My life is basically a three-item to-do list:

1. Keep my eight-year-old daughter happy.

2. Keep my job at the elementary school.

3. Keep my big, scary dream of being a full-time artist locked up where it can’t break my heart.

Easy. Manageable. Drama-free.

And then Fisher Wright strolls into Star Falls.

Tall. Charming. British. The kind of dangerously attractive that should come with a warning label—or maybe a hazmat suit in my size. He’s here for eight weeks, helping a famous music superstar record her next album.

We have one harmless, flirty conversation at the local bar.
Then it’s wine on my porch.
Then stolen kisses by the falls.
Then… oh no, actual feelings. The big, messy, life-complicating kind I swore I didn’t have time for.

But his life is in New York. Mine is here. And long-distance fairytales? Please. They don’t come true — especially when there’s a kid involved.

So why is he making secret plans to get my art in front of Manhattan’s elite?
Why am I suddenly imagining him at my daughter’s soccer games?
And why does it feel like the only temporary thing here… is the eight-week expiration date we agreed on?

Small-town slow burn. Single mom sunshine and a grumpy Brit. Steamy porch kisses. And one very inconvenient, very irresistible love.

I’m used to this author writing stories set in big cities with CEO power players and reeking of sex appeal. It was a little different wrapping my head around a small-town romance in this one. But, never fear, she does include the big city influence, especially in her leading male character.

I love the plot in the story. It was really perfect for the setting. It allows for that perfect balance between big city and small town.

It also allows for a wonderful story to develop with a single mom trying to make it, and a big music developer/producer building his empire.

Bay always has amazing character development, and this one did not disappoint. I love the connection between all of the characters, including the young girl who had such a great personality. The alone time was hot and spicy, and that bossy CEO vibe was definitely coming through in the bedroom.

One thing that did disappoint me a little bit was the female lead character, who refused to see a future together and was so close-minded about everything.

I hated that she was willing to throw everything away. While we got a great ending, it would’ve been nicer to have them together at the end for a longer period of time.

Love Deep is everything you’re looking for in a swoony romance. Wonderful characters, great location, awesome detail, secondary characters that add so many depths and layers to the story.

Bay never disappoints and always delivers sexy, sweet romantic stories for the win.

Love Deep is the second book set in Colorado, but Juniper and Fisher's story could be read as a standalone.

Could a fling become something more lasting?
Juniper and Fisher live two very different lives. She is a single mom who works at the school, she also is a painter, and she's never left her small town. He is a music producer and the CEO of his own record company, he lives in New York, but he followed one of his singer to Star Falls for an album recording. They like each other at first sight, they have a great chemistry, they give in to the passion, but they know that this isn't the begin of a long term relationship.

"It's important to have roots, Juniper. But it's magical to have wings."

I loved Juniper and Fisher. She is strong and independent, she put her dream of become an artist aside to take care of her daughter, fortunately Fisher helped her to see that she still can be a good mother even if sometimes she carve out some time for herself. These two made my heart warm and full, they instantly clicked, their relationship grows easily, and they support each other without being overbearing.

Louise Bay delivered a sweet and steamy story that I recommend to all who like single parent and small town tropes.

Omg single mom x billionaire is such a vibe!!! There is something so hot about a rich man who is respectful on the streets but has the dirtiest mouth in the sheets WHEW!! I’m a big Fisher fan 😏 I also really liked Juniper because she just felt so dang REAL!! You could relate to her (even tho I am not a parent) in multiple ways & I just loved her growth & the found family aspect of the story!

I had a great time listening to the second book in the Colorado club billionaires series!

ARC Review

This was a fun read for me and whilst I enjoyed it I did feel it lacked something. I can’t quite put my finger on it but I feel like it was missing some chemistry or depth with the characters. It was very insta love and whilst I have no issue with this trope, I feel like we missed them just having some fun and getting to know each other, I felt like it was very intense quite quickly.

Juniper always puts her daughter Riley first, as she should, but I felt like at times she was using her as an excuse for her own fears. I like that Fisher pushed her to do things for herself but respected her boundaries when it came to limitations on location and Riley.

There were some twists and turns I wasn’t expecting from this book, I enjoyed them and definitely feel like they added to the story. I do feel like the book could have been longer and we could have explored some plot lines more.

This being the first book of this authors I have read, we meet a few side characters who have obviously had a book previously but I never felt like I was missing out not knowing their story, it is definitely a standalone and you can pick this up without having read previous books.

I would absolutely recommend this book if you are looking for a sweet story with a happily ever after and the sweetest kid. Riley definitely stole my heart and I’m so happy she ended up having Fisher in her life long term, they have the nicest bond.

Thank you to the author and Hambright PR for the ARC.

A single mom from a small town in Colorado meets a billionaire music producer with a sexy accent.

Honestly this one was so cute, I had a fun time. While the whole rivalry reveal was a big wtf, this guy is a grown man… I still swooned and giggled the rest of the way.

Thank you so much to Hambright PR for the e-ARC and ALC! I really enjoyed being able to immersive read this story.

It's been a long time since I've read a book by Louise Bay buy I used to enjoy her so much and this was a great reminder why!

This small town romance set in the beauty of Colorado is right up my alley. This was an easy listen with a cozy vibe that sucked me in right away. I loved Juniper and Fisher with their instant connection but they promised one another it's "only for a short time". Yet the more time they spend together, it's clear that they can't keep it just in a box. They can't stop thinking about one another and when Juniper's daughter, Riley, starts to wiggle her way into Fisher's heart... he's done for.

I also loved how Juniper's dreams as an artist get to slowly come to life. She traded the dream of art school for her little girl, and she doesn't regret it for a second. But maybe she can have both, and Fisher is determined to get her to reach for more. It's really sweet.

Overall, this book is just what it claims to be. Heartwarming, sexy, light angst with a great found family. There are a few surprises sprinkled in, but I won't give anything away.

This was narrated in the dual style by Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East. They did a wonderful job with this one. I'm looking forward to reading more of this series.

Love Deep is a flirty, feel-good small-town romance that shows how a simple fling can turn into something real.

Juniper, a single mom who's set her art dreams aside, crosses paths with Fisher, a driven music producer from New York visiting her hometown for work. Their instant spark slowly grows into something neither of them expected, even though they both try to keep it casual.

I really liked the contrast between Juniper's quiet life and Fisher's fast-paced world. Their chemistry feels natural, and Fisher's moments with Riley are downright adorable. There's also a light mystery tied to his job that adds a bit of intrigue and keeps the story moving.

Still, I wished for a little more emotional depth between them. It's fun, spicy, and easy to breeze through, just not one that completely hooked me.

Overall, it's an enjoyable, well-written romance that delivers plenty of charm and heart.

As fun as the majority of this book is to read, it does not change my perspective regarding single mom trope. The female main character spends way too much time putting her baby girl first and foremost, which of course, should be the right thing to do, but since I'm reading to take some quality time off reality, I'd hope she can focus more on her own love life with Fisher, the gorgeous British man. Another thing that stops me from giving me this book a four-star is because of the lengthy dialogues. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate thought-provoking viewpoints from the protagonists from time to time, but for reason, I feel like the conversations in this book are simply way too long for me and I lose patience rather quickly. It can be a me problem, I admit, but still. All in all, Love Deep is not a bad read, and I'd recommend to everyone.

This story follows Juniper, a single mum living in the small town of Star Falls. She’s always put her daughter first, but in doing so, missed out on her own dream of going to art school. Recently, her artwork she treated as a hobby, caught the attention of a local billionaire who built a club. Now, his friend Fisher Wright, a New York hotshot in the music scene, is in town. After hitting it off during a night out, what could possibly go wrong with exploring a little fling while he’s here?

This was such a feel good read. I love how Juniper was a little unsure of her artwork, she didn’t really believe in its worth and was also struggling with her feelings for Fisher. These two come from completely different worlds, and in her mind, there was little chance a relationship could work. But Fisher fell hard. He was captivated by her and missed her company. And not only that this man is delicious in the spicy scenes. I was obsessed! I also adored Riley, her daughter; she added such a fun dynamic to the story. If you’re thinking of picking it up, the audiobook is brilliant in dual narration. Overall, I really enjoy Louise’s stories.

Love Deep was such a good contemporary romance! Set in a cozy Colorado small town, it follows single mom Juniper as she’s just trying to hold it all together when music producer Fisher shows up. From the very beginning, their chemistry had me hooked, it’s grumpy Brit meets sunshine mom in the best way.

I loved how heartfelt this one was. There’s humor, swoony porch kisses, protective mom energy, and plenty of tender moments that made me smile. The spice was there too, but what really stood out was the emotional pull and the way the author balanced small-town warmth with big feelings.

I listened to the ALC alongside reading the ARC, and the dual narrators did such a great job bringing Juniper and Fisher to life. Between the narration and the story itself, I couldn’t stop listening/reading.

If you love small-town romance with found-family vibes, a devoted single mom heroine, and a hero who wears his heart on his sleeve, this one is definitely worth picking up. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend. Thank you to Hambright PR for the gifted ARC and ALC.

ARC & ALC REVIEW
📚Love Deep by Louise Bay
🎤Samantha Brentmoor & Shane East

DUAL NARRATION
#2 in the Colorado Club Billionaire Series

I am absolutely loving this small town series from Louise. She writes such sweet & heartfelt stories & who doesn't love a small-town, mountain resort setting with some billionaires? Am I right?

Juniper is a single mom with an adorable daughter named Riley. By day she works as a teaching assistant but her true passion is painting. Byron, the owner of the Colorado Club, decides to buy several of her paintings to decorate the resort with. He's got a buddy named Fisher. He's tall, charming & British! The perfect trifecta if you ask me! He notices Juniper's work & decides to inquire about it.

When these two meet, they are instantly attracted to one another. With Fisher living in New York, working as a record producer, there's no way anything serious can come from this so they both agree to keep things casual & "benefit" friendly! But they quickly discover that they've got a deeper connection than just a fling while he's in town.

Juniper LOVES to paint but she's so unsure of herself & her level of talent. Fisher encourages her to pursue her dream of becoming a full time artist. She brushes it off. She's got her daughter & needs a steady income. But Fisher believes in her & continues to push her. These two couldn't be from more different worlds. Juniper doesn't want to get hurt & worries about Riley getting too attached knowing Fisher's stay is temporary. Can their strong connection keep them together despite living in separate worlds?

I adored Riley's character. She was precocious, curious & could see that these two were diggin' on each other. Smart kid! Fisher immediately takes a liking to Riley, making Juniper fall even harder. This big city billionaire begins to realize very quickly that small-town living just might be for him.

🎧Let's talk audio: Samantha Brentmoor is so fun to listen to in this one. Not only does she breathe life into Juniper but she voices our British MC like no other! Sammie B with a British accent? Yes, please! Her performance of 8 yr. old Riley was so adorable. She's so multi-talented & listening to her is NEVER hard. There really wasn't anyone better to voice this slightly broody British MC other than Shane East. He was perfectly cast. Fisher just becomes putty in Juniper's hands & it was so sweet listening to Shane perform scenes with young Riley. I VERY much enjoyed this audio in DUAL because it gave me the chance to listen to Sam show off her crazy talented skills which are amazing people!

Louise's books are always so great on audio. This one is filled with heartfelt moments, swoony gestures from Fisher & plenty of spicy time!😉 I love this group of guy friends too. All with loads of money & hearts of gold. Just the kind of MC we all love!😂

Thank you to Louise Bay for the opportunity to be on her team & review this ARC & ALC. This is comfort listening at its best!

What stood out in Louise Bay’s Love Deep is the realism of Juniper’s portrayal of a single mom. She had to take care of a sick child on her own and deal with the challenges and emotions of her daughter’s father not showing up and not being there when he should. Juniper put her daughter first and set aside her artistic dreams. Author Louise Bay didn’t just touch upon this as a “trope;” it was part of the story.

Juniper and Fisher’s relationship develops quickly, and a lot happens during it. I don’t mind when love happens quickly between a couple in romance books. The spicy scenes were good too. I also listened to the audio, going back and forth with the ebook. Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East performed the narration, and I thought it was cast perfectly. I may have lingered a bit longer during Fisher’s scenes on the audio side.

3.5/5 rounded to 4 for GR

Juniper is someone who had big dreams and had to put them aside. Fisher is tenacious and goes for what he wants. They have an undeniable spark that is captivating. I enjoyed reading this insta-lust-to-love story. I think they’re both very sweet characters and meshed well.

I liked how they both kept thinking this would be just a fun fling and then move on but they kept growing more and more of a connection and feelings. It’s a pretty basic romance but there’s a certain joy in that. I like how Louise writes a fun, flirty, but heartfelt story and always with plenty of open-door spice.

There was a nice kind-of mystery throughout this, related to Fisher and his work, which kept the pages turning too. However, the resolution was very easy and I expected a little more.

Fisher is so, so cute with Riley, Juniper’s daughter - I was grinning a bit in how he interacted with her.

I wanted a little “more” to everything, the connection between the MCs was a bit thin for me. I think this and the previous book in this series were both like that for me so for some reason I’m not fully clicking with this series like I have with her other books.

However - this a good story overall, solid writing, and an enjoyable read.

I received an advance copy of the book and have left my honest, influence-free review

Love Deep is the perfect way to describe this book. It felt like a love that creeps up on you rather than insta love.

Louise Bay is one of my go-to authors and her stories never let me down. Love Deep is the second book in the Colorado Club Billionaire series and so far these books are captivating.

Juniper is a single mum who loves making art in her spare time. The owner of the Colorado club, Byron buys some of her paintings for his club. Fisher is a good friend of Byron’s and Juniper is someone on his radar. He’s seen her work and finds her intriguing even through they can’t have a future together. He’s based in New York with his music business and she’s fixed to her hometown.

When the pair start dating they both know it can only be casual, but sometimes a connection is deeper than you expect. This is Juniper and Fishers happy ever after.

I listened to this book as an audiobook and it only enhanced my experience. Great narrators with good storytelling skills.

Love Deep by Louise Bay is an interconnected standalone in the new Colorado Club Billionaires series, but it is also connected to her New York Ciry Billionaires series. The connection is mostly with the MMC but sometimes we also get some FMC connections as well. This is by far my favorite element in the series. The characters are wonderful, they've been friends since college, and they are 100% there for each other.

Love Deep focuses on Fisher, friend of Byron who came home to his small Colorado town to take a chance on building an exclusive luxury resort. The club pretty much offers anything a billionaires heart could ever desire, and privacy is top of the list. That makes it the perfect place for Fisher to bring his recording artists.

Fisher isn't really in to small-town living, he's got New York City in his blood -- or so he thinks at least. Local artist, Juniper French, has turned his head, put his life in a tailspin, and made him question his future.

Juniper is a single mom who used to aspire to be a painter. She has some new-found fame due to having her paintings adorn the walls of the Colorado Club. Fisher has connections and wants to help Juniper spread her wings, but underneath it all, is Juniper willing to let those wings take her out of her comfort zone?

Love Deep provided me with lots of emotional feels. Juniper and Fisher danced around their feelings, both a little hesitant to get involved knowing heartbreak would be imminent. Juniper loves her small town and Fisher's life is in New York. Cue the angst and inner turmoil. As their friendship evolves into something more, Juniper fights with herself trying to protect her heart. She has never put herself first, always planning her life around her daughter, so she struggles with allowing herself to give for anything personal. Turns out, Juniper has some fears that her wonderful daughter helps her overcome.

I loved Fisher and Juniper together, but I found their struggle to get out of their own heads and live a little to be frustrating at times. Of course this is exactly the reason that the story was so good. They fought their connection believing it could go no where, but when they started to see past the walls they had put in place, anything was possible. I do prefer a story that lets the couple ultimately spend more time together so I can bask in their love for a bit. That would be one element of the story that I wish would have been different. But honestly, I'm never ready to see the characters end, so I guess that is on me.

I chose to totally immerse myself in the story and listen to the audiobook while reading along. This is one of my new favorite reading experiences, so thank you to author Louise Bay for supplying early copies of both. Narrator Shane East brought Fisher to life with a perfect English accent. Juniper was voiced by Samantha Brentmoor, who I also love. I've listened to her many times and she is fabulous. While I do prefer my audiobooks to be recorded in duet style, both narrators did an amazing job of changing up their voices to play every character in their scenes. This was a great pairing to bring the story to life.

If you love small-town romance with some angst, lovable children, emotional feels, self-discovery, and a billionaire edge, then you'll be swooning over Fisher and Juniper in Love Deep by Louise Bay.

Single mom meets grumpy billionaire

The story about Juniper and Fisher is sweet and gets hot. It is well written, and I was flying through the pages and couldn't get enough.

For all non native English readers: This story is easy to follow, and there is no need to look up words.

I like that the story is told from both POV (Fisher and Juniper) in the first person. That always makes it easier for me to understand their feelings/emotions and thoughts.

I was emotional while reading, so it might take me out of my mind how Fisher turned into THIS (not going to be told specific, but it's tham hot in here). I knew Fisher from the previous books with Worth and the other guys of the crew (series:). There he's nice, but I couldn't make much out of him. Now it's totally different. OMG.

Juniper is a single mom. I don't know why I haven't had that back in my memory from the previous book in the Colorado Club Billionaires series. But I think it's great, and I like her relationship with her daughter. It's so sweet.

Fisher and Juniper evolve much in their story as they face some difficulties alone and together. I really like it.

conclusion:
Want that spice? A hot billionaire? And a single mum with a sweet, humorous little daughter who wants to play matchmaking?
Come in and enjoy the Colorado Club.

AUDIOBOOK:
It's a duet. The voices fit perfectly with the characters. One male for Fisher (narrator Shane East) and female for Juniper (Samantha Brentmoor). The goosebumps with that raspy voice for Fisher. Oh, yes, please.
It's easy to follow even for non native English listeners.

book description:

And then Fisher Wright strolls into Star Falls.

Tall. Charming. British. The kind of dangerously attractive that should come with a warning label—or maybe a hazmat suit in my size. He’s here for eight weeks, helping a famous music superstar record her next album.

We have one harmless, flirty conversation at the local bar.

Love Deep is book 2 in the Colorado Club Billionaires series.

It’s been said that there’s magic in Star Falls. This magic it seems is masquerading as a matchmaker. Maybe it’s the small town and it’s quirky residents, maybe it’s the stars above or the waterfall, or maybe it’s the chicken wings at Grizzly’s.

Fisher Right and Juniper French fell hard and fast. The relationship had a pre agreed upon end date given that Fisher would only be in town for 6 weeks and neither felt they could navigate long distance. Juniper also had to take into consideration the impact to her 8 year old daughter Riley. The end date agreement didn’t take into consideration all the love that would grow in that 6 weeks.

Highlights:

Billionaire
British by birth
CEO of a Record Label (Right Records)
Found family
NYC
Teaching assistant/ local artist (paintings)
Star Falls, Colorado
Side characters (support system / cheerleaders)
First date destination begins at Grizzly’s bar
Skinny Dipping
Hypnotizing
Stolen moments
Family time
Introductions / opportunity for growth
Drama with known entity that’s hiding a secret
Big trip
Concert
HEA.

I loved Fisher and Juniper’s story. Riley was icing on the cake. She knew what she wanted and helped facilitate it.

Don’t skip the bonus epilogue.

I swear, just listening to Shane East and Samantha Brentmoor can fix me. This was a delightful performance of an already great book and I loved every single second of it. Shane East, his just makes my ears and heart happy.

These two were perfect as Juniper and Fisher and just made me fall in love with them. And okay okay you got me, Shane East growling out the spicy bits… altered my brain chemistry.

✨ British Billionaire
✨ Small Mountain Town
✨ Single Mom
✨ Record Producer x Artist
✨ Opposites Attract
✨ just a Fling

I loved this book so much because it just proved that you never know when you are going to meet the love of your life. Juniper is a mom and part time artist and she wasn’t looking to change anything about her life in Star Falls. Fisher and Juniper have this amazing chemistry (and a meddling friend) but they aren’t supposed to be more than a fling. But of course feelings get involved and they just fit together so well, and her daughter adores him and suddenly Juniper is falling for a man that was only supposed to be temporary.

Ans Fisher this man is just so stinking adorable. I love when Louise writes these “gooey in the middle” MMCs and Fishwr was just a sweetheart. Oh and did I mention he was dirty too.

Because this might just be the dirtiest of Louise’s hero’s I’ve read in a while and I am here for it.

This book was so good and all I have to say is BRING ON JACK! I need him!

This was a spicy dual POV, single mom, aspiring artist small town, slow burn romance with a big city British music producer that had me rooting for the main characters and hanging on the edge of my seat as I listened to the fantastic narration by Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East.

Highly recommended for fans of authors like Catherine Cowles or Elsie Silver. I was cheering for the female protagonist from the start and hoping she realized she deserved a HEA and not just a happily for now.

Many thanks to @HambrightPR for an early ALC in exchange for my honest review. This is the second book in the Colorado Club Billionaires series but can be read as a standalone.

I really enjoyed the vibes of this one! Single mom Stella puts her daughter Riley above everything and is the best mom. And for the first time in a long time, she finds herself wildly attracted to someone - Fisher. It turns out to be mutual and they decide to have a fling while he is in Colorado. His home is in NYC, and he doesn’t anticipate falling for Stella and her daughter. But he does of course, and it’s sweet and sad, and we have to work a bit for that HEA, but it’s all worth it in the end 🥰 I loved their connection and chemistry, how adorable Riley is, their professions, the drama, all the side characters, and coming back to Star Falls!

Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East do an amazing job with this audiobook. Samantha transitions so naturally between each of her unique character voices, it’s easy to get lost in any story she narrates. But it makes her really fantastic in dual style. And Shane is always fun to listen to, he was perfect for the British billionaire bachelor Fisher.

3.5⭐️

Oh, how I love a small town romance. I needed something to listen to, and this ALC couldn’t have come at a better time.

This one follows single mom Juniper, who is trying to make ends meet while raising her 8 year old daughter ( yessss, I love a single parent trope 👏🏼). When music producer Fisher rolls
Into town, Juniper is instantly drawn to his charm. What is expected to be a much needed fling for both of them turns into more, of course.

Overall, I thought this was cute. I found a lot of the hesitation and decisions Juniper had to make with her daughter in mind to be relatable. It did seem like the relationship formed quite quickly between Juniper and Fisher, but with initial intentions it made sense. The spice was quite spicy at times 🔥 even though I did get the ick from the male narrator during those parts (sorry) 🤣

Loved that there was a bonus epilogue! Those are always fun. The town of Star Falls was described so beautifully, I’ll have to read more for sure.

A big thank you to the author Louise Bay and Hambright PR for sending me a copy of this eARC and ALC ❤️

I was SO excited to dive back into another Star Falls book. I absolutely ate this book up in a day. I tandem listened to an ALC and read the eARC. Let me just say — the narrator’s absolutely SLAY the dual narration. These characters had so much depth and the narrators did not disappoint.

Juniper is independent and a boss mama bear. Fisher worships her and encourages her art and her dreams. The way he believed in her had me swooning. Riley was the perfect addition to the love story. And let me tell you… the spice was SPICIN. Fisher is sweet and romantic and then BOOM — he’s bossy and dom-y in the bedroom. Their story felt so authentic and I loved everything about it.

I want to start by saying a 3-star review is not bad in my eyes. I really did enjoy this book! This series, and the cozy small-town charm of Star Falls, is wonderful. I especially loved Fisher and Juniper. Their chemistry was instant, and while the pace felt a little fast for me, I appreciated their spark. As a single mom myself, I always connect deeply with stories like this. I admired the way Juniper put her child first, but I also loved that she learned it’s okay for mothers to want something for themselves too. That balance felt so real.
If I had one critique, it would be that some of Fisher’s time in NYC felt a bit repetitive. I wanted more of him in Star Falls. And my biggest sticking point was Riley. Normally I adore the kid characters in these books, but Riley was a little over the top for me and lacked the usual charm I’ve come to expect.
That said, I still recommend this story and the series as a whole. It’s heartfelt, engaging, and full of the small-town romance magic I love.

🎧🎧AUDIOBOOK REVIEW🎧🎧

Louise Bay makes me happy. I looked back to my reviews of her books, and it seems like I always use this phrase to describe how one of her books made me feel and I find that very telling because I know there have been circumstances in her stories that I haven’t loved or have made me twitchy, but somehow, she makes me happy! Her stories always have this feelgood vibe to them with a well balanced storyline. It was no different with Love Deep except that this time, how she decided to characterize the MFC was less than enthusiastic for me. Honestly, I wanted to slap her silly. Having Samantha Brentmoor perform her character was a huge help for me because there’s just something about Samantha where she can make the twitchiest of twitches not seem twitchy at all LOL. But I digress. So, Juniper (our MFC) is going to test you. I don’t want to give too much detail about her journey away, but let’s just say she was not the most open minded (fictional) person I have ever come across. *deep breath* lol

Overall, this story is very entertaining with Louise’s signature style and voice laced deeply in the story. I really like this universe she has created where she combines “city” and “smalltown” vibes in a smalltown setting. I like that there was an instant “connection” between Juniper & Fisher and yet their journey was more of a slow-burn. I really enjoyed Fisher’s connection and investment in Riley as well. Now, if only Juniper wouldn’t have been so darn stubborn …

I’d like to say that if I “read” this story rather than “listen” to it that I would feel the same about it, but I honestly cannot say that. Samantha Brentmoor and Shane East’s performances were so good that I was lost to their voices from the beginning. There’s something that happens when you listen to an audiobook with such talented narrators. Anything twitchy just seems to go right over your head “in the moment” and it turns a story on a dime. That can also happen in the reverse, but for this book, they made the twitchy not so twitchy! I don’t think that would have been the case had I read the story and I honestly may have put it aside and come back to it much much later. *shrug*

Taking everything into consideration, I still feel good about rating my experience a solid 3.5 stars rounding up to 4 stars easily for vendor sites.

I’m loving the Colorado Club Billionaire’s series. Love Deep has all the small town, single mom, billionaire who knows what he wants and goes after it vibes to have you swooning! Juniper is a single mom and doing everything she can for her daughter while finding time for her art. Then in walks Fisher and she is slightly obsessed. Fisher is a CEO and is on a business trip for one of his artists and not staying forever. Then one night he meets Juniper and these two have that instant pull towards each other. The more they run into each the more they start to give in to that chemistry. They both know it’s a temporary fling, but that doesn’t mean it will be hard to say goodbye. Then add Juniper’s adorable daughter and Fisher’s swoon worthy moments. You’ll be falling for these two. I devoured this book and could not get enough of these characters.

This small-town romance set in Star Falls, Colorado, is everything I love: sweet, emotional, and full of warmth. Juniper, a single mom trying to balance her daughter, her job, and her secret dream of being an artist, never expected someone like Fisher Wright to walk into her life. Their chemistry is instant, their connection genuine, and their journey beautifully slow and tender. I adored how Fisher supported Juniper’s dreams and how their love grew naturally despite the distance between them. Louise Bay has such a gift for writing comforting, feel-good stories that feel like coming home. This is a cozy, hopeful romance about courage, love, and second chances.

Love Deep by Louise Bay

This was such a fun one. Love Deep is book two in the interconnected stand alone series Colorado Club Billionaires.

It follows Juniper who’s a small town single mom. Just trying to live her life and be the best mom possible to her daughter. She had dreams of being an artist before she got pregnant and had to put that dream on hold.

She encounters the gorgeous and charming music executive, Fisher Wright, while he’s in Star Falls for business. He’s just here for a short time, but they have such amazing chemistry that they make sure to enjoy the time they have.

I related to Juniper so much as a single mom and it’s so easy to put dreams and ambitions on hold as a mom. You think you’re doing what’s best for them, but in the end, following your dreams will give your kids the courage to do the same when they’re older.

Fisher was such a dreamy MMC. Who doesn’t love a rich British man fawning over you?

The audiobook was such a great time. I love any book that Samantha Brentmoor narrates and then to have her paired with Shane East…it was perfection. Samantha’s performance in this made me feel like Juniper was my friend and I felt for every emotion this character was experiencing. Shane East’s performance of Fisher brought all the swoony British goodness to this MMC. Such a great dual narration audiobook.

This was such an engaging story that kept me wondering what would happen next. Even though I’m not usually a fan of the insta-lust trope or single parent storylines, this one still managed to pull me in. Riley added such a special element—present and important without overtaking the story.

I loved seeing Juniper find a career that truly matched her passion; she really deserved her happiness. Fisher’s character intrigued me, and I only wish we’d gotten to see a little more depth from him because what we did see, I loved!

At times, the writing felt a little choppy with short, stacked sentences in both dialogue and thought, but thankfully it didn’t disrupt the overall flow too much. The fun cast of side characters opened the door for possible future stories—and I’m definitely looking forward to those!
