Waiting on Walker
In the small town of Barber, country music, motorcycles, and reckless teenagers are the norm. Chauna Jackson and Walker Brantley are no exception. The summer nights keep them hot, but they keep each other hotter. That is, until Walker disappears from Chauna's life when she needs him the most.

Chauna Jackson grew up in the small town of Barber. Walker Brantley was the love of her life but when he disappeared when she was 16, on a night that her life changed forever and she needed him most, her love quickly turned into hate.
Fast forward 13 years and Chauna is working at Boondocks, a bar where her daddy used to play music, and who rolls in on two wheels? None other than Walker, and boy does he look good. She can’t deny that she is still attracted to him, and he makes his intentions with her well known right off the bat, but she can’t forgive him for disappearing from her life. Plus, she refuses to be involved with anybody in the biker lifestyle. Can he make her see that he isn’t exactly the bad boy she thinks he is? Can she forgive him for breaking her heart all those years ago without so much as a phone call?
Waiting on Walker is a sweet, short story about heartbreak and forgiveness. It isn’t your typical MC story, and even though it is short and sweet, it has a good dose of hot as well.

Bad Boys of Romance - A Biker Anthology
Chauna and Walker had a sweet story that needed more time to rekindle their love and explorer their past. Waiting on Walker was too brief for me. It was good enough to put Casey Peeler on my watch list.
