The job description said "nanny needed", not "prepare to fall in love with your handsome single-dad employer".
Vincent Covington is everything I didn't a devoted single father and a handsome cowboy with walls built high after his ex-wife abandoned him and their daughter, Lily.
But he's also my boss, nearly a decade my senior, and I'm his employee—a professional line that should never be crossed, especially when I'm responsible for his daughter's well-being.
But under the vast Cedar Falls night sky, with hunger blazing in Vincent's eyes, how can I resist the ache between my thighs when he looks at me like he wants to devour me whole?
Curvy Girl and the Single Dad Cowboy is a short, sweet, and steamy small-town instalove romance with a happy-ever-after. It can be read as a standalone or together with the rest of the books in the Cedar Cowboys series.
This one started out really good, then it was "jump in bed" and done with of course the infamous epilogue. There's short, and then there's too short. This one was too short.
A very short story about a single dad, accidentally finding love with his new nanny. After his wife abandoned their family. It is a steamy romance, with a happy ending. I liked the easy writing, that gave just enough to help the reader imagine things. But not enough to over load the reader.
WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.

When they get back to the ranch Lily comes running out to met than and they find out that she's been trotting with her horse. Charlotte and Vincent put Lily to bed reading her a bedtime story, then say goodnight to her. Then Vincent takes Charlotte and shows her his thinking spot, where he sometimes takes Lily. Vincent points up and when Charlotte looks she can see the stars. They stand outside for a while and Vincent tells her some of the constellation. They both head back inside to go to bed since they need to be up early the next day. When Vincent goes to bed she paces in his room, not able to sleep. Vincent lays down and stares at the ceiling but can't sleep all his thoughts are on Charlotte. Vincent gets out of bed and goes to Charlotte's door, and knocks. Charlotte opens the door and asks Vincent if everything is alright. Vincent tells her he can't sleep and Charlotte tells him she can't either. Then Lily wants to know why her dad is in bed with Charlotte. Vincent tells Lily he had a bad dream and Charlotte helped him. Charlotte asks Vincent what do they do now and he tells her they'll figure it out together. Two and a half years later, they have a one year old daughter Emma. Lily calls Charlotte mom now, they don't hear from Sara anymore. Charlotte gave notice to the agency after three months of living on the ranch, and Vincent proposed a year after, then they were married shortly after. Vincent can't believe how one broken down car and a three mile walk changed his life. They both know they're exactly where you belong with the right people. Hiring Charlotte was suppose to simply Vincent's life, and help him be a better father. Instead it complicated everything in the most wonderful way and he wouldn't change any of it.

Curvy Girl and the Single Dad Cowboy is the first book in the new Cedar Falls: Cowboys series. This series is about the five Covington brothers, who own and run the family ranch. This story is about Charlotte Wilson and Vincent "Vince" Covington. Vince is the only brother to have a child and he has been raising five year old Lily for the last year since his wife walked out the door. He knows he is in need of a live-in nanny to help raise Lily but he is still not sure about it. That is even more apparent when on her first day Charlotte turns out thirty minutes late and a dishevelled mess. But Charlotte has an excuse as she had to walk the last three miles to the ranch house because her car stopped working. Vince knows he may be in trouble when Lily takes an immediate liking to Charlotte and basically so does he. Charlotte may be over her head with the big and sexy rancher but she knows what she is doing with Lily. Starting over in Texas may just be the best thing she ever agreed to. This is a great start to the new series. I look forward to reading each of the brother's story and seeing just how these most eligible bachelors find and fall hard for "the one".
Curvy Girl and the Single Dad Cowboy is Book 1 of the Cedar Falls: Cowboys series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, age-gap, grumpy-sunshine, curvy nanny gets her cowboy romance. Charlotte is a young curvy nanny who has recently moved to Cedar Falls from Chicago. Vincent is a hunky, grumpy, rancher, cowboy, and single dad to the adorable Lily. When he hires a nanny for Lily, he never expects to fall for the curvy nanny. Their connection is instant even if it started out akward. They had insane chemistry, and we got such a happy ending. I can't wait to read about all the brothers.

This story revolves around Charlotte Wilson and Vincent "Vince" Covington, a charming rancher who's been flying solo with his five-year-old daughter Lily for the past year. When Charlotte shows up late and disheveled for her nanny interview, Vince is skeptical, but Lily instantly bonds with her, and Vince finds himself drawn to her too - because who can resist a pretty face and a penchant for getting lost in the middle of nowhere? I absolutely love Zoey Rose! And can't wait to read the rest of this series 😊
Charlotte works for a nanny agency , is from a big city , recently left her ex fiancé and moved to a ranch to be a nanny to little Lily whose mom walked out on her a year prior … Vincent is guarded after his wife walked out on him and their baby girl . But after her car breaks down 3 miles down the road on her first day , it became the best walk of her life . The beginning to the rest of their lives :).
When Vincent is in need of a nanny, he doesn't expect to be captivated. His current situation has left him jaded, and uncertainty ensues. Charlotte is determined and tries to maintain professional boundaries despite the attraction she feels. These two were bound to explode as sparks flew the moment they met. It was a lovely read and had me interested until the end.

When you are dedicated to being a nanny, there are things we are willing to do. Charlotte walked three miles to the ranch of her future employment when her car broke down. Thirty minutes late in extreme heat was impressive. Vincent and Mia, the child in question thought so. Very quick and instant connection to this short read.

I would’ve really liked it if this was a full length book. I like novellas because they’re quick but the story is always so rushed. Also, she was a virgin but she was engaged. I get that people like to wait until they’re married but she didn’t say that was the reason. She mentioned having boyfriends before but it never felt right, yet she was ready to spend the rest of her life with someone and it didn’t feel right sleeping with him?
Vincent employs Charlotte to look after his five year old daughter, Lily. Her car breaks down and she walks three miles in the heat to the ranch. She really needs the job. He can't stop thinking about her and she's thinking about him and Lily.

This is book under 70 pages that just scratched an itch 😂 it's so wholesome and sweet! I love Lily! She is so innocent and cute and just makes this story so Hallmarkey! The stargazing is a date they didn't even know they were having, and it's amazing! It was history after that! True love!
A cute quick read. Vincent is a single father and in need of a nanny. Charlotte needs a fresh start…new town, new job. When this nanny walks in for her first day on the job she makes quite the first impression. This is a cute story about falling in love when you least expect it and finding your home. I’m excited about this series and can’t wait for book two.
Cute, short read with zero angst and a hint of spice! Vincent is the single dad cowboy and Charlotte is the live-in nanny he hires to help with his 5 year old daughter. They instantly fall for each other and almost immediately become a family of three. Perfect for when you want an almost zero trigger read!
I read the potential, and this is a me problem not a them problem, I just don't like short reads, I was gutted it ended, I wanted the whole ranch, nanny, drop dead tongue on floor, panties well I'll say no more holy cow cowboy, did ya get what I meant, 60 or so pages was rushed and incomplete, for me that is? However the steamy scene was yummy, I just wanted more.
Zoey only knows 10 female names and 4 of them are Sarah. This is the second story I've read in which two separate characters are named Sarah. And since they are all in the same "universe", that's four different Sarahs living in the same county. I know it's a common name, but that's just lazy writing.
One click is all it takes to start reading this perfectly written romance book about Vincent and Charlotte. I loved the characters due to the romance and the storyline will melt your heart. This is a book that is more than a 5/5 stars.
Vincent hires Charlotte as his daughter's nanny. Immediately, they're drawn to each other. Soon, they're in a passionate situation that neither expected.
If you’re looking for fast paced quick romantic read, with little to no drama. This is the book for you. I liked the story if was fast and sudden. I can’t imagine meeting someone one day and fall into bed with them the same night. But here we are.
Quickie Review: This was a sweet insta love romance between the single rancher dad and the nanny. The title says “curvy” but I honestly don’t remember it ever being mentioned at all. I am all about the insta romances when they are written well and you can feel the chemistry from the beginning. With this story, I semi felt it. Still a good read but not the in your face chemistry I am used to. 4 Stars.
This was a nice, quick and sweet read. Vincent needed a nanny for his daughter Lily and Charlotte came along. With an instant love they got their happily ever after
