In a world of monsters, she belongs to the deadliest.
Our new home is straight out of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous—a gated community, isolated, safe. But safety is a lie. We learned that the hard way. Otis is still out there. The traitor who sold me, Jinx, and Irish for a warm bed and a full belly. He thinks he’s untouchable. He’s wrong. Nothing will stop my men from hunting him down. Not even the knowledge that we’ve been betrayed again. Not even walking straight into a trap. Because this time? We’re the monsters coming for blood.
I never had a reason to live before Faith. She saved my life, my soul, gave me something I never thought I’d have—a family. Now it’s my turn to prove I belong. A trap has been sprung, and I’m the key to unlocking it. I’d give anything to see her safe. To see her happy. Even my life.
Book Six. The final installment in a high-stakes, slow-build reverse harem zombie apocalypse series. Dax & Faith? Still solid. Still raw passion. Zachs & Faith? Still crazy. Still obsessed. Still theirs. Wilkes? Still claiming what’s his. Trip? Still steady. Still the man who sees exactly what she needs. Irish? Still ready to take care of his Angel—no matter what that means. Jinx? Falling hard. And ready to give his all. And this new community? Maybe they get to keep it. If they fight hard enough.
Gwendoline Rose admits she’s not quite right. But who the hell wants to be? Maybe it was the steady diet of fairy tales spiked with horror. Maybe it was the cream cookies and undiagnosed autism.
Either way, she’s always rooted for the villain, questioned the happy endings, and wondered why the hell the princess would ever settle for Prince Beige.
Now she writes emotionally raw, hilariously unhinged romance for the beautifully broken, the chronically overstimulated, the neurodivergents, the survivors, the ones who feel too much and love even harder.
Diagnosed late with autism, cPTSD, and enough rare disorders to fill a bingo card, she now channels the chaos into characters who crave connection but have absolutely no idea how to do it “right.”
Her heroines are feral. Her men are emotionally constipated. And her stories don’t fade to black, they set it on fire.
If you’ve ever been told you’re too intense, too sensitive, too much… welcome home.
Overall, I really enjoyed the series as a whole. I have a few issues overalls: some characters really need a backstory, we know nothing about them, the relationships feel shallow. The ending feels unfinished on top of there is no real resolution to the problem of people coming after Jinx. I didn't really like Jinx and turning him around in this last book wasn't enough, not with the vague brushing over his trauma. We needed more information. Another thing that really bothers me about this series is how separate the harem is, they don't live together, they struggle to see even just kisses amongst each other, and they all struggle to communicate. I think there needed to be way more plot and character development.
I loved this series so much had. This was a wonderful ending I wish there was more I read it so fast. This will be one of my favorite zombie reverse harem books I ever read. I can’t wait to see what next!!
This series is an unexpected fantastic find! Zombie apocalypse. Strong, loyal, smart fmc. Protective men, committed to ensuring her survival. A gripping plot. Sweetness. Spice. Heat. Really...all the hallmarks of a great series. I'm sad that's it's over. I'm full on in love with Zachs, Irish, and Jinx. All her men are special but those three kind is stole the show for me. Loved this series.
I loved everything about this story and was sad that it ended.
The only thing that I would have loved an epilogue to see how the world has moved on through the last few years. But that's more a me thing as I am a epilogue wh@re.
I loved this series!! I am not usually one to read a jump right into bed Book, but this one was great!! I loved the characters and their many different personalities. I liked that the author didn't try to cram everything into one book but didn't drag it out too long! Definitely recommend 👌
Was a pretty good. I enjoyed the characters. This felt a little hollow, the ending. I would like more of these characters, but it was a good series and I enjoyed them.
Quick and easy read. HEA ending, albeit, a lot of challenges for her and her men. Love Zachs, the lunatic. Might read the next series, about Lily, might not.
