Looking for her missing sister Star meets the men of her dreams.

I’ll be honest. I hated everyone.
Star fainted every 3 seconds.
The guys were basically the same person. Zero personality.
The sister was a terrible person. I don’t even know what her story is and assume it’ll come in a later book but I won’t be reading it cause clearly she’ll anger me.

And she let them off the hook way too easy. They abandoned her essentially. No explanation. Just poof gone. After that big trauma and she’s all alone.
And they claim to “love her”

Nah.

In Their Arms was such an easy, quick read that pulled me in real fast. The story follows Star, our anxious but determined FMC, and the two MMCs, Matt and Derrick, who are already together and seriously gorgeous.
Star is searching for her missing sister, Stella, who vanished without a word. She hires two insanely handsome private investigators to help her, and they end up taking her under their wings… and under their roof. The tension and chemistry between them develops fast, and before long there are tangled bodies, whispered (or screamed) names, and so much heat.
There’s a touch of mystery while they try to find Stella, plus a little action with an ex that keeps things exciting and messy. I can’t wait for the second book to find out what really happened with Stella, and I’m hoping these three make another appearance because I’m definitely not done with them.
If you love a why choose, insta-love, obsessed men situation with a side of mystery, action, and seriously steamy MMF scenes, this one is definitely for you.

In Their Arms was a quick and easy read. The plot felt a bit strange – FMC Star is searching for her missing sister, but along the way she meets two private investigators, Matt and Derrick, and the chemistry and lust between them is undeniable 😅 Meanwhile, the sister is still missing…
I really enjoyed the author’s writing style. it’s smooth, easy to follow, and I liked the multi-POV perspective. Still, I felt like the story was missing something to make it more complete.
On the other hand, the spicy scenes were really spicy, which definitely made the book fun to read. Overall, I did enjoy it!

Holy hell the way Star, Matt, and Derrick grow over the course and especially with them dealing with her medical stuff has been just amazing. This is so serene the picturesque description of where they live amazing something that only true nature lovers will understand.

This book is a MMF Bisexual Menage Romance that is super spicy and a fabulously fun read with a nice bit of mystery and suspense thrown in to keep the plot interesting.

I didn't really like Star's sister but I'm excited to see if maybe she will find redemption in book 2 💕

Starlette, Matthew and Derrick 🫦🔥 What a menage 🤭😈 The chemistry between them three is sizzling and the chemistry between Matthew and Derrick had me giggling and kicking my feet. This book had a brilliant balance of plot and spice 🤭 They're all so different in personalities and independence yet fit perfectly together. Their love is strong and their bond even stronger 😈🔥

The storyline and writing is frickin great and kept me turning the pages 🥹 Stella and her men's book is next and I can't wait 😈🤭

the SPICE in this book, oh man! I love a good MMF book especially when the guys are down bad for a curvy queen. The way Matt & Derrick just automatically fall hard for Star is chef's kiss; she's the woman they've been searching for to complete them for years. I loved the general plot of the book, I was confused for a bit there but it all got explained at the end of the book. I'm really hoping book 2 is about Stella (Star's sister) since the end of the book is sorta a cliffhanger. The spicy scenes were 10/10 and I'm still replaying them in my head.

I normally don't write reviews but this book deserves it because I have not read a book since October of last year and with 2026 starting I thought I should pick up reading again and I have wanting to read these books since I got them at a book event and met the author. I am so glad I found this book because it got me out of a reading slump and made me remember why I love reading. I have never read this type of romance before but I am glad that I was able to try something new because I really enjoyed this because the women and her men so how much they love, support and care for each other. I did not expect them to meet each other the way they did, but I was happy that they got their loving ending. I have read spice before, but this author wrote spice scenes I never thought I would read but actually went so great with the book just the right amount and kept your attention.

Great and fun read. Total smut book which is right up my alley. Loved Starlette and her boss lady position. I wasn’t expecting the storyline of her sister Stella and her ex-Kyle but enjoyed a sliver of mystery and stalker vibes. Reading about exploration in the bedroom is one of my favs. Looking forward to book 2!

Curvy girl representation!! ❤️ It was a nice quick read. I wish it was longer. It’s easy to read and flows nicely. It gave novella vibes. I like the story overall and ended up wanting more. Star, Derrick, and Matt just make me warm my heart and make me smile. Kyle……No comment. Stella 🙄. I couldn’t stand her. How hard is it to let someone know you’re alive and okay? Girl you’re 25! Answer the phone! The spice fits the pacing and that’s something I loved. It was hot, but didn’t go on for pages and pages.

Little does she know they've been searching for the woman to make them whole, nor do they know Starlette has always fantasized about having two men. While starting to search for her sister, a new threat arises and Starlette is the focus of it - when both men realize she's the one and they will do anything to protect her. All three don't expect what comes next. The connection that they instantly have is undeniable. The intense passion that unfolds is delicious to read. Will they find her sister? Will they figure out the threat to Starlette and will they all get their happy ending? You'll have to read to find out. I am so eager for book two.

I really liked this book. It's full of smut, which I love. Honestly, I thought it was just going to be a fun smutt read and didn't expect there to be a storyline... I also love those kinds of books🤭, but it had a plot to it.

It starts immediately with her sister missing. Listen, this book was a rollercoaster of where is this sister, what's going on now with a stalker, are the two guys going to get together or stay with her? Is she going to accept them?

There is a part where they just decide to basically hurt her and I'm over here like... GIRL, DON'T YOU DARE ACCEPT THIS.

Anyway. I hate the sister and was going to be pissed with that ending until I realized there will be a book 2, so all is forgiven😂

One thing I really liked was the author talking about a specific type of seizure that FMC has. Coming from someone with Epilepsy, it's nice to see something other than what a lot of people think a seizure is.

The only real issue I had was wishing the FMC had a more powerful growth.

I am excited for whenever book 2 comes out because I need to know what happened.

First book by this author...

A first of many things for me on this read...I read alot of harem stories, but this dynamic of the two males' connection before bringing in their female was different for me. I really enjoyed the POVs of Matthew and Derrick before and after Scarlett was brought into their lives...it definitely made the connection for me.

When Scarlett's sister Stella vanishes, she enlists the help of private investigators Matthew and Derrick, with whom she develops an intense relationship, not just with one but with both of them. Can they navigate the professional relationship against all their intense feelings while trying to find her sister and protecting the woman they have come to believe is their missing piece?

I can't wait to see what happens!!!!

ARC Review: In Their Arms (Entwined Lovers no. 1)

[I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author. This review reflects my honest and unbiased opinion]

THE WHAT: When Star’s sister mysteriously disappears, she turns to two private investigators, Matt and Derrick, for help. But as threatening letters begin to arrive, she finds safety under their roof and something far more dangerous: desire. Little does she know, she might be the woman they have both been waiting for to make their family complete.

THE VIBE: Fast burn romance, MMF, kidnapping, stalker, mystery, curvy girl

THE HOW: We are taken through the story from the perspective of the female main character (FMC), Star. The author provides a look at her fear, doubts, and the growing connection she feels toward Matt and Derrick.

THE HIT: I expected this book to be a typical smut book exploring the relationship development of the characters. I was pleasantly surprised that there was mystery woven throughout the story which kept it engaging and interesting.

THE MISS: While the plot and characters were interesting, a few things didn’t quite land for me. The shifts in point of view mid-chapter threw me off. I also felt the storyline involving Star’s sister was underdeveloped and left a lot to be desired. Lastly, some of the characters’ thoughts, actions, and decisions felt unrealistic at times, which pulled me out of the story.

THE REC: Although this book wasn’t necessarily for me, I still think it is a decent read for smut and fast burn book lovers.

THE OVERALL: This was a fairly easy read with an interesting plot - the story and writing could use some work and development so my rating is as follows:

DNF like the FML is so weak. And it’s poorly edited. The fourth chapter it jumps POV with no notification.

The one of the MML asked if she passed out. But then when she was on the call with them they literally heard her fall. So why are they stupid and ask again??

Not to mention do the cops not understand HIPPA laws?? Talking to the MML about what happened with her. And it’s not like they are fellow cops talking about the case. Nope they are talking to non related strangers to the MFL. 🙄🙄

Oh and if my sister was missing the last thing I’d think about was getting stuffed full 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This is a quick read and feels kinda like an instalove. Matt and Derrick are already together. Star is searing for her missing sister and Matt and Derrick are the two PIs that she hires to look for her sister. Somehow.... she ends up under their protection and under their roof. Well, you know what's going to happen, more steam and fun that you can imagine. There's going to be a second book so we'll see if they find Star's sister. Good read with steamy MMF scenes and if you enjoy that you'll enjoy the book.
