Wanda Perkins grew up as a sickly child. She knocked on death’s door several times in her young life. When she was cured of all her illnesses, and of age, she set out to not only find herself, but to reinvent herself into someone she knew she could be, and not who her family wished her to be. It didn’t take long to flourish once she found what she was looking for.
Christopher Evans was part of Wanda’s past, but he soon disappeared from her life. When a situation arose in his personal life, he set out to find Wanda to rectify it. When he finally found her, he couldn’t understand why she didn’t immediately jump for joy to have him back in her life.
Can the two of them work out their past, and right a wrong that happened decades ago, or are they both too stubborn to do the right thing?

A love like no other
Christopher and WA Dale knew what young love was. After all, they had known each other since before they were in first grade. But in reality, they were strangers who were about to embark on a journey that has many risks involving life and death. Will they make it? Together or separately? Read and see. I did.

What a wonderful, complex, crazy story! It had me in tears several places. It is so good that I am going to return this to KU and purchase a copy!
