I love how he always loved Julia and fought for her!

Also giving her love notes and lollipops cause the list she gave him when they were kids JUST KILLED ME!!! I wish I could hear Julia singing irl! I love how Graham is so supportive with her singing and THE PART WHERE THEY SANG TOGETHER TO GET HER OVER HER AFRAID OF SINGING IN FRONT OF PEOPLE 😍😍😍😍😍🥹🥹🥹
The only thing about Graham I wasn't so sure about was him flirting with everyone he didn't really think it would matter to Julia buttttt it did, so he stopped! (Thankfully lol)
This was a really sweet read, and I can't wait to read her next book!

Sweet YA romance, very cute and easy read the best part about the whole book was the MMC he was absolutely adorable and perfect in every book boyfriend way he's loved her from the beginning and would do anything to make sure she knows it. The FMC however got on my nerve quite often 🤦🏽♀️ I found her to be very annoying she didn't appreciate the MMC and all his efforts she would try to find fault in everything he did, which was ridiculous being that she also has loved him since the very beginning. I'm just glad they figured it all out in the end because he deserved to be loved the same way he loved.

Love the 90s/2000s references to movies.
Sweet Home Alabama is a favorite so when I heard the title, I was excited to read it. It wasn't what I expected with the title, but super cute story. High school love stories always have a special place in my heart since that's when I started liking my husband. 🥰

This felt very much like a debut. I had some plot and writing issues throughout that made me focus on them rather than the story, but maybe I wasn’t totally invested in the story either? I had a hard time remembering that these were 16 year-olds because the writing often read younger than that.
I think a few of the aspects were cute. I do appreciate that it is written for a younger audience. Something you could give to a teen without worrying about content which is getting hard to find nowadays. There’s no language, nothing more than kissing and overall the vibe is light and without heavy themes.
Most often I was frustrated with the FMC. Julia was constantly downplaying and coming off as a *pick me* girl while Graham was trying his best to show [over and over and over] how much he liked her. Dare I say, he worked too hard.
The friendships are good and a positive theme throughout as well as the parents. I think having supportive people in your immediate circle is wonderful and hopeful. I loved all of those interactions.

What an absolutely adorable debut!

Julia is attracted to Graham but doesn't want to get hurt but when he starts to show her, little by little, that he sees her and tries to prove that he is serious about being with her, she is in more than a little danger of completely losing her heart.

I just read the sweetest YA romance! “Anytime I Want,” by Meredith Logan was everything I could hope for in a YA book! 🩷
I loved the idea of the boyfriend list, and Graham’s determination to do the things on it! As well as Julie’s determination to not give in to him! It made for a fun story!
I also really enjoyed that along with the romance, there were lots of great themes and lessons, and that family and friends were such a big part of the book as well! Even the relationship Julie builds with Mabel is so wholesome!
Julie overcoming fears and doing hard things also was a huge win for me! I love when a character goes outside of their comfort zone and grows!
Also the grand gestures 😍 loved!! As someone who married their high school sweetheart, this book warmed my heart and made me remember those sweet moments!
Overall, “Anytime I Want,” is a lovely debut novel! If you love YA, swoony/sweet kisses, and the brother’s best friend trope, check it out!

This book was adorable! Julia has a boyfriend list that she made when she was 7 years old. Graham who has been in love with her since forever is determined to check off everything on that list. I loved seeing how each item was completed.

“Nah, J. Do it for you and no one else. Give him a shot because you like him, and you want to. Forget about everyone else. Forget about all the reasons you’ve decided are valid enough. Give yourself a shot.”
“Does this mean I get to hold your hand now?” Graham asks, hope coloring his tone. I gently pull my hand away from his.“ Not yet. You still have nine more items to cross off.” “Yet? That sounds promising.” “I think it is, Graham. I think you are.” I smile at him before slowly opening the door and slipping out of the truck into the pizza place parking lot. “Yet is my new favorite word,” Graham says to himself as the truck door closes. I hug myself and smile, allowing myself to feel it all right now.

.Anytime I / a debut novel that was so fun to read. Julia lives next to the boy she's had a crush on since she was young. Now, Graham is a teenager who seems to flirt with all the girls in school. Julia watches from afar and isn't sure she can trust him. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

This was so cute! I personally know the author from a previous area we both lived in and was thrilled to see she wrote a book! So fun!
This story was darling and I loved The List! I totally did that as a young gal!
The boy next door, twin and best friends were all fantastic! Hope there is a follow up with Nathan's story!

This high school romance book is a fun read for sure. It brought back all the goofy fun, and the (sometimes stupid) angst of being a teen. And it's funny; Logan remembers how it felt to be a girl liking a guy, often misreading/misunderstanding motives and intentions. I look forward to #2 in the series.

Anytime I want is Meredith Logan’s debut novel.
From the very beginning I could tell this story would be fun, sweet, and entertaining.
Meredith is a great storyteller and I can’t wait to see what else she writes.
