Faith on the Frontier is a lovely story about a young woman who leaves her Boston home for the new frontier. I for one was quite amazed by this stort because our mfc wasn't afraid to make the journey or get her hands dirty with what the work entailed. I also enjoyed that she wasn't going to allow someone to scare her off of her property and that she didn't back down without a fight. Overall this story was marvelous.
We are introduced Emma who is a Boston Heiress who has decided that city life is no longer for her so she decides to set forth west to to her Uncle's ranch which was given to her after his death. From the moments she arrives she is hounded by Mr. Walker who is adamant that she sells to him but she refuses. She also meets Mark one of her Uncle's ranch hands who became very close to him. However, Mark has some secrets of his own.
To make matters worse someone is trying to scare Emma off her land. It starts off small but soon the incidents escalate into something more dangerous and soon Emma realizes she will have to take things into her own hands in order to keep the new life that is rightfully hers.

Good Enough to Keep Reading
I enjoyed this story well enough to keep reading all the way to the end. It seemed to drag in a few areas, though. I also felt like the faith element was almost forced when it did show up. Not sure why since those moments made sense. Some parts of the story were so easy to find believable. Other parts were not. But overall, the plot was enjoyable and not so easily predictable. I might read more from this author in the future. If you enjoy clean, historical romance set in the American West, why not give this one a try.

I have no problem with these story beats per se, but the blurb spoils it all. It all comes down to "do I like this kind of story, am I interested in how the author creates characters." Maybe, maybe not.

Lovely Read!
An adventurous debutant from Boston inherited a range in Montana from her uncle. She is determined to succeed as a rancher and call that place home. Unfortunately an unscrupulous businessman tries to force her into selling her ranch and chaos reigns. She is helped by the ranch hand who worked with her uncle and by towns people who work together to try to help her out. It is a fast paced story that will keep you turning pages. It is well written with great characters. I enjoyed this story very much.

A great story
Emma and Mark formed a great team defending her ranch property. Their bond grew stronger as they faced adversity together.
This is an also a story about community building. The community bonded together to face a powerful, evil and greedy man who practiced intimidation, violence and, one who of caused “accidents” to happen to get his own way.
The ending was quite satisfactory.

Emma Abbott needed a change from her Boston high society life and decided to when she learned of her uncles passing to go to the West and make her life her own. Mark Mc Kay ran to the west years ago to escape something he was innocent of. When Emma shows up to her uncles property she must team up with Mark in order to learn how to ranch in the west and protect her future. I enjoyed Emma and Mark's story thats full of hope, faith, love, and wild west moments.

Wow! Emma was a tough woman. Ready to learn and take on the ranch from her uncle. She was willing to work hard, learn what she needed to and to stand up for what she believed. Mark was a man driven by truth and integrity. He was willing to help Emma and also to protect her as things got dicey. Great read.

Great frontier read, mc comes from east to escape her boring life, loves the west, fights for her land, makes friends, and finds love. Fast enjoyable read. 4.5*. Would have enjoyed more about learning ranch life and homesteading in the west.

I thoroughly enjoyed your book. I kept hollering her to just shoot the bad guys when they came on her property because they were trespassing, but then the book would’ve ended too soon I know. But it was a great book.

Mystery, danger, intrigue, friendships, community, and true love all combine in the novel to bring together a sweet and gentle love story. Mark gets a second chance at life with a future, and Emma finds independence and love on her ranch. I enjoyed the story.

I thoroughly loved this book. Great characters, tense drama, a for real bad man. And a strong woman who stands for her beliefs, a good man who stands by his convictions. Tears at the end.

A throughly entertaining book with characters that draw you in and a plot that keeps you guessing. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a good story.
