Useful collection of essays examining various aspects of Old English poetry. I got it out for the examination of ofermod in 'The Battle of Maldon', but there's other interesting stuff in here, particularly a few about women in the Old English poetry. A few of the essays are more general overviews, while others focus on one poem in specific. I haven't read them all, but it seems useful. Must remember to get it out again and read over 'The Ambiguity of Wulf and Eadwacer', since that's always something that's fascinated me about that poem.
