Llyfr plant bendigedig! I am a Welsh learner and have just read this book, along with my daughter (who goes to a Welsh primary school). We have both really enjoyed it, and found it an exciting, adventurous and moving read. It's the story of two children, Rhys, a boy from Cardiff, and Mari, a girl from North Wales, who are transported back in time to mid 16th century Wales. Taken in by a group of cave-dwelling Welsh outlaws, the Gwylliaid Cochion Mawddwy of the book's title, Rhys and Mari have to adjust to a completely new way of life, while trying to work out why they have gone back in time and how they can get back to their own time again... Highly recommended!
