The good: thorough research and a fairly clear idea conveyed about the man in question. The book does a good job of demistifying Goebbels and call out his shortcomings as a person, his frustrations, narcissism, insecurities and constant need of validation.
The bad: repetitions repetitions and more repetitions.
The ugly: misspellings and plenty of swapping he/she. C`mon this is English 101, really there wasn't anybody available to review the book for basic grammar?
