Mánu Fosela ha llenado un vacío en la literatura sobre liderazgo al poner en el centro algo que muchos sentimos y valoramos profundamente, pero que rara vez se menciona: el afecto.
A lo largo del libro se percibe su gran experiencia y conocimiento, que comparte con un estilo cercano y natural, como si conversaras con un amigo, que facilita su lectura y conectar con su mensaje.
Es un libro que me ha ayudado a reconocer, reforzar y repensar muchos de los temas que he necesitado como líder. Sé que volveré a él en distintas etapas, para afrontar nuevos desafíos y recordar sus enseñanzas.
