Not all fiction is borinng

Sometimes I walk through life with blinders on so I don't have to acknowledge the sad and hurting people and circumstances I encounter. I hesitated when it appeared California Dreams might be a tear-jerker. The dynamics of characters, plotting and good writing won out. The only down sides were keeping some female characters straight when overlapping circumstances confused me. Also, proofreaders please note, Chapter 26, " let
Samuel and I finish dinner . " The correct statement is Let Samuel and me finish dinner. There were two more similar grammatical
errors in earlier chapters. I continued reading because the action was compelling. I was provided this book from Kindle Unlimited in return for an honest review.

This is such a wonderful story. The first book in this set was amazing and this one he knocked out of the park. It just kept getting beter and better the more that I read. This author is amazing. I can't wait to start the third book in this series. My sister and I have already purchased almost thirty of his books. If they are all as good as the first two books then I am going to be one happy camper.

Clean second chance romance. Good plot but written for a basic reader. I had some trouble keeping track of characters because several had the same first names. These books start strong and seem to end very weak. There is an HEA but it seem like the writer wants to finish quickly so the next one can start. I for one like a strong ending, good or bad. So I can think about the book. Quick endings mess with those vibes for me. Others may like that.

California Dreams

Wonderful story about fulfilling you dreams. Jane went to California with Grace and Daniela. Samuel was a friend of Trents and had his eyes in Jane. He was very happy when she decided to go to San Diego and he had so many adventures he wanted to share with Jane. I will encourage you to read this story. Excellent reading

California Dreams

Fantastic clean romance. Love the characters. Enjoyed all the books in the series. They can be read as a standalone but the characters do carry over into the other books.

Good read

Likable characters and interesting plot lines. It was easy to understand why the characters reacted the way they did. It's hard to say more without a spoiler. But I really enjoyed the book.

Good read

I was so scared for Daniela, she sounds like such a precious child. Loved learning more about this family. How they are learning to start living again and going after their dreams.

I don't know if it's just because I had such a connection to a previously read book, or if I just am not in the mood for a novel such as this one- but I did not feel the pull to this novel that I normally do when I am reading a new novel. I will definitely have to try again later.

Nice idea, but the stories were a bit too thin for me, the books could have been longer. I found it interesting enough to read the whole series, but I have to admit that there could have been a little bit more body to the stories.

An exceptional story following Grace, Danielle and Jane on their return to CA. This story picks up right where Sara's story ended.

Would love to see more of these characters.
