SLEEPER is a chilling mystery that pulled me in fast. The idea of “no one is responsible” while gruesome murders plague Lyndford gives the story an eerie, unsettling edge. Every chapter had me wondering who was behind it, and whether the line between killer and victim was clear. The atmosphere felt tense and haunted, and I loved how the author leaned into the unknown. If you enjoy mysteries where the truth feels just out of reach, this one’s definitely worth a read.
This book starts as a murder mystery and slowly unravels into something way more chilling. I really liked Detective Hilary, but Lee Garrett’s strange sleep related ability gave the whole story a creepy edge I wasn’t expecting. The twists kept me hooked, and the ending left me thinking about it long after I finished. Super atmospheric and just the right amount of unsettling.
