Enjoyable romance! I liked Jolene and Silver and thought they were interesting and layered characters. The plot kept me interested and I liked the suspense. I personally could have done with a little less internal dialogue at the beginning of the story. For a while I also really questioned Silver's motives, but things made more sense once his past was really explained. Looking forward to more by this author!

Welcome back Marysol James!
Well worth the wait for Silver and Jolene story. Awesome from beginning to end. This story made me go through so many emotions, pride, love, sadness, heartbreak, regret, rage, hate and so much more, but at the end love, friendship, courage bring it all together to make this a great book. Thank you Marysol for pouring and sharing these feelings in this story. And in a lighter note any fan of Marysol knows that the love scenes are going to be scorching hot and Silver and Jolene won't disappoint you.

Silver
Silver meets Jolene in a bar and she becomes the MC accountant. But Silver has a bad time accepting her but when her ex comes after her Silver and the MC protects her. Great too see another book in this series and glad to see more coming in New year.

Cannot get enough
The storyline is beyond intriguing with twists and turns. The author does an excellent job of weaving the characters pasts in the present and it’s hard to put the book down and walk away. A must read!

Enjoyed silvers story and his relationship with jo. Would have liked a bit more story about the ex and his connections with the other mcs but otherwise good.

Okay this setup was super fun of the one night stand and later run into eachother again but oh my gosh I could not STAND silver being a whiny little mean asshile to her!!!
