes a dark turn when the leading lady dies under mysterious circumstances. That’s only the beginning of their troubles. If Liv and Ellie can’t get the theater up and running in time for the upcoming play, they risk losing their dream entirely.
Determined to uncover the truth, Liv uses her supernatural abilities to investigate the strange happenings. It’s exciting to see how her life is evolving and how she and her family are learning to use their gifts in unique ways.
This was a wonderfully layered mystery that kept me guessing until the end. I love a good whodunnit, and this one delivered. The ending was satisfying—and jaw-dropping. I can’t wait for the next book!

Being a single mom isn't an easy job, especially when you're also a psychic witch. But Liv Seven is juggling everything fairly well. That is until she finds out that the renovated old theater that she and her friend, Ellie purchased, is rumored to be cursed. A guest theater troupe from out of town is preparing to perform Shakespeare's Twelfth Night and their leading lady drops dead during rehearsal. With her special camera, that she inherited from her great aunt Ethel, Liv takes pictures that show ghostly spirits and finds one of the spirits is trying desperately to be seen.
This book is the second of a new series and I loved it! It fleshes out the characters, especially Liv’s magical children, and was definitely unputdownable! It's also not just about murder! It goes into the relationship between Liv and her friend Ellie, as well as the blossoming friendship between Liv and DS Jamie Rees.
I can't wait to read Book Three- Flash, Ghost, Gone!

This is the second book n the series and while you could easily read it first and be able to follow the storyline, I suggest reading the first one so that you get the full backstory. It’s important for understanding the main characters and really getting to know them. This is your typical cosy mystery with a paranormal twist. It’s fun and cute and definitely an easy read. Definitely a sit back and relax with your favorite snack kind of book. I’m looking forward to the next one as I’m curious how much our characters will grow as individuals but also in their relationships with each other. All the characters are quite likeable, except for DI Farrow. But I don’t think he’s supposed to be likeable right now. I feel like he’s got a story that will explain why is he such a jerk and I think he will grow and change as the series goes on. Definitely looking forward to seeing what happens next. Great follow-up!

In this book, Liv and friend Ellie have gone in together to purchase an old theatre. When someone dies at the rehearsal for the first potential play at the theatre, Live investigates. Is it part of a curse? Just a coincidence? The photographs she took for promoting the event show a ghost, and she's not sure who it is.

There's lots of help for her, with her Great-Aunt Emerald and cousin Gina, her children Blake & Audrey (who have their own paranormal gifts), and her cat, Ethel (who is the reincarnation of her late Great-Aunt who left her the cottage they live in), it gets wild.

It's a well written, interesting story, with wonderful characters - many quirky & eccentric, humor, and a bunch of paranormal activity to make things extra interesting.

We are left with a surprise to lead into book 3 - can't wait!!

An enjoyable follow-up to the first book in the series, it follows Liv Seven, newly arrived back from the USA to her late great aunt Ethel’s house in Fairwyck, UK. Along with her children, Bailey & Audrey, she is discovering relatives she’d never met, made friends , changed her life around and discovered talents that she and her children have. I love the premise of Livs talent, as well as both Bailey & Aubrey’s , I’ve not come across an imagining of something like their talents in this way, so that’s a plus. I enjoyed the writing, it has some really good twists & turns, and although I did work out who was responsible, it didn’t spoil my enjoyment in the least. My only niggle would be that the end felt a bit rushed, but made up for by the extra twist at the end.

This book was cute. The main character, Liv, is doing her best to support herself and her two kids after losing everything previously. Liv also has this cool gift where she can see ghosts via a camera. Liv and a friend buy a local theater even though there are rumors of it being haunted. Perhaps Liv can help. I really like the characters. Liv has a child that identifies as they/them and I like seeing some inclusivity and awareness for people who identify as such. The storyline was good, the ending was not what I expected. The book was well written and well edited. My one gripe was Liv needing to be the heroine but going about it without police assistance. She could have been smart and brave without putting herself in danger. Overall, a good book though. I did receive an advanced copy of the book for free; however, these opinions are not influenced by that.

I want that camera!

Liv Grantham and her friend Ellie are scrambling to open their theatre. When an opportunity comes to open early, Ellie is all in favor of it, but Liv is cautious. She needs the new business to succeed, but taking chances hasn’t worked well for her in the past, she agrees. The actors are finalizing their performance before opening night when the leading lady drops dead and the curse is blamed. What curse?? This is the first Liv has heard of it. Liv needs her camera and the help of the Seven women to solve the death and de-curse the theatre, or her family will be back to square one financially!

Another good mystery in this series. I am becoming a fan. Her aunts inn is a blend of spooky fun house and something out of a horror movie! I received a free copy, but my review is honest and voluntary.

After a disastrous marriage and divorce, Liv moved back to her hometown with her two children. While trying to dig her way out of the financial disaster left by her ex-husband Liv has become a cleaner and has also gone into partnership with Ellie to renovate a theater thought to be cursed. With her camera, Liv can see ghosts and can often communicate with them. When the leading actress drops dead during rehearsal, Liv fears that the theater will never reopen and her life plans may just be a dream that was never fulfilled. Not wanting her dreams to die, Liv must find a way to speak with the theater ghost or ghosts and send them on their way before her hopes of opening the theater become a fading memory. This is my honest and voluntary review of an advanced reader copy of this book.

Haunted and cursed

The worst and best outcomes when you mix friendship and business happen in this story. Thankfully in that order. Add in ghosts, curses and the theater and you have plenty of drama and shenanigans to give the story humor, wit and a few scares for ghostly measure. I enjoyed the way these characters are growing and settling into their small English country village and their powers. Love the found family that Liv has created with friends and estranged relatives. Definitely went on a roller coaster ride along with her as events developed. I very much enjoyed the whole story and especially the seance big reveal. Huge shocker at the end, can’t wait to see where that leads. Definitely excited for the next book!

Click, Curse, Corpse is an Excellent story about Liv who can see ghosts through the camera and this helps her to communicate . She has two children Blake who can draw what people are thinking and Audrey communicating with animals. Ethel their cat was Liv's re-incarnate Great Aunt Ethel now a Familiar. Liv becomes part owner with Ellie of a Theatre which needs renovating but is haunted and has a curse. Many of Liv's family are Witches with different special skills. They all look into what has been happening at the Theatre. This is a great book and series which I highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable! Liv has partnered with Ellie to revive the Fairwyk Theatre which was closed down decades ago, supposedly due to a curse. After a death on stage during rehearsals, everyone is convinced the curse is real and has returned. Liv has to dig deep using her intuition and ghost camera to figure out what really happened. I really like this series. It's a different approach to seeing and communicating with ghosts and it makes it really interesting. I love the characters and the setting too. I look forward to more stories in this series!
Thanks to Book Sirens and Felicity Green for the free ARC. All opinions are my own.

We are back in book 2 with Liv a Seven Witch whose unique gift allows her to see ghosts through her camera lens.

This time mystery strikes close to home when a death occurs onstage at the Fairwyck Theatre. The tragedy awakens rumours of an old curse. A curse that was severe enough to shut down the theatre that is until Liv and her friend revived it. With a life lost Liv is determined to solve the murder.

This paranormal cozy mystery will keep you on the edge of your seat turning pages with twists, betrayal, jealousy, supernatural intrigue, and the family bonds

Will this curse live on and close the theatre yet again?
Will the murderer be found?

Very entertaining 2nd in the series book. Very much enjoyed following Liv, her camera and her children who also have special gifts.

Here she is trying to make ends meet and take care of her 2 children and start a new business with a friend. But low and behold, between ghost and life, there is a death at her new business that already has a reputation of being cursed - having ghost and deaths. Very well written, keeping your attention and guiding you along to the wild conclusion of the story. Oh my, her husband is sited at the end. Can't wait for next in the series.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the second novel in Felicity Green's series. Not only is she relatable as she continues to rebuild her life after her divorce, but she's a fascinating character to follow as she both lives her life and investigates another murder. She's now faced with figuring out who killed the female lead of the show that would be debuting in the theater she now co-owns with her friend, which is also supposedly cursed, according to everyone in town. The murder itself is both inventive and a great mystery, and I loved getting to read about Liv solving it.

‘You thought it was a good idea to reopen a cursed theater?’

Liv’s settling in to her new life and is even going into business with a friend but when their deadline for opening the old theater is rushed to make it available to a local theater group that has lost their home things take a turn she didn’t see coming. For the first time she’s made aware of the ‘curse’ that haunts her workplace and then myth becomes reality and Liv’s back in the middle of a murder investigation. This was an entertaining and solid story but at times, it seemed to get a little lost in the details while leaving me vague on the who is who of the suspect list as there was very little interaction with them.
