Dancing was my life. But when my dance and life partner chose another over me, the fire died.
Planning never to dance again, I searched high and low for a place to start over, finally settling on the small, charming town of Oliver Creek. Home of many shifters and away from the dance company and the city where there was a chance I would run into my ex-mate and his new love.
Heart still broken, I intended to heal while there. Forget all about Jacob. Oliver Creek had a counselor in town who was touted as one of the best. Before I arrived, I already had an appointment.
On my way home from a session, tears still drying on my face, I decide to pay a visit to the local chocolatier, knowing the sweet goodness would help my healing. Chocolate can cure anything. Once I set foot inside and my eyes lock with the owner’s, all my plans to stay single and heal crash around me.
But how can I give my mate my heart, when it is still in pieces?
Dancing for His Omega is the latest in the Omegas of Oliver Creek mpreg series by Lorelei M. Hart. It is a super-sweet with knotty heat mm shifter mpreg romance featuring an omega wolf whose chocolate skills are famous for miles around and an alpha bear whose dancing heart has been shattered nearly beyond repair, friends from other stories of the Omegas of Oliver Creek, an adorable baby or two, and a guaranteed happily ever after. If you like your mpreg against all odds, your happily ever afters complete with a bundle of joy, and your mpreg with heart, Dancing for His Omega is the book for you. While each book in the Omegas of Oliver Creek series is set in the same world, they can each be read as standalones.
Lorelei M. Hart is the cowriting team of USA Today Bestselling Authors Kate Richards and Ever Coming. Friends for years, the duo decided to come together and write one of their favorite guilty pleasures: Mpreg.
Edwin has had his heart broken, so badly that he is moving from the city to Oliver Creek, from a mid-century modern house to a small apartment over someone's garage. From his dance company to having no job and not knowing if he will dance again. The one sort-of constant? He has been able to start immediately with a new therapist in Oliver Creek, one who not only listens but understands and has read Edwin's files.
Micah loves living in Oliver Creek. Having trained as a chocolatier in Paris he is very happy in his new home, with his shop. He's flattered that he is becoming so well known that TV shows want him but he is honestly more interested in his business than in fame. He enjoys the creativity of his craft, is busy making even more new creations for the locals and the tourists. His only regret? Everyone he meets seems to have an amazing mating story but it seems Fate isn't planning one for him.
Edwin has a counselling session which he is proud of getting through and as such decides a treat is needed. Something chocolatey. Micah is about to close up for the day. When Bear meets Wolf however there is an instant recognition of Fate finally playing its part. Will either man be brave enough to take the first step? Will Edwin be willing to risk his heart again? Perhaps a good therapist, tasty food, chocolate and a man, an omega, who wants to support his new dreams, those of opening a dance studio in town, are exactly what he needs in his life.
Another beautiful story which takes us back again to the charming Oliver Creek where Fate seems to be incredibly busy matching Alpha's and their Omega's, mending broken hearts and setting everyone on their path to happiness. This is one not to be missed.
'When he looked up with the most breathtaking eyes I’d ever seen, my whole world stopped. He dropped the entire stack of metal… whatever they were. They crashed to the floor with a loud noise that had me cringing... My bear forced me to inhale deeply, and that’s when I knew. This man. Goddess, I didn’t even know his name. He was my mate. Mine.'
I loved this book. It was a sweet and beautiful romance. I loved that alpha bear Edwin had been a dancer, but so sad he lost some of his passion when his ex Jacob dumped him for someone else and didn't want to dance with him anymore. Omega wolf Micah was a chocolatier and loved making chocolate creations. I was impressed he was good enough to both compete in and judge on cooking competitions. Their first meeting was adorable- definitely a meet-cute, with some yummy treats and a maybe? date to meet up. Things were going well, until his alpha mate ran away. Edwin was lonely and wanted a mate and a family, but surely Micah deserved better than him? Micah knew Edwin had been hurt and he would need to treat him with care.
'I had to be gentle with this alpha. He’d been hurt and already shown me more trust than I might have in his position. He was my mate and worth waiting for.'
Part of the Omegas of Oliver Creek hang on you put it down until last page has been turned. Edwin is broken hearted. He decided to move to a smaller apartment, giving up his dance studio unsure if he will dance again and attending therapy in hopes of just being able to cope with his broken heart enough to heal to be able to function. Micah, a chocolatier who trained in Paris loves working in his own shop, loves becoming known for his chocolates happy that a TV show wants to get to know him, but he really wants his business to take off and he wants to meet his mate, but fate has other plans. Edwin is proud of himself for getting through a counselling session decides to get himself some chocolate and heads to the best chocolate shop of course Micah is about to close for the day when his fated mate walks in wanting chocolate but will they acknowledge the bond, will Edwin be brave enough to try again or will he be afraid of getting his heart broken again, will his chocolate be a winner to his mate the one person that matters, and will they find happiness?
This is book 12 of the Omegas of Oliver Creek series and each book is a standalone read. This is the story of Micah and Edwin. Micah is an omega wolf shifter. He owns the local chocolate shop and loves makes chocolate creations for all to enjoy. While he would love a mate of his own, he doesn't believe it is in the cards for him. Edwin is an alpha bear shifter. He has moved to town for a fresh start. His dancing career and his last relationship are both over. The two meet in Micah's shop and know instantly that they are mates. But there is no instantly in love story here. Edwin needs to heal and learn to trust again before the mating bond can work its magic. Good thing that his mate Micah is so smart and willing to wait. This is their story. This is a fun story to read. A nice relaxing getaway from real life. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

"I clutched the flowers in my hand and realized that this would probably be my last first date."
This is the 12th book in the Omegas of Oliver Creek series, by the writing duo of Lorelei M Hart. When I saw this on Booksprout I knew I was going to pick it up even though I'd already started a different book. This is such a sweet series I just can't pass these stories up!!! Each book can be read as standalone but some characters, from the prior books, do show up on occasion.
This story was about an alpha dancer recently moving to Oliver Creek after a bad breakup with his life and dance partner. He's still reeling from this breakup when he meets the town's chocolatier. Who doesn't like chocolate!?!
Moving after a bad breakup to start a new/better life, fated mates, hurt/comfort
This is another fun addition to the Oliver Creek series. Micah is a sweet omega that loves his life and job but longs for his mate. Edwin would like to make a new start and forget all about the heartbreak of losing his chosen love. Micah's love and understanding is just what Edwin needs. I liked reading about these two and how even a chosen partner can still bring pain and yearning from a shifter that has a fated mate. I mean, not all shifters/PN persons find their one and only. They are so good for each other and gives back to the wonderful community that invited both of them in and supports them through it all.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story about Edwin, who is a bear shifter and had his heartbroken by his mate when he cheated on him, so Edwin packed up and moved to Oliver Creek where people seem to come to find their fated mates. When Edwin met Micah, who is a wolf shifter he knew straightaway that he was his fated mate, but because of his trust issues, he took a little time to learn that a fated mate is better than a chosen mate. Micah had only been in the town for a few months and was the chocolate maker. When he met Edwin, he knew that he was his and his animal called him mate. The story was really sweet and I loved how they both got together and went onto to have their happily ever after.

Another beautiful story set in Oliver Creek, a place where people are accepted and supported and finding your soul mate is a real possibility.
Edwin is trying to heal following a break up, starting over in a new place, with a new home and meeting new people.
Micah runs a chocolate company/shop, making simple and beautiful creations that make people smile. When Edwin walks into his shop they each feel their bond, they've each been waiting so long for this moment that they don't want to rush anything but enjoy each moment getting to know each other.
Their journey is not smooth but it's full of love and support, a really special story about taking your time and cherishing the one you love.

Okay, I'll admit I've loved all the Oliver Creek series books, and this was definately not an exception. Amazing characters with history that allowed for empathy, encouragement, and hope. Edwin had just had his life flipped around and was trying to find his footing, while Micah was doing what he loved, all the while trying to deny the hollowness ihe felt nside. How could you not root for such characters. The story drags you in right off with Edwin's story and simply doesn't let go. I can't encourage you enough to give this book a read, preferably along with the others in the series. It's a standalone and very good.

I want to move to Oliver Creek! Edwin, faces a double whammy of having his personal partner and career partner, walk away from him and their relationship. Edwin decides to walk away from toxicity and start over in Oliver Creek. After an emotional release to his counselor, he walks into the local Chocolatier and meets his mate, Micah. Micah recognizes his mate and is a bit clumsy in his happy shocked surprise. Each man drags a bit of emotional baggage into the relationship for them. They are both sweet men and compliment each other. Good read, great flow, excellent support friends, nicely done. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This series is cute, but this is the second book where the author randomly switched which animal belonged to which character after the beginning of the book. In the first chapter in Micah's POV, chapter 2 I believe, there was a big internal monologue about how as a bear shifter he hated the slower pace of bear shifters in the winter when natural bears hibernate and how he drove his parents crazy, and then when Micah meets Edwin all of a sudden, Micah is a wolf and Edwin is the bear, and it stayed that way through the rest of the book. Use a better editor.
Edwin moved to Oliver Creek when his dance partner and life partner left him and decided that he might have to give up dancing which he has done since that happened. After a bad day he stopped into Micah’s chocolate shop and their animals wanted the other as they were mates. Edwin told Micah what happened to him then ran away, but then he went back. They gave into their feelings and Edwin danced in the talent show also decided to teach dance to whoever wanted to learn.

Edwin was a dancer who had had his heart broken by his ex who had been cheating on him. Deciding to start over he moved to Oliver Creek. After a grueling counseling session he stopped in at a chocolate shop and that is where he met Micah his mate. He was apprehensive about starting anything when he was still nursing a broken heart. But fate had other plans giving him just what he needed to heal him. I love this series and wish that Oliver Creek was a real place.

Super sweet romance with tons of feels. This book 12 and yep I done read all of them really was enjoyable. A lot of people going through breakups will relate and know there is always someone out there for you and don't give up hope. Micah was waiting for his alpha...he had the patience and the love when Edwin needed it. Like I said...super sweet and I recommend it.

Edwin, an alpha bear shifter, moved to Oliver Creek after a break up. Needing a treat he walks into Chocolate Dreams and meets his mate, Micah, an omega wolf shifter. Read this book to see how Micah and Edwin recognize each other as mates, how Micah's patients and understanding helps Edwin come to terms with his past which allows Edwin to open himself for true love.

Edwin is a unique character in that he is an Alpha who has been hurt badly. He's trying to get over a breakup, once he opens the door of Micah's chocolatier he smells more than the sweet scent of chocolate. He is overwhelmed with the smell of his fated mate. This is a super sweet and wonderful story, an Alpha who dances like a dream and his perfect Omega. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. It was a sweet romance. I liked that both Micah and Edwin were drawn to Oliver Creek. Edwin suffered a crushing break up and his self esteem was low. However meeting Micah helps him heal. I really liked the surprise Edwin received and how everything worked out for them so they can be happy in love.
Each book in this series is fantastic loving & always a HEA this book is no different - I get pulled in the book and feel like I'm right there with the characters living their lives!!!!! There is some angst & tears but the happiness & loving wins out especially when you have chocolate!!!! Thank you - Lori
Edwin was crushed when his ex left him. He moves to the small town of Oliver Creek and feels like he can start over. When he walks in the chocolate shop he sees his fated mate. Micah owns the chocolate store and when he ready to close his fated mate walked in and life for both of won't be the same. I really enjoyed this book.
Edwin has to face his past, but together, Edwin and Micah build a beautiful life. I liked that Micha supported and gently encouraged Edwin to see himself in a better, healthier way. Once again the community surrounds a new couple, celebrating their family.
I really enjoyed this story. This is such a wonderful series of standalones. With a small town vibe and lots of fated mates. These two were so sweet together. I can’t wait for the next story.
A broken hearted Edwin meets a successful Chocolate maker named Micah. The two realize they are fated and decide to start a sweet family and have a HEA! Great book!.

Delightful! Enjoy how omega Micah and alpha Edwin meet, explore more than their physical attraction, dance together, and savor chocolate along with their steamy moments!!!
Edwin is heartbroken and moved away from his dance company. Micah is happy to open his business in his hometown. Edwin does not know if he is willing to open himself to another relationship.
