Yep. Another book down, and one I flew through.
If I’m being honest? I didn’t expect this couple to be the next story in the series, but it makes total sense that it would be, as theirs is necessary for those that come next. I ate every bit of this one up, eager to find out how this story played out. It did not disappoint.
Did I swoon over Owen? Sure did!!! Is the FMC a total badas* who we get to see in action several times throughout? Yep!!! And I 👏🏻 Loved 👏🏻 It.
Did it go in the same direction as I thought it would?? No. Is it still a 5 star read for me? Absolutely. Highly recommend!
