Ninjas so grimmey smh. He shoulda been seated that situation when it no longer benefited him. Now look, lost his life for playing two sides of the fence.
Well, it’s too late for the pre crescendo moment now 🤷🏾♀️. I’ve already experienced the crescendo 🤭‼️ Nevertheless, ”Urban Chronicles: The Weekend (Urban Chronicles: For The Freakz” is/was the abridged version aka “teaser” novella (verbatim, with the exception of fifteen creative chapter header fonts🧐) for “The Weekend Omnibus : Book 1 thru 3”. Still an entertaining read. However, I’m curious what was the “business arrangement” between Talia & Kaine which kept them married in name only for seven years⁉️…hmmm🤨❓More so, will someone want to avenge her (Taila) murder like Ebony’s former paramour’s family⁉️
Chillle what do you do when you find out you the Weekend H*e 😩
Ebony met Kaine and the two were inseparable on the weekends. She knew he was tied up with work during the weekdays so she didn't trip, until she found out he had been hiding a whole life from her. Kaine didn't gaf about this other "life" he just wanted to be with Ebony without compromising his business. Ish hits the fan and when his other life threatens to come in between him and Ebony he makes some messy choices that alters their relationship.
I’m making my way right on through your catalog and Ioving it! This was an amazing novella, sweet and spicy without it feeling like I didn’t know the characters. I don’t want to spoil anything but Kaine kinda got what he deserved but my baby Ebony couldn’t stand on business until it was at the line. Can’t wait to read part two
This book is definitely full of heat! Kaine didn’t love his wife. She seemed like she was annoying him. Sucks to make a promise to someone you can't keep. Ebony feel for Kaine and tried to play it off but he wasn't letting her go. Can't wait for part 2 cause he wants his family back!
Ebony and Kaine…. What did she really think would happen when he got out. Just let her be and not want his kid??? That brother I knew would be up to something. Thanks Monaye Paris for this great read!
