The extraordinary and inspiring true story of Michael T. Flynn, the retired three-star general, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and first National Security Advisor in the Donald Trump administration, who walked through fire and came out the other end stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever to vanquish America’s foes—at home and abroad—and win the battle to restore our rights and freedoms.
In Pardon of Innocence, Michael Flynn recounts his journey from a coastal New England upbringing to the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan, from the echelons of US power to the depths of a corrupt justice system that sought to silence him for prioritizing America’s interests. Through his eyes, we see how the qualities that made him an exceptional soldier and leader also made him a target for adversaries like Barack Obama and Joe Biden, who saw his honesty and courage as direct threats to their flawed policies.
Flynn’s battle against a weaponized justice system—one that threatened his family and forced him out of the White House—stands as a testament to faith, family, and freedom. This gripping memoir unveils the conspiracy to silence Flynn, including the FBI’s framing tactics and the truth behind his foreign policy efforts to benefit Americans.
Pardon of Innocence tells the unprecedented and remarkable true story of Michael Flynn. It is a powerful narrative of struggle, redemption, and hope, inspiring patriots to safeguard the nation’s core values for generations to come.
Nothing short of criminal and unconstitutional were the actions taken by the Obama administration against General Flynn. For some reason, outlined by General Flynn, Barrack Obama and his ilk were out to destroy this most highly decorated and respected man.
History will be the final judge against Barrack Obama's criminal acts; and therein history will rescue General Michael T. Flynn's reputation. Sadly, though, it will probably not come in our lifetime.
Lieutenant General Michael T. Flynn’s “Pardon of Innocence” is a riveting, deeply personal memoir that weaves a powerful narrative of faith, resilience, and redemption. This compelling book is essential reading for anyone seeking an intimate look at Flynn’s extraordinary journey his triumphs, tribulations, and unyielding resolve against relentless, unjust attacks on him and his family.
Flynn’s storytelling captivates as he vividly recounts his upbringing in a close knit family, shaped by his parents steadfast values and the enduring bond with his siblings, including his cherished wife, whom he calls his best friend. His heartfelt reflections on his children and grandchildren offer a poignant window into the moments that forged his character, grounding this memoir in profound authenticity.
What elevates “Pardon of Innocence” is its fearless exploration of the betrayals and sinister schemes Flynn faced. The unraveling of those who conspired against him and the shocking details of their actions kept me riveted, transforming this memoir into a gripping exposé. Each revelation builds on the last, making it impossible to turn away until the very end.
Flynn’s gratitude for the countless supporters who stood by him during his darkest hours shines through, highlighting the strength he drew from their unwavering belief in his cause. Their solidarity reinforces the memoir’s powerful message about the critical importance of community and the courage to confront injustice.

General Flynn has done a great job of writing about how the US Government, run by Barack Obama, tried to ruin his life and put him in jail. Clear, concise, with footnotes to all of the support needed to see the trail of sabotage plotted against him. General Flynn is a great American with a deep faith who was supported by his family during a really difficult time. I wish he would have had the opportunity to serve President Trump because it would have been very impressive. And who knows, maybe some of the bad guys would be in jail. Obama owes Flynn a serious apology. But we all know that the feckless coward will do no such thing.
This book is outstanding. It’s an eye opener to those of us who believe in service and sacrifice for our country. Why? Because General Mike Flynn who served and sacrificed for over 30 years was railroaded and almost destroyed by politicians who did not want any the truth being told. It sickens me what the politicians (remember they are suppose to be our leaders) did to him. Tried to put him in jail because the truth did not match the political narrative. This book written by General Flynn is well written and what I believe is candid, frank account of what actually happened. Do I believe the General? Yes I do!
Everyone needs to read this book to understand what we need to keep fighting for. If we don't there will be more witch hunts like General Flynn had to endure. God Bless America.
Very Inspiring! Gen Flynn is truly an American Hero and Patriot who was brutally attacked by the Biden Deep State!! This is his story told in his words! Very worthwhile to read and share with your family! Should be required reading for all children in school!
Lawfare conducted in all its glory by the Democrats against American patriot ret General Michael Flynn who was Trump's National Security Advisor for 22 days. Being a neutral foreign observer it appeared to me to be a case of attacking and destroying all of Trump's close allies before taking Trump down during his first term as President. Democracy has been suffering in recent times from this type of distraction all the way back to the Clinton sex fiasco but the media is also to blame for giving it a platform. The charges against Flynn were obviously false and subsequently dismissed yet has the US learnt anything? No Book comes across as overly jingoistic and I get the rah rah attitude but the Russia Gate hoax perpetrated by the Dems was a blight on America.
This is not just a memoir—it’s a battlefield dispatch from a man who stood at the pinnacle of American power and found himself crushed under its political machinery. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s Pardon of Innocence is a deeply personal and politically charged account of one man’s descent into the heart of the so-called “deep state.” But more than that, it’s a rallying cry for patriots, a warning to the indifferent, and a spiritual reflection for those who believe that liberty without faith is unsustainable.
Flynn’s message is clear: the American constitutional order is under siege—not by foreign enemies, but by entrenched, unelected bureaucracies, weaponized agencies, and a media-industrial complex aligned with Marxist-socialist ideologies. His story is framed by the forces that sought to destroy not just him, but what he believes Trump’s presidency represented: a populist, faith-anchored restoration of American ideals.
His tone is direct, occasionally speculative, and unmistakably bitter toward figures like John Brennan, James Comey, and Barack Obama. Yet, it’s not without credibility. Flynn’s professional pedigree is undeniable, and the firsthand anecdotes he shares of high-level relationships—positive and adversarial—shed much-needed light on how politics, intelligence, and spiritual warfare intersect at the highest levels of power.
Faith is not used here as window dressing. Rather, it acts as the spiritual canopy over Flynn’s entire story. He quotes Jefferson to emphasize that the Constitution only functions in a virtuous society, and reminds readers that without faith and family, freedom cannot be sustained. While his theological forays are light, his worldview is unmistakably shaped by Judeo-Christian convictions.
One of the most compelling portions of the book is Flynn’s bold identification of radical Islam as a strategic threat to Western civilization. While he doesn’t fully bridge it to the ideological assault from the far left, the connection is implied. Flynn’s descriptions of internal conflict within America’s leadership—from casual bureaucratic indifference to outright sabotage—are sobering, if not maddening.
He doesn’t ask for pity. He asks the reader to take a stand. His framing of the stakes is intentionally binary: you either oppose these dark institutional forces, or you enable them. Neutrality is complicity. It’s a message that some will reject, but many others will find invigorating—especially in an age of curated passivity.
Final Verdict: Flynn’s Pardon of Innocence is more than a personal vindication—it’s a call to arms for those who believe faith, truth, and the American project are worth defending. It won’t convince the skeptical who already reject Flynn due to his proximity to Trump, but for the reader willing to hear from a seasoned warrior betrayed by his own government, this book is both informative and empowering. The message lingers: truth must be protected, even when the price is innocence.
Lt General Flynn clearly lays out the persecution against him for recorded history to accurately remember. Anyone who already knows where to obtain reliable, factual information will probably already have a good idea of what took place during Crossfire Hurricane. Little did we know, this was only the beginning of many, many political persecutions for nearly everyone around Trump. And as I finish this book, we are all mourning the loss of our beloved Charlie Kirk for persecution comes in many different forms. Media propaganda to make one side look like evil fascists or racists or whatever other slanderous smear is just another. I’m not sure where this all goes from here. Hopefully, it’s a watershed moment where descent people prevail over the actual evil and corruption that this monster known as our government has become. Thank you, Lt General Michael Flynn for your courage and conviction.
This is both an inspiring and horrifying book that never should have been written. By that I mean that General Flynn never should have been haunted by the DOJ and the Judicial department for behavior that was in no way illegal or detrimental to the well bring of this country. And yet the "Left" hounded him for years desperately hoping to get him to turn on their most heated adversary, Donald Trump. Flynn is a great patriot, an extremely moral person and a tribute to his family. Perhaps the most eye-opening aspect of the book was just how vicious President Obama was in his pursuit of his legacy. Quite pathetic.
What was done to Lt. General Flynn by the evil actors in the Obama administration is beyond the pale. One quote sums up the book quite concisely: "The forty-fourth president of the United States [Obama] is conniving, vindictive, and weak. He was anything but a 'leader.' Why someone I've never met was so determined to destroy me and my family and divide the country is beyond any measure of decency." Agreed. Of course, my language would be a lot more colorful.
A very well written and interesting book by a real America Hero, about the real traitors to our country: Obama, Biden, Brennan, Comey, Clapper and others. All Americans should read this book to know the truth about these shameful people and what they did to a real patriot, his family and our country. May God bless General Flynn and the USA.
If this can happen to General Michael Flynn it can happen to an of us, a good read, we all need to pay attention, and think for ourselfs. Thanks for keeping the faith and telling your story.
If you don’t get completely pissed off at the traitorous actions by the Obama/Biden regime then you can’t call yourself a Patriot and you shouldn’t call yourself an American! Read this book!
Pardon of Innocence is an excellent book. In it, the author explains all that happened to him during his limited time in the first Trump presidential administration. The author did his research, and that made the book excellent. I listened to the book on Audible. The author's narration was great.
