I had a professional New Zealand bone carver help me make my very own pendant (in traditional fish-hook shape). And it was so much fun! My parents got me this book so that I could learn how to do it on my own. I once had a dream of supporting myself through a summer of college by sitting in the student center with a little booth and churning out pendants. :) Now my dream is to someday have a little workshop in my home with the tools and be able to make a few now and then.
