Im rating for the whole series since I read it in an omnibus collection so there will be spoilers for the entire series. I tried to keep them at a minimum
For how absolutely beautiful the book is, the story didnt fit its outside. Lucinda is AMAZING! And the reason I finished all 3 books. She was sassy, hilarious, and still had vulnerabilities. What I couldn't stand and honestly made the whole reading experience miserable was Finn. I hated his self righteous bullshit. He asked for Lucy's help yet every chance he got questioned her and belittled her. It wasnt until the 3rd book that he really grew. By that time, I was ready for Lucy to kill his ass! I was beyond over him. His sister had better sense. Neva was also great. But all the other characters? Huge no. On top of the characters I didnt enjoy, some of the plotting was ridiculous. The fight in book 1 with the Rengades made no sense considering they were supposedly on the same side. By the time book 3 came around and everything was ending, I felt immense relief. Though Lucy ended up with dick face, she came into her own and found her own power. She found freedom. For her alone, I finished and enjoyed parts of the story.

Lucinda is strong, fierce, determined; one of the most badass, incredible FMC ever; her resilence and will power are amazing and her growth through the books is so touching; love to read the wonderful woman she became by the end of her journey, stronger, more confident, open to be loved and to love and happy, finally happy!!! 😭🥰

What an absolutely stunning series, so well written!!! I love Lucinda because she is a ferocious female with alot of issues, but that's what makes me like her more, you get to see her journey and then we add in Finn ugh.... Swoon yummy yummy book boyfriend to add to my collection!! On top of that such a great introduction to the wonderful world of Mystics and Mayhem, this is the first trilogy in amazing world. I definitely recommend jumping into this world and the story of Lucinda and Finn. Plus a great sidekick in Neva and a little story about her at the end to top this off with a cherry!!

Heather Renee does it again with a kick-ass female lead. I Absolutely adored Lucy! she was the strong female warrior that I absolutely love reading about. I love redemption/revenge books and I think that this one is one of my favorite books. All of the characters are strong and there is something different about each one. The Fae I wanted to hurt! Heather made the series a 5 star read for me but I love how she writes and I have not found a book that I did not like. Go give this box set a go, you will not be sorry! There is an additional bonus too. You get Neva's HEA!!!!

Lucinda and Finn took us on an epic ride. This was my favorite book of the series. I LOVE how Lucinda never played the damsel in distress, but she still showed emotion. Heather Renee's ability to show Lucy's growth without changing her personality was impressive. If you're looking for the heroine falling head over heels for the guy, this isn't the book or series for you, but the tension and HOTness is definitely there. Loved this series and how everything was wrapped up beautifully, even after a few shocking turns. Can't wait for the next series on this world!

Good series!
I enjoyed reading / listening to this series. I liked the fact that the Kindle had extra epilogues included. I definitely fell in love with the character's, enjoyed the story and the world that was built, and I felt the narrator did a good job overall. I read / listen to all three books in the series combined as one so it was nice that I didn't have to wait for the next book to come out! Overall, I enjoyed this series and I may check out some of the other books in this particular world that the author developed.

A very entertaining read! 3.75 Stars!
This complete series was a fun read. The FMC is a total badass, fierce and strong, which is a big reason for my liking this series. There is action, magic, romance and plenty more. The author was very generous in writing a few epilogues that gave a great closure to the story. Having said all that, I also need to point out that there wasn’t anything that made the story stand out when comparing it to other books. If you are looking for a fun, entertaining series with great characters, the this one is for you. Enjoy 🥰

Not the most gripping storyline. Awesome premise and world though. Love the feathered wings they can change from soft to solid and sharp at will 👌

I am in love with this series. And I love it even better when I can read it all at once. Heather's world of the fae is phenomenal. Lucinda and Finn make for an entertaining couple and there is more than enough drama and action to fill the pages. I can't stand cliffhangers and waiting for the next book either, so putting them all together solves that problem!

These books are pretty well written with memorable characters and decent humor. This is a redemption story and it includes not only the romance for our H and H but some relationship resolutions for the secondary characters as well. The extra epilogues are a really nice bonus. I'll be happy to try this author's other trilogies.

A magical-infused, action-packed fae fantasy romance that features a FMC with all the sass and a MMC who's frustratingly desirable. I truly enjoyed the overall storyline and all the emotions that it brings. Loved the redemption and sacrifice aspects.

Lucinda is a fiery fea, and she will stop at nothing to take down the king that destroyed her life. She meets Finn, and the connection is undeniable! Finn will stop at nothing to save his sister. Glad to see that Beatrix was in this series as well! I love her so much.

something just not working in this book
This book was just not good. It feels like there was no real chemistry. Nothing that really kept your interest on continue reading the book. Very disappointed. I had to stop because I just was so bored.

Good story, and a quick read. I liked it, but I felt like it was missing more detail and character development. It was a quick paced story and not as memorable. I think the author is good, but the characters and build up needs work.

Ok. So I’m not sold on this series. It wasn’t bad. But it didn’t keep me invested either. And I didn’t feel the chemistry between the MCs. The best part was the narrator.

The story line is pretty good, however, there is a lot that could have been added to give more back story to fill in more about the characters.
