Mark Lee Taylor recently published his first novel, A Pebble Tossed, which gained him the recognition of being selected as a Featured Author on Freebooksy. After spending the last thirty years working as a scientist for the State of Maryland, he is hoping to retire soon and embark on his second career. He lives in Maryland with his wife, two daughters, two dogs, and delusions of grandeur.
this book got my interest very quickly and kept it. there is a bit of supernatural to it which made it all the more interesting....I would recommend it to my friends for sure...
A Pebble Tossed is a first rate novel. The story reminded me of some of the early works by Dean Koontz, but Pebble moved with more fluidity and quite simply, is written better. One thing I look for early in a story is likability of the characters. I found myself rooting for Tim and his family from the get-go. I hope Taylor's book is widely read and he gets the recognition he deserves.
