Even if you think fantasy and magic are not your preferred genres, The Emerald Path will charm you. The author blends the world of faeries and the world of contemporary adults so seamlessly that you feel as if you're reading something that could actually come true. It could even be a great read for young adults or middle grade readers who are accelerated readers and love fantasy and/or magical realism. Seriously, you'll want to meet these faeries and their humans; a great cast of characters.
