「ピアニストになってほしい」亡妻の願いをかなえるために英才教育を施した娘のハルミは、漫才師になると言って出ていった。1995年、阪神淡路大震災で娘を亡くした吾郎は、5歳になる孫の存在を「元相方」から知らされる。

◎ミナミの春、万国の春
元相方のハルミが憧れた漫才師はただ一組、「カサブランカ」。ハルミ亡き後も追い続けたが、後ろ姿は遠く、ヒデヨシは漫才師を辞めた。2025年、万博の春に結婚を決めたハルミの娘のため、ヒデヨシは「カサブランカ」に会いに行く。
