Alex jest cieniem samego siebie, odkąd jego brat zginął w wypadku. Coraz bardziej oddala się od rodziny, nie ma pracy, a stosy niezapłaconych rachunków rosną. Terapeuta zachęca go, by zarządzał swoimi codziennymi sprawami, używając kalendarza, planował w nim kolejne zadania i odznaczał to, co zostało zrobione. Najpilniejsze jest znalezienie zajęcia, które pomoże Alexowi stanąć finansowo na nogi. Kiedy pojawia się ogłoszenie o pracy dla stolarza w rodzinnej firmie budowlanej, korzysta z okazji, by zrobić krok naprzód.

Different in all aspects.

I do enjoy reading books that are set in different countries because we get the flavor of the culture and a little glimpse into the differences in our world. The author did a great job with arts in terms of setting the stage.
The story is set in Sweden for the most part and is written from two points of view. I have to say the first quarter of the book I had a difficult time figuring out where this story was going to lead.
The main characters had issues; one had depression that he was working through somewhat. The other had definite quirks and traits that were a part of her personality.
Once we started getting into the heart of the story, I started enjoying it so much more. The two started blending together and working on getting to know each other, building a relationship of sorts… Very different from what we normally see in a romance or women’s fiction novel.
By the last quarter of the book, there comes a huge twist along with a big gesture to tie everything together.
To me, the story reads more as a women’s fiction with a romantic feel. The two main characters had feelings for each other through most of the entire book but they never did anything about it. The story never felt romantic but their personalities certainly balanced each other well.
The family of each of the main characters is also a big part of this book and while there is discussion of the death of a sibling, as well as depression, there is also healing, love, and even a few laughs along the way.
Zetterberg sets herself apart with The Happiness Blueprint as it is different in every aspect.

I'll keep this short, but it's not going to be sweet. First of all this was slow slow slow. Honestly not much really happened till about 80% of the book. We dont get to see the main characters meet till its about half the book..... so much back story that in my opinion I could have done without..
Plus the story didn't draw me in, I had to force myself to get through this book; very unlike me. The story deals with loss, finding one's self and putting things in perspective especially when a loved one is lost. How do you go on living?
Yes I would recommend this book but won't be inclined to read it again!

Witzig, emotional und süß
Klara gibt sich viel Mühe, auch wenn sie im Vergleich mit ihrer perfekten Schwester doch immer schlecht abschneidet. Als sie die Einzige ist, die sich um das Unternehmen ihres Vaters kümmern kann, fühlt sie sich der Aufgabe nicht wirklich gewachsen und sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch die Kunden machen es ihr nicht wirklich leichter. Sie bräuchte etwas Unterstützung, aber sie will auch niemanden enttäuschen und schlägt sich daher doch eher alleine durch.
Ihr neuer Mitarbeiter Alex scheint aber zu wissen, was zu tun ist und sie suchen gemeinsam einen Weg, um das Unternehmen am Laufen zu halten und stellen sich dabei noch einigen anderen Herausforderungen. Sie fühlen sich eigentlich sofort zueinander hingezogen, doch Missverständnisse und Arbeitsbeziehungen machen die Sache komplizierter.
Beide haben ihre Ängste und Komplexe: Klara vergleicht sich immerzu mit ihrer Schwester und hat das Gefühl, nie gut genug zu sein; Alex hingegen verarbeitet noch einen schmerzhaften Verlust, kämpft dabei mit Schuldgefühlen und bestraft sich deswegen selber. Ihre Zusammenarbeit hält nicht nur das Unternehmen über Wasser, sie lernen dabei auch viel über sich selbst.
Ich fand die Charaktere sehr sympathisch, der Humor hat mir gut gefallen und ihre Geschichte fand ich nicht nur süß, sondern auch spannend.

Sadly I wasn’t as thrilled about this book as much as I wished. This book took forever to get started. It took almost 100 pages just for the characters to meet. Then we had a miscommunication trope for way too long and finally got together and still had time for a 3rd act breakup. It was just way too much.
I also really didn’t like her family for most of the beginning of the book which is a bummer but I am glad it got better by the end.
I did really loved this question about adulthood check: Can you think of three topics for small talk in a minute?
My answer yes I can! Surprisingly!
And this scene in the book did make me laugh out loud
“i broke up with Tom” says one love interest
“Thank fuck for that” responds the other
While I didn’t enjoy the book. I am extremely grateful to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for the arc. I will be on the lookout for another book by this author to try.

DNF - der Schreibstil und die Art und Weise des Buches sagen mir überhaupt nicht zu… leider 🥲 hatte mich darauf gefreut, aber es kommt auch nach 100 Seiten kein kleines bisschen an mich ran 🫠

Eine Geschichte, dir mir in einem anderen Genre besser gefallen hätte.
An diesem Buch deutet alles auf eine RomCom oder zumindest ein Romance-Buch hin. Bekommen habe ich tolle Charaktere mit schweren Schicksalen, aber irgendwie wenig bis keine Romance. Da ich die Hintergrundgeschichten allerdings gut fand, drücke ich bei der Bewertung mal beide Augen zu. Ich hatte überlegt es als "Slow Burn" zu bezeichnen, aber dafür fehlte mir hier der "Burn". Gefühle gab es einige, aber wenig romantische. Daran änderte auch der große "Break up" am Ende des Buches nichts. Da hat Alex leider sehr außerhalb seines vorigen Charakters gehandelt, der bis dahin an sich wirklich eine Green Flag war.
Klara und Alex haben mit ihren Geschichten und Schicksalsschlägen diese Story getragen. Dazu hat beigetragen, dass das Buch immer abwechselnd aus Alex und Klaras Sicht erzählt wurde. Besonders Klaras Kapitel mit den Google-Suchanfragen zu beginn fand ich schriftstellerisch schön gemacht. Die beiden haben sich super ergänzt und die Idee mit den geteilten Kalendern fand ich auch ganz süß. Das Erzählelement was ich am meisten mochte, war glaube ich aber alles rund um die Firma von Klaras Vater. Das war schön auserzählt und meiner Ansicht nach in genau der richtigen Detailtiefe.
Alles in allem war das Buch wirklich angenehm zu lesen und es hat mich kurzweilig auch wirklich gut unterhalten. Ich mochte, dass unsere Protagonistin Diabetes hat und man einiges darüber liest, was das für sie im Alltag bedeutet. Das hatte ich bisher auch noch in keinem Buch. Einzige Kritik meinerseits ist der fehlende Romance-Anteil. Und vielleicht Klaras Schwester und Mutter, die fand ich beide kreuzunsympathisch, bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob das nicht auch so gewollt war von der Autorin.

ogromnym plusem jest postać Klary, z którą totalnie się różnimy, a mimo to rozumiałam każde jej zachowanie ( chociaż ja bym zdecydowanie takich nie podjęła)
na minus wypadł końcowy “plot twist”- nie rozumiałam głównego bohatera i czemu ma problem do dziewczyny, która nic nie zrobiła XD ( autentycznie poszłam do taty, opowiedziałam mu całą książkę i stwierdził tak samo )
chociaż zapowiadała się świetnie, to niestety końcówka zepsuła mi odbiór tej historii ;/

Klara is living in England working a dead-end job. She moved there to go to school to become an architect, but has been unable to pass the English test. When her father falls ill, she moves back home to Sweden to run his construction company. Just after starting, she fires one of his employees for being disrespectful to woman and hires another. Alex, is not a woman, but she has no choice but to hire him or face discrimination charges. Alex has his own issues he is dealing with. His brother was recently hit while riding his bike and left to die. They have found the driver of the vehicle, but are looking for a witness that can prove he knew he had hit him, yet left the scene anyway. Alex is dealing with grief and guilt. Klara is not only living with type 1 diabetes, but she suspects she might also be autistic, which explains a lot of her anxiety and social issues. Can Alex and Klara help one another and balance each other out? Is romance possible between two people who are not looking for relationships?
The Happiness Blueprint was a fun and enjoyable story. Using calendar entries to tell parts of this story was a unique premise and it worked well. Klara and Alex are both dealing with issues that are not common place. While Klara's are medical, Alex's are mental health. Since his brother's death, Alex has been dealing with depression brought on by grief and guilt, also frustration while trying to find witnesses to help convict the killer of his brother. He takes the job working in the small construction company to try and move forward, suggested by his counselor. He and Klara share a calendar and their entries bring them together. Klara has trouble controlling her blood sugar so when Alex shares her app watching her sugar, he gets even more involved with her. Klara has had social issues all her life and when her sister suspects that her nephew could be autistic, this opens Klara's eyes to the possibility that she might also be on the spectrum. All this explains some of her behaviour, but really doesn't change her life. She is very insecure and worries about every decision she makes for the company. The longer she is there, the more she enjoys the job and isn't sure if she wants to leave when her father gets better, but she really wants to be an architect/designer. She and Alex begin as friends, but as they open up to one another, that becomes deeper and they begin to fall in love. He loves everything about her, even her quirks, that she is self-conscious about. This is a story of forgiveness, self-acceptance, finding yourself, following your dreams, living with health issues, depression & grief and romance. There is humor mixed with seriousness that brings this story to life. It is not all deep and brooding, but hopeful, light and fun. I was pleasantly surprised with the debut and will look for more books by Ally Zetterberg.

A solid debut that was strong on mental health rep (depression and grief) and disability rep (type 1 diabetes and autism). I really enjoyed this romcom/women's fiction story set in Sweden that sees Klara drawing the short stick and having to go take care of her dad undergoing cancer treatment as well as helping run his construction business.
As the new boss, Klara gets put in charge of hiring replacements for the misogynistic employees she fired and ends up meeting Alex. Recently coming out of the fog of his grief and depression and taskes with trying to get back to living his life, Alex takes on the job and finds himself befriending and eventually falling for Klara.
This was a sweet, kissing only romance that had likeable characters I couldn't help rooting for and an adorable ending. I especially liked Klara's journey to an autism diagnosis and learning how to accept that she needed to ask for accommodations required for her to start a new degree.
Great on audio narrated by Heather Long and Joe Jameson and perfect for fans of authors like Chloe Liese or Maggie North. I'm excited to see what this new author writes next! Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early digital and physical ARC in exchange for my honest review!

Slow, mostly boring and barely a romance.

Was das Buch wahrscheinlich am Besten gemacht hat, ist der Aufbau. Die Kapitel waren abwechselnd aus Klaras und Alex’ Sicht geschrieben und jedes Kapitel hat den aktuellen mentalen und emotionalen Stand der jeweiligen Person toll dargestellt und somit den Ton für das Kapitel gesetzt. Auch die Persönlichkeit des Charakters ist dank des Schreibstils gut durchgekommen.
Klaras Humor war klasse! Trocken und direkt, aber sehr, sehr passend zu ihrem Charakter.
Insbesondere haben Klara und Alex als Paar toll zueinander gepasst. Er hat sie und ihre Verhaltensweise sofort verstanden und kein bisschen in Frage gestellt.
Als slow burn kann ich die Romance hier nicht beschreiben, aber definitiv als slow. In dieser Hinsicht passiert fast bis zum Schluss wirklich wenig.
Das Tempo wurde in der zweiten Hälfte etwas angezogen, was ich etwas schade fand, verglichen mit der ersten Hälfte, die doch etwas detaillierter beschrieben war.
Was dem Buch, meiner Meinung nach, gefehlt hat, war irgendein Höhepunkt oder eine Tiefpunkt, was nicht bedeutet, dass es nicht die eine oder andere emotionale Situation gab.
Aber vielleicht war das auch Absicht.
Sonst war das Buch ziemlich gemütlich. Und das ist auch ok, denn ich glaube nicht, dass die Autorin auf irgendwas anderes hinaus wollte. Manchmal braucht es auch eine solche Art Buch.
Etwas irritierend fand ich auch, dass der Leser einige wenige Male direkt angesprochen wurde.
Es gab eine Szene, bei der Klara ein Gespräch von ihrem Vater und einem Mitarbeiter mitbekommen hat und dieser Inhalt wurde nie wieder aufgegriffen.
Meine größte Kritik gilt jedoch dem ehrenlosen 3rd-Act-Breakup, auf den letzten 70 Seiten. Was soll das?
Ich weiß nicht mal, ob man das, was Klara und Alex bis dahin hatten, eine Beziehung nennen kann, aber ein Break-Up war es irgendwie doch. Sehr schnell, sehr intensiv, und vor allem sehr ungerecht.
Wie gesagt, es ist ein süßes und gemütliches Buch und wenn man es ohne Erwartung an eine große Geschichte rangeht, wird man auch nicht enttäuscht.
Was das Buch wahrscheinlich am Besten gemacht hat, ist der Aufbau. Die Kapitel waren abwechselnd aus Klaras und Alex’ Sicht geschrieben und jedes Kapitel hat den aktuellen mentalen und emotionalen Stand der jeweiligen Person toll dargestellt und somit den Ton für das Kapitel gesetzt. Auch die Persönlichkeit des Charakters ist dank des Schreibstils gut durchgekommen.
Klaras Humor war klasse! Trocken und direkt, aber sehr, sehr passend zu ihrem Charakter.
Insbesondere haben Klara und Alex als Paar toll zueinander gepasst. Er hat sie und ihre Verhaltensweise sofort verstanden und kein bisschen in Frage gestellt.
Als slow burn kann ich die Romance hier nicht beschreiben, aber definitiv als slow. In dieser Hinsicht passiert fast bis zum Schluss wirklich wenig.
Das Tempo wurde in der zweiten Hälfte etwas angezogen, was ich etwas schade fand, verglichen mit der ersten Hälfte, die doch etwas detaillierter beschrieben war.
Was dem Buch, meiner Meinung nach, gefehlt hat, war irgendein Höhepunkt oder eine Tiefpunkt, was nicht bedeutet, dass es nicht die eine oder andere emotionale Situation gab.
Aber vielleicht war das auch Absicht.
Sonst war das Buch ziemlich gemütlich. Und das ist auch ok, denn ich glaube nicht, dass die Autorin auf irgendwas anderes hinaus wollte. Manchmal braucht es auch eine solche Art Buch.
Etwas irritierend fand ich auch, dass der Leser einige wenige Male direkt angesprochen wurde.
Es gab eine Szene, bei der Klara ein Gespräch von ihrem Vater und einem Mitarbeiter mitbekommen hat und dieser Inhalt wurde nie wieder aufgegriffen.
Meine größte Kritik gilt jedoch dem ehrenlosen 3rd-Act-Breakup, auf den letzten 70 Seiten. Was soll das?
Ich weiß nicht mal, ob man das, was Klara und Alex bis dahin hatten, eine Beziehung nennen kann, aber ein Break-Up war es irgendwie doch. Sehr schnell, sehr intensiv, und vor allem sehr ungerecht.
Wie gesagt, es ist ein süßes und gemütliches Buch und wenn man es ohne Erwartung an eine große Geschichte rangeht, wird man auch nicht enttäuscht.

Nie ukrywam, że po zapowiedziach w bookmediach spodziewałam się czegoś zupełnie innego niż tego co otrzymałam. Mianowicie komedii romantycznej, przy której zdołam oderwać się od świata oraz trochę pośmiać. Jest mi dość przykro, ponieważ oczekiwania po przeczytaniu opisu miałam naprawdę duże, a końcowo okazało się, że była to historia, jak każda inna. Pomimo moich dużych chęci nie potrafiłam polubić się z treścią.
Książka opowiada o Klarze, która jest zmuszona podjąć ciężką decyzję o powrocie do rodzinnego kraju, aby pomóc choremu ojcu w prowadzeniu biznesu. Jej starsza siostra ma ułożone życie, męża, dziecko, więc to jej przypadło to ciężkie zadanie, którego za wszelką cenę nie chce wykonać. W końcu porzucenie swojego ułożonego życia w Londynie nawet, jeśli tylko chwilowo jest dość ciężkim zadaniem, z którym musi się uporać. Na szczęście powrót do Szwecji ma trwać około trzy miesiące, dopóki rodzic dziewczyny nie wyzdrowieje i w pełni sił wróci do pracy. Od teraz priorytetem kobiety jest firma budowlana i zrobienie wszystkiego, aby nie zawieść swojego taty. Niestety już po paru dniach Klara pod wpływem impulsu oraz obrzydliwych słów ze strony pracowników postanawia ich zwolnić, a teraz jak najszybciej potrzebuje znaleźć kogoś na ich miejsce. Aby uniknąć obrzydliwych seksistowskich komentarzy postanawia poszukać kobiety z dobrymi kwalifikacjami, która idealnie nada się do pracy. Udaje jej się to i z niecierpliwością wyczekuje na przybycie niejakiej Alex, której cv zrobiło na niej wrażenie. Wyobraźcie sobie minę Klary, gdy do budynku zamiast wymarzonej pracownicy pojawia się wysoki, przystojny facet... Jest tylko jeden problem – ma obrączkę na palcu.
Bohaterowie byli wykreowana bardzo dobrze, ale niestety pomimo tego nie zdołali zdobyć mojej sympatii. Klara to silna kobieta, której celem jest wykonanie swojej pracy i szybki powrót do domu, aby kolejny raz podejść do egzaminu tym samym spełnić swoje marzenie o studiowaniu architektury. Natomiast Alex to mężczyzna, który pół roku temu stracił ukochanego brata, z którego stratą nie potrafi sobie poradzić. Jego życie stało się czarno-białe, a zwykłe czynności sprawiają mu duży problem przez jego chorobę – depresję. Pokuszę się o określenie, że ich uczucia były blokowane z dwóch stron. Kobieta myślała, że jej nowy zabójczo przystojny pracownik ma żonę, a mężczyzna nie wykonywał żadnego kroku, ponieważ Klara randkowała z innymi, jednocześnie odsuwając się od niego przez jego sytuację
Gdy wreszcie odnaleźli swoją drogę i wyznali uczucia było to urocze, lecz przy tym bardzo smutne zważając na to, że dwudziestosześciolatka chce wrócić do Londynu, aby dalej się rozwijać i w końcu pomimo wieku zacząć studiować. Ta dwójka zauroczyła mnie swoją lekkością w relacji, ale moim skromnym zdaniem wszystko działo się za szybko chociaż spędzili ze sobą około trzy miesiące. Rozumiem, że czuli wzajemny pociąg seksualny i jest to w pełni normalne, ale odnoszę wrażenie że cały czas chodziło o stosunek. Nie wiem, może się mylę.
Z przykrością to piszę ale fabuła już na samym początku niezwykle mnie zirytowała, a może lepiej będzie napisać konkretnie co doprowadziło mnie do tego stanu. Mianowicie brak szybkiego poznania bohaterów. Klara z Alexem spotkała się po raz pierwszy dopiero na 130 stronie, co dla mnie było dużym szokiem i sprawiło to, że nie miałam chęci do kontynuowana historii. Tak jak wcześniej napisałam oczekiwałam czegoś, co sprawi, że w końcu będę usatysfakcjonowana, znalezieniem dobrego romansu z nutą pikanterii. Jedynym plusem z całej tej sytuacji jest to, że mogliśmy poznać mężczyznę od innej strony, gdyż w książce znajdziemy dwie perspektywy zarówno bohaterki, jak i bohatera. Zdołaliśmy zobaczyć, jak radzi sobie ze śmiercią brata oraz, co planuje zrobić jeszcze przed poznaniem swojej szefowej. Natomiast w przypadku Klary przed ich poznaniem otrzymaliśmy „raport” z jej powrotu do rodzinnego kraju oraz odrobinę emocji, które wywołało u niej stare miasto.
Ta lektura najzwyklej w świecie mnie nie zaciekawiła. Większość czasu musiałam się zmuszać, aby ją skończyć i wyrobić się z terminem współpracy. Jednak zapewniam, że wcale nie był to zły romans. Bo jeśli lubicie luźne historię z odrobiną humoru, zabawnych scen pomiędzy bohaterami i z dodatkiem fajnej, nieprzesadnej pikanterii, to myślę, że polubicie się z tym tytułem. Ja i mój specyficzny gust - pasujemy.

I loved this book! I feel like the cover does a bit of disservice, though. The diabetes representation with the prominent CGM on the arm is so amazing I want to cry, but the rest of the cartoon graphic makes you think it's a rom-com when it's not. The point of the story is not the romance, so people looking for that will be put off by the slow pace. This is a story about relationships and what finding yourself and finding family looks like. As other reviews say, the two MCs don't even meet until a good chunk of the book has passed as they set up their separate life struggles. The relationships, though... Wow. These are full, rich, amazing characters with amazingly relatable relationships. Also super shout out to the real representation of living with diabetes. This is the best book I have ever read in terms of getting diabetes 100% correct. This T1D mom author knows her carbs from her midnight hypos, and I salute her! There is also representation for neurodivergence, which seems to be as thoughtfully addressed. All in all, I look forward to more amazing things from this author.

The story of Klara and Alex. Klara is autistic and has Diabetes. Alex is struggling with depression and grief. I felt the book started slow, though perhaps this is because contemporary romance is not my genre, but it picked up in the second half of the book. I loved Klara and seeing discover her autism as well as falling in love was a beautiful journey to witness.

I know you have to build out characters in stories to get the full picture but this building took too long and could have been cut down and still given the readers an understanding of who the MC are. The first quarter of the book I was confused on where the story was going and it was a bit boring.
Once the two main characters stories started to intertwine, the overall story line picked up too.
Overall though I loved the story and format. It’s set in an unusual setting for me, I don’t read many Rom Coms based in Sweden. The book highlights a neurodivergent couple and I felt like they were well written characters. It was refreshing to read a not so typical Rom Com. Also there was Type One Diabetes representation. It’s not something that is highlighted correctly often enough and I think the author did a great job of writing some of the realities of dealing with this disease. Format wise I enjoyed how the author started each chapter, a Google question for Klara’s and task entries for Alex. It was a fun addition to their characters and the chapter.
Unrelated to the story, but the cover of the book definitely needs work. I know we aren’t supposed to “judge a book by its cover” but let’s be real, we do at least pass an initial judgement by the cover. I like the design of the cover but the graphics need work. I appreciate that they incorporated Klara’s pod into the cover image though, that was very nice to see.

Przez pewien czas książka „Plan na miłość” Ally Zetterberg pojawiała się w bookmediach dość często. Pierwotnie nie miałam jej w planach, ale kolejne wyskakujące mi przed nosem recenzje przekonały mnie do tego, by dać tej publikacji szansę. Czy była to dobra decyzja? Już spieszę z wyjaśnieniem.
Główna bohaterka historii — Klara to dziewczyna, której los nie oszczędza. Od dziecka zmaga się z cukrzycą typu 1, jej praca zawodowa przyprawia ją o ból głowy, a na domiar złego musi wrócić w rodzinne strony, by pomóc choremu na raka ojcu w prowadzeniu firmy budowlanej. Czy dziewczyna poradzi sobie z nowym wyzwaniem?
Jedno jest pewne, kiedy los rzuca nam kłody pod nogi, nic nie wydaje się proste. I tak też jest w przypadku Klary. Q: czy miłość da się zaplanować?
Zacznijmy od tego, że kocham planować! Mam kilka kalendarzy (każdy do czegoś innego, ale w każdym zaznaczone te same ważne sprawy), uwielbiam organizację, porządek, przemyślenie tego, co ma nadejść i jak do tego podejść… do czasu. Bo jeżeli chodzi o realizację tych planów, nie jest już tak kolorowo, po trasie wiele rzeczy jest jednak nie tak, jak powinno, a ja dostaję wtedy ścisku żołądka. Stąd moje pełne zrozumienie dla bohaterów książki „Plan na miłości” od Ally Zetterberg.
Przenieśmy się na chwilę do szwedzkiego Malmö. Klara utknęła w beznadziejnej pracy i potrzebuje zmiany. I zmiana nadchodzi - dziewczyna staje przed wielkim wyzwaniem. Musi przejąć firmę budowlaną swojego ojca na czas jego rekonwalescencji, co wiąże się z powrotem do rodzinnego domu i totalnym wyjściem ze swojej strefy komfortu. Wiecie, jak to się mówi - z deszczu pod rynnę. Alex natomiast to chłopak, który jest cieniem samego siebie. Odkąd jego brat zginął w wypadku, Alex nie potrafi wyjść ze skorupy, zamyka się przed światem, a depresja praktycznie zjada go żywcem. Wszystko zmienia się w momencie, w którym terapeuta radzi mu znaleźć pracę, jakieś nowe, absorbujące zajęcie.
Tę dwójkę spotykamy w nieco smutnych okolicznościach. Ta powieść określana jest jako romantyczna komedia pomyłek - i owszem! To momentami zabawna historia, która czaruje swoim pociesznym, lekkim poczuciem humoru, podczas czytania której poczujecie się, jak przy kawie z dobrym znajomym. Ale jest to również powieść mądra, taka, która niesie pewne refleksje i przesłanie. Sama akcja jest dość dynamiczna, z dużym zainteresowaniem poznawałam kolejne losy głównych bohaterów. Bardzo starałam się ich zrozumieć, mam również wrażenie, że mimo dość trudnych tematów zdrowia psychicznego, jakie podjęła autorka, jest powieść bardzo dobrze przyswajalna.
Zacznijmy od tego, że kocham planować! Mam kilka kalendarzy (każdy do czegoś innego, ale w każdym zaznaczone te same ważne sprawy), uwielbiam organizację, porządek, przemyślenie tego, co ma nadejść i jak do tego podejść… do czasu. Bo jeżeli chodzi o realizację tych planów, nie jest już tak kolorowo, po trasie wiele rzeczy jest jednak nie tak, jak powinno, a ja dostaję wtedy ścisku żołądka. Stąd moje pełne zrozumienie dla bohaterów książki „Plan na miłości” od Ally Zetterberg.
Przenieśmy się na chwilę do szwedzkiego Malmö. Klara utknęła w beznadziejnej pracy i potrzebuje zmiany. I zmiana nadchodzi - dziewczyna staje przed wielkim wyzwaniem. Musi przejąć firmę budowlaną swojego ojca na czas jego rekonwalescencji, co wiąże się z powrotem do rodzinnego domu i totalnym wyjściem ze swojej strefy komfortu. Wiecie, jak to się mówi - z deszczu pod rynnę. Alex natomiast to chłopak, który jest cieniem samego siebie. Odkąd jego brat zginął w wypadku, Alex nie potrafi wyjść ze skorupy, zamyka się przed światem, a depresja praktycznie zjada go żywcem. Wszystko zmienia się w momencie, w którym terapeuta radzi mu znaleźć pracę, jakieś nowe, absorbujące zajęcie.
Tę dwójkę spotykamy w nieco smutnych okolicznościach. Plan na miłość to książka, która otworzyła mi oczy na ważną kwestię, ale o tym za chwilę. O czym tu poczytamy? Rodzinna firma zajmująca się wykończeniami wnętrz potrzebuje pomocy, gdy jej szef musi udać się na chemioterapię. Na ratunek przybywa córka właściciela, Klara, dla której początek tej przygody bynajmniej maluje się w jasnych barwach... Zaczyna od zwolnienia dwóch pracowników i poszukiwania nowych. I właśnie od nowego stolarza, Alexa, zaczyna robić się ciekawie.
Moje wrażenia dopełniły się dopiero po przeczytaniu całości. Były momenty, w których bohaterka wydawała mi się odrobinę dziecinna jak na 26 lat, w innych dość naiwna, a w jeszcze innych bardzo poważna. Z początku trudno było mi wkręcić się w historię, ale po dotarciu do istotnego zwrotu akcji i nakreśleniu przez autorkę kilku istotnych szczegółów, wiele rzeczy wskoczyło na swoje miejsce. Od tamtej pory towarzyszyło mi dziwne uczucie zażenowania moimi pochopnymi ocenami pewnych aspektów historii związanych z bohaterami, ale też zrozumienia głębszego tematu-mamy zwyczaj wkładać wszystko do jednego worka, albo zamykać w konkretnych szufladach. Jest to trochę silniejsze od nas, ale nie znaczy wcale, że nie da się tego przezwyciężyć. Odrobina otwartego umysłu i podejścia rozwiązałaby wiele problemów między ludźmi i zdziałałaby naprawdę dużo! Mój początkowy sceptycyzm był nieuzasadniony, jednak osiadł na tyle mocno, że książka wydała mi się dość przeciętna... Niemniej, plan na miłość dość wyraźnie pokazuje, jak zmiana punktu widzenia może zmienić czyjeś życie, a jednocześnie, jako całość, daje nam naprawdę fajną historię o miłości, w sam raz na ponure popołudnie.

Jeśli szukacie przewidywalnego romansu, to dobrze trafiliście. Ta pozycja mnie nie zaskoczyła, lecz absolutnie niczego jej to nie odbiera. Powiedziałabym nawet, że autorka podjęła się nie lada wyzwania, pisząc typowy romans, przy którym czytelnik nie tylko się nie nudzi, ale wręcz zachwyca się jego prostotą.
Podobał mi się zarówno pomysł na fabułę, jak i jego realizacja. Mam wrażenie, że wszystko w tej książce zostało zaplanowane i dopięte na ostatni guzik. Doceniam tę powieść za dobrze ujęte w niej ważne tematy, takie jak: śmierć bliskiej osoby, depresja, żałoba, cukrzyca czy autyzm. Funkcjonowanie osób w spektrum i chorych na wspomniane choroby zostało rzetelnie ukazane. Plusem jest też pokazanie siostrzanej relacji w tych gorszych i lepszych momentach. Jedną z moich ulubionych scen była ta, w której główna bohaterka widzi, że w przeszłości raniła siostrę i postanawia to zmienić. Jeśli chodzi o sam romans, to był on standardowy. Ujęło mnie jednak to, że relacja miała uzdrawiający wpływ na obie postacie. Ich przemiana została świetnie przedstawiona🥹 Dobrze było czytać o tym, że Alex odżywa po śmierci brata, a dziewczyna zaczyna w siebie wierzyć❤️
Podsumowując, jest to dobra i wartościowa historia, która umili Wam weekend. Bardzo polecam❤️

Opis tej książki zaciekawił mnie i wiedziałam, że chcę przeczytać tą książkę. Spodziewałam się zwykłej obyczajówki gdzie oni się poznają i po czasie zaczynają coś do siebie czuć, a w tle pojawiają się jakieś drobne przeszkody i po części to właśnie dostałam, ale oprócz tego w tej książce zostaje poruszone kilka naprawdę istotnych wątków walka z utratą najbliższych, to jak ta strata wpływa na człowieka i jak każdy radzi sobie zupełnie inaczej z żałobą i tym by ruszyć przez siebie, ale również spotykamy się tutaj z problemami zdrowotnymi takimi jak cukrzyca i tym jak osoby nią obciążone muszą sobie radzić w życiu codziennym oraz poszukiwaniu prawdy o samym sobie : jestem dziwny? czy może wyjątkowo spoglądam na świat? Właśnie z takimi problemami mierzą się Klara i Alex są to problemy które dotykają naprawdę wielu z nas i dzięki temu ta książka jest autentyczna. Każda z postaci wyróżnia się czym innym i nawet jeśli nie pamiętamy imion to po cechach charakteru bardzo szybko je rozróżniamy. Wielkich zwrotów akcji w tej książce nie było, ale uważam, że są one zbędne. Autentyzm tej książki broni się sam.

"The happiness blueprint" konnte mich von der ersten Sekunde durch die authentischen Charaktere überzeugen.
Es geht um Klara, die durch die Krebserkrankung ihres Vaters zurück nach Schweden zieht, um ihn in allen Belangen zu Unterstützen. Dabei muss sie auch die Firma des Vaters führen und bekommt dort die Hilfe vom Mitarbeiter Alex. Damit sie sich besser strukturierten können, verknüpfen sie ihre Terminplaner miteinander und lernen so ebenfalls sehr viel privates übereinander kennen.
Die Geschichte beinhaltet sehr viele Themen, die sehr schön ausgearbeitet sind und somit super authentische Charaktere erzeugen. Klara und Alex waren mir von Beginn an sehr sympathisch und ich bin durch den flüssigen Schreibstil sehr durch die Geschichte geflogen.
Abschließend kann ich die Geschichte allen an Herz legen, die locker-leichte Liebesgeschichte lieben.

“I need rest days from socializing like others do after going to the gym.” This is one of Klara’s many funny and unique observations. It made me laugh while I was not wanting to be bothered by anyone as I was reading this book.
I found this book a real joy. I’ve seen some reviews that have said it takes a while for the story to develop. I didn’t think this book was any different from other books in that regard.
There are a lot of elements in this book that are relatable to me. So much so it was a bit eerie, but in a good way.
I happily give this book five stars for tackling some sensitive subjects in a realistic and positive way. I enjoyed the storyline of the two main characters, Klara and Alex. Kudos to Ally Zetterberg for a beautiful debut novel. I look forward to reading what she writes next!

Das Buch hat sich extrem gezogen, richtig passiert ist auch nichts.
Ich mochte die Autismus und Diabetes rep sehr gerne, mochte an sich auch Klara und Alex als Figuren und ihre struggles, aber diese Liebesgeschichte war nicht gut gemacht. Zum einen fanden sie sich gegenseitig von Sekunde 1 so toll, dass sie nicht mehr klar denken konnten, dann schwärmen sie in ihren PoVs immer vom anderen, ohne dass wir on page Interaktion bzw. Konversation sehen. Und zum anderen diese miscommunication mit dem Ehering..
Leider nicht so gut, wie es hätte sein können.

świetna historia, bardzo mi się podobała
dobrze ukazane spektrum autyzmu, oprócz tego temat żałoby i psychoterapii, a całość opatrzona lekką dawką humoru. ponadto super pomysł na te wpisy w kalendarzu i wyszukiwanie w google🥹 bohaterowie wspaniali i fabuła też naprawdę dobra

The writing style is something that I am not used to and just not for me. The overall story itself was fine, it was just the writing style made it a struggle to read. So unfortunately I would not recommend The Happiness Blueprint, and I also won’t be reading anymore books by Ally Zetterberg either.
