I'm having an Author Kira Johns marathon and reading this series back to back for the second time around, if you are into hardcore gritty biker books that know no boundaries, it's dark, it's raw, it's emotional, and with hot alpha males then this series is for you!!Once you start this series you won't be able to put it down, it's highly addictive, highly emotional and highly recommended!!
Five years after leaving Rockingham, Jade Moore is still trying to move on from the death of Viper..
This book like with the previous ones before starts off right where the other ended, Jade has moved away, left all that she loved and knew, started a new life and new job and new relationship..
When Viper died, a part of me died along with him, that missing piece could never be replaced.
Don't get lulled into a false sense of security because the new man in her life isn't what he seems, he's a sadistic asshole with a vendetta..But like all assholes he gets what's coming to him!!
Since jade left 5 years ago Shadows life he's half the man that he used to be and has reverted back to his old ways of boozing and whoring..
When I learned that Shadow had gotten married six months after I had left, I had been devastated.
When the past collides with the present, Shadow fears he will lose Jade forever.
Jade on numerous occasions has that eerie feeling of being watched.
I was constantly feeling as though someone was watching e, whoever it was obviously meant me no harm and it was some how soothing knowing someone was out there watching over me, I envisioned it being Viper acting as my guardian angel because he would be the only one who could pull something like that off and leave me protected.

Even though it reads like a love triangle it's not really (not in my eyes anyways) she loved one man as a best friend but she was in love with the other heart and soul..I loved how it all panned out..
This book over all the others within this series is about LOVE, LUST and most importantly FORGIVENESS..
Onto the next book I go!!

5 Awesome, Frustrating but beautiful stars!!!Damn where do I even start? This series was one of the best Biker series I have read so far. The author did an amazing job, the story line was excellent Heartbreaking at times, steamy and also adorable but also very mush fucked. I fell in love with the main characters in Book 1 and I still love them all in book 3.
I must admit that in book 1 I didn't know what to expect but the book ended and I was so relieved that I had book 2 handy. Book 2 broke my heart in so many ways I cried for Jade and Viper and even Shadow too although I could have kicked Shadows ass seven ways to Sunday, LOL.
I must admit I did not know what to expect in Book 3 .The beginning of this book was really sad, I thought that I was gonna cry the whole damn book through. At times I wanted to through the damn book cause I was just so pissed that Jade was going through so much on her own. The book progressed and I had been expecting one outcome and had a WHOLE LOT OF WTF! moments. Then just when I thought I had it figured out BAM, the author shocked the shit out of me. I must admit though that I was very surprised at the turn of events but can honestly say the outcome was what I really wanted.
This is the longest review I have ever written and I can honestly say that it is because I really loved this series. I am also very happy to hear that some of my other favourite characters will be getting their own books. Cant wait for that!!!

Absolutely ridiculous.
Unusually for me I didn't read the synopsis or the reviews before starting this book, I was still reeling from the last one and totally committed to this series so I didn't see the point.
After the events of the previous book Jade has packed up and moved on, she's starting a fresh life for herself and Blake but of course things can't run smoothly and Jade gets the news we've been waiting for since the end of the last book....now this brings me to a huge déjà vu moment, as soon as it started with this I knew exactly how it was going to turn out and while it's not like me to read a book out of order it's not unheard of, so I checked back through all the sites I use and I couldn't find this book anywhere else, then I noticed the publication date 10 Oct 2014, which with hindsight I should have checked first, so I'd not read this before. It was still bothering me so I checked the authors other books incase it's a thread she's used before but unless she writes under a different name these are the only books I found.
I continued on, Shadow is married to Brandi but it's not a happy marriage he realises he screwed up with Jade and living in misery is his self inflicted punishment but then events spiral and Jade finds herself back at the compound and back in Shadows life...and again with the déjà vu, Brandi, I knew exactly how she was going to be and literally what her next move would be and this is really spoiling this book for me now since this part is obviously straight from another book.
I'm wondering at this point if I should just quit but the previous book was so good that I make the mistake of continuing on.
The book then becomes ridiculous and I'm thinking that this can't be written by the same author, yes the other books have been far fetched and silly in places but this is in a whole different league. I don't watch soaps at all but this is how I imagine a truly bad soap story would go and I'm done, I read to the end but that's me finished no more books by this author this was just stupid.

I read all 3 back to back **like there was ever a choice!!
From the very first page you're captivated, so be sure to carve out a couple uninterrupted hours to get thru all 3 cause' it will be next to impossible to put down.
Every emotion you've ever felt, U WILL feel while reading this. Every swear word in your vocab, U WILL mouth/shout/curse while reading this. Every scrunchy face u have ever made, U WILL make while reading this.
You will smile, laugh, cringe, ugly cry and WTF!! the WHOLE way thru this series. IF u EVER think you have it all figured out, U DON'T!! This series is a total mind fuck!! And I LOVED every single page!!

Not the HEA I hoped for. It was all so messed up and there was so much BS storyline that made other two books cheap and pointless. Not to mention such a huge effort to play up the history and love between Shadow and Jade then all of a sudden, their so-called love wasn't really all that. They were best buds. BS. I know I'm in the minority's but seriously, a twin brother had cancer and pretended to be Viper. Just dumb. I knew I should've read Crush by JC Emery first, now I feel like I just wasted time.

Deserved begins five years after Destined, when Jade leaves Rockingham. Life has changed for Jade and Shadow. Both have moved on with their lives but are not completely happy. Jade hasn’t spoken to Shadow since she left but when tragedy happens, she is forced back into the life of the MC.
Jade shows that she is a strong character in the face of everything she goes through. She lost the man she loved and also her friend. She comes back, not weak but stronger that before. I love Jade’s character and wish more female leads were written like her.
Shadow is a martyr. He feels that he has to be miserable because of the way he treated Jade. So his life for the past five years has not been pleasant. That could be to the new addition of Brandi. He stays with her because he feels he has too due to how he treated Jade. Shadow is a good character. I like him with Jade but I don’t think that they are destined to be together.
Ms. Johns throws a twist in this book. I suspected this may happen but was not sure it would. The world at the MC is completely rocked with the revelation. I won’t tell what it is though. ;)
Johns is a fantastic writer. She draws the reader into the book from the beginning. Her writing is similar to that of AC Bextor. Johns does multiple POV’s in her books but does not make it confusing to the reader.
This book is a definite recommend. I strongly urge the reader to start from the first book, Destroyed, to truly understand Jade and Shadow’s story. This book series is for readers 18+ due to violence and sexy scenes.

Ohhhh ma god!!!!!!!!!
no joke I have melted in to a big fat puddle of love!!!!!
so much love for this book it's unreal, I don't think It could have been anymore perfect.. (sigh)
so for obvious reason I'm not going into detail.. now I know it's a pain in the arse when people say that cause it makes me pissed when I read a review for spoilers and there's nada!!!
but take some friendly advise of a nosy impatient cow herself thats telling you, knowing any spoiler/details would totally ruin it!
I was over come by so many emotions in this book I'm surprised my poor brain didn't go into shock lol!
The final chapter of jades story is complete and it couldn't have been written any better, kira John's has written a master piece full of emotion&suspens and I'm sad to see it finished.. well at least jades story although I don't think it's the last well read of her she was a fab character! loved the characters on this book Infact and will definitely re-reading them again soon!
hope there's another book out continuing with the to two who may not be named... because it's a huge spoiler! I would love to read about there story (:

Good book but I freaking HATE love triangles. I really really wanted to hate Jade...but she thought Viper was dead and was only trying to move on...but dammit did I want to hate her for going after Shadow. I also didn't like that fact that she was stringing two guys along. You knew she was completely in love with Viper but was selfish to keep Shadow along for the ride because she didnt want to hurt him. And Shadow....don't even get me started on that man. He disgusts me. He knew Viper was alive and that Jade would 100% be with him if she knew and then Shadow goes and fucks her anyway!!!!! How low do you have to get, to be that desperate to fuck someone you know wouldn't be with you just to have them one last time. And WTF Jade...I swear that bitch doesn't believe in condoms at all. Why the fuck is she screwing everyone raw dog...I mean Jesus!!!!! The last thing that pissed me off was how Shadow was made to look like the bigger man...stepping aside. I dunno...that just sat with me the wrong way. Viper was the more amazing hero and I really think he got the short end of the stick in that department. I dunno....I liked the book...I really did...but I guess because it was a love triangle that I have my hackles up...but then like I said before I want to hate Jade but cant because she didn't even know she was in a love triangle...dammit I so freaking confused.

Redemption!
Jade have been thou so much and still a strong woman. Five years away and tough life with children until a bad guy go to far, jade needs her MC family so she is back and Shadow finds out a secret, for being her best friend he says some means things to her and it like I forgive you from her. But Shadow does love her, to much and she loves him but there that part of her heart for Viper. Things are going good when a surprise from the past shows up. But what I don't understand is jade has not had sex with shadow in years but the night that shadow finds out Viper is not dead he lets her have sex with him, a good man would wait for her to choose, did not like that. But in the end he does a great thing and give her up, redemption for him and Viper! Great story!

Worse than a daytime soap opera.
Dislikes:
1. Character description limited. Couldn't get a detailed image of the characters when reading.
2. Storyline had limited depth to it and wasn't developed with original thought.
3. Plausibility of events happening to same character was ridiculous.
4. Author clearly watched too many cheesy daytime soap operas and used many unoriginal plot twists through all 3 books including the epilogue.
5. Wish I could get a refund for the trilogy. Won't read anything else by this author unless she takes more creative writing classes and stops getting storyline ideas from daytime soap operas.

I don't even know where to start with this review. I was so overwhelmed with this book...with all three really. The emotions I had while reading these books are some that I haven't felt while reading in a long long time.
To say I enjoyed this series so far is a huge understatement.
I can't write a review of this book without giving the story away. It is something that must be read and felt with no hints or spoilers.
I am in love with the way this author tells a story, the connection I feel with the characters is so real it hurts.
This to me is the works of a great story teller, a great author. I am looking forward to the next book in this series!

5.5.5.5 stars. The finale of an emotional rollercoaster from a beautiful adoring couple. First book, Second Book and This third book was wrapped to a beautiful story. I loved every Alpha Male in this MC Club. The love, the passion, the revenge. Every chapter had me edgy, I was all over emotionally. How strong Jade stay, she has endure so much in her life. So much to be said, but words can't come out because I do not want to spoil it for others. Bravo to the Author, you made your character come to life with your words. Amazing!!!

“Sometimes, I feel like this is all a fairy tale.
You know, the prince that saves the princess and they fall madly in love and live happily ever after.”
I don't even know what to write for a review I'm still speechless
There were so many events in the book at once it was emotional so unbelievable
First, the author made us cry in the previous book,
and then finishes the book where she makes us hate Shadow
Past years and they will meet again because there is a misunderstanding
And finally, we expect them to become happy turns out one of them is married,
the other has been hiding for years the secret.
Finally when the danger and drama thrown in this book is over
and Shadow and Jade get their luck there will be something that will separate them permanently
I would never have thought Author would make such a turn,
and bring back the Viper who we know is dead
Yes I was happy but I was also angry
I don't think either of them deserved her

Again this story had me crying. Absolutely amazing but heartbreaking too in places. Slight love triangle in this book so be prepared… yes vipers back! It turns out him and his twin brother (who did actually have cancer ) swopped places. Viper needed an out to protect jade his son and the club. Hence the fake death 😳😳8 years later he’s drawn back out and back into Jades life to once again protect her. I can see why he left but the fact he let jade believe he died in her arms was awful! And unforgivable…. Long story short jade gets her happy ever after in the end… finally and My god does she deserve it . An mc series that should not be missed

If there's one book in this entire series you don't want to skip, it's this one. Surprise, surprise. Still love Jade and the kids as they move back into town to get protection from the Satan's Rebels. But there are shenanigans afoot. One of my favorites of this author's.

Wonderful story
This series has so much heart. Kira Johns has written a series that shows the MC as hard, but at the same time so much support and love for their member and family. It makes you laugh, cry and smile. Kira Johns is a wonderful writer, I look for to reading more of her stories as well as the rest of this series.

AMAZING!!!
AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe this book and this series!! Not gonna lie it's an emotional roller coaster and there are a ton of twists and turns but it is an AWESOME book!! Must have!!

I couldn’t put this book down! I wish the first three books weren’t all about the same couple and the author had gotten to this one quicker but if you’re looking for an emotional read, this one is a must!

The writing was good and fluent, and it was easy to read fast. Maybe all that happened to heroine was a bit too much, more ’realistic’ would have well been enough. Author was good at getting reader emotional.

I love me some motorcycle romance. This was a continuance of books one and two with all the characters from the other two and some amazing discoveries happened heartbreak and love. I definitely advise reading in order so you don’t get lost. This was book 3 of the series. Truly a great read.

Oh the emotions of these threes books. The second one
is a tear jerker. This one is beautiful and it’s still a tear jerker but that is when you know the book is good. The Author was able to depict what it feels to be in love. Fantastic series. Have tissue.
