Coffee table book for sure, but more that just a coffee table book. Great history of John B Stetson and the rise of the west as well as the rise of an icon. Great photos, stories, history and a glimpse of how a functional tool can become legendary. More than a 3 star but certainly less than a 4 star read...it is more of an experience. Read it whilst sipping bourbon with your family nearby.
