Let it be noted that I did enjoy this read. Though this was because I recognized and it reinforced information already gathered. While I enjoyed it, but I only scored it a 3 because in large part all elements were part of other time management or other ADHD reads. It did contain the important message that your brain just works differently and not that there is something wrong with you. It did encourage self awareness as how habits can be frustrating to those in proximity.

This is a useless book for someone with ADHD. So many things explained in wayyyy too much detail
