This was a well written story about a woman detouring from her destination to find a small town that is friendly and a diner full of good food. Jake is the hot owner of the diner and Jessica is smitten from the first sight (that is what I got). You will enjoy the story and I look forward to reading more from this author.

I won this book in November and finally had the chance to read it. Romance is not my preferred genre but this book was quite refreshing. The story was well written and I liked most of the characters. It's amazing the detours that can happen in your life when you discover a diner in a small town with awesome french toast and a handsome owner to boot! This is the first book that I have read by this author but it will not be my last.
