I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Given that the authors are a former homicide investigator and an FBI Special Agent, it felt very authentic. Most importantly, I connected with the characters and was eager to find out how it would all play out. I particularly enjoyed the writing style, which is not something I would have expected in a police novel, and the smattering of cultural insights and humor was much appreciated. This is a highly original approach to a crime novel as it shows the teamwork, dedication, and pure grit it takes to carry out these sorts of investigations. I highly recommend that you give it a read!

LOVE this book. Gives me chills that it’s based on a true story.

The way it’s revealed too is very clever, similar to fight club literary style in that you get a sneak peak of the end and then figure out who don it. Would be such a great beach read, so excited to read read and see what I missed.
