Pas le meilleur livre que j'ai pu lire de cette autrice même si j'ai quand même beaucoup aimé ! L'écart de temps entre le passé et le présent est assez court (environ 50-60 ans) ce qui change des autres livres de Lucinda Riley (plusieurs siècles) et j'ai donc moins voyagé pendant cette lecture.
Il y avait presque un côté policier dans ce roman, que j'ai apprécié !
