Born in the Midwest, spent time out on the East Coast and in LA.

Learned the craft of screenwriting the hard way, as a barely paid reader. Got a good feel for the form and for storytelling. My approach to story is a lot like Bruce Lee's approach to fighting, absorb what is useful.

Published my first Paranormal Romance My Frankenstein on Kindle just recently. It's been an adventure writing and promoting my first book!

If "Mad Max", "The Warriors" and "Knight Rider" all got together and had a baby, it would be this book.

Michael Lee's "Titanium Black" is a great addition to the post-apocalyptic field. It's a generation after "the Plague." The remnants of humanity have (most of) their basic needs taken care of by a computer system that's still operating, but, mostly, civil society as we know it is gone, and Mad Max-esque road gangs now rule, fighting over turf and whatever technology they can scavenge.

Enter Grady, a young man who's got mad driving skills, but is honoring his father's last wish: to stay out of any gang. He's eking out a living, when he comes across something incredible - a brand new, technologically advanced car with an AI built right in. Of course, as soon as word gets around about Grady's new ride, things get hairy, and Grady discovers that he might have a destiny he never imagined.

It's a fun read, with plenty of action, characters to root for and more pop-culture references than you can shake a stick at. Highly recommended!

A fun post apocalyptic romp. Talking AI cars, lots of action and some tough characters made this book an entertaining read.
