What a true page turner. Had me itching to get to the next chapter when every chapter ended. Heard Bellins a cool guy too. My favorite case was the woman who kept killing her husbands and thought that evidence couldn’t be used. Excellent demonstration of the federal rules of evidence in action.

Any law school book that has a bitmoji automatically gets 5 stars in my book

Also, I’m pretty sure it’s more prejudicial than probative to have to take this exam today, so objection.

as far as casebooks go I fucked with this one. read this baby cover to cover. good case selections with a lot of murders which is always entertaining. cheap as hell too.
