THE ROYAL BALLET PROUDLY PRESENTS THE RETURN OF A BELOVED GISELLE

She twirls over a pointe, majestic and irresistible, translating her pain into art. I watch her every day from the shadows, waiting for the time to strike.

One move to the next, she’s a star, my Marcella.

My brother says I’m obsessed. I shouldn’t desire her as much as I do. Only he knows the kind of monster I am, but now it’s too late for salvation.

She’s mine.

He watches me with narrowed eyes, trying to protect her from me. If I’m bad, he’s not much better. The right thing to do is to walk away, both of us, but we were never experts on doing the right thing.

To save her, he follows. To have her, I lie. We wrap our little star in a web of deception. She has no idea what lengths we will go to take what we want.

By the time she understands, it’s already too late.

Run Starlight is an MFM Giselle retelling with dark themes. It’s a standalone and can be read independently.

I. NEED. MORE! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The way this whole series has tickled something deep and dark in my brain…ESPECIALLY this book! Twin brothers who unalive on command…obsessed and stalking the broken ballerina??? Ate. It. Up. Delicious. This book is extremely dark…there are a lot of trigger warnings…please check them before diving in. As always, your mental health is ALWAYS priority….so enter with caution.🩷

Marcella is our beautifully broken FMC. 10 years ago she watched as her brother took his own life in front of her after struggling with demons from his past. She’s never recovered and has found solace in isolation. She’s become an outcast in her dance company….the whispers…the looks…they never end. But Marcella can’t bring herself to care. Losing herself in the solitude and darkness that slowly creeps in around her heart.

Marcella has a stalker…and one night, she catches him watching her as she pleasures herself…instead of screaming and stopping…she leans in and gives him a show. This only solidifies how much he wants her and needs her. What Marcella hasn’t realised is that her stalker isn’t alone…his equally depraved twin brother is with him.

Lucky and Enzo…our sexy and dark twin MMC’s. Contract killers…each very different. Both traumatised and thrust into darkness by the loss of their mother at the hands of their father. The only regret they have in life is not being able to eliminate him themself…but they were hallucinating that he was 💀. Lucky is quiet…calculated…dark…he questions why he is the way he is but still knows that his place is in the darkness. Enzo…he is chaotic…unhinged…and embraces his darkness fully. Neither of them really want to drag Marcella into their world…but they recognise her darkness as the them same as theirs…and know that even if they wanted to, they couldn’t stop the pull that’s between them.

What I really loved about this is seeing Marcella come into her own. Sometimes when you live through such traumatic events, you can find comfort in the dark. I’m not saying that it’s ok to go around unaliving people…obviously….this is fiction. But when your life has been so out of control, you tend to gravitate towards the taboo because it gives you an opportunity to finally have control over your life. Marcella needed that darkness. She needed to feel that control of giving in. Enzo and Lucky needed Marcella. They needed her love and acceptance.

Together the three of them were able to give each other exactly what they were missing. They didn’t judge…they didn’t shame. They embraced each other…flaws and darkness. In that darkness they were able to create something real and honest for the first time in their lives.

Thank you so much to Aurelia Knight & Amy Olivera for the opportunity to ARC read this amazing book.🩷

two brothers who are completely obsessed and are stalkers ? SIGN ME THE FUCK UP

the chokehold this series has on me is actually criminal 😩 i’m so entranced by these ballerinas and their possessive men that i literally manifest for this to be my damn life 🕯️

i had the amazing opportunity to beta read this book and i absolutely ate it up 😚🤌🏼 aurelia and amy are such talented writers. their work always have me begging for more. especially this series !! i can never get sick of it 🤩

this is a mfm dark romance, ballerina fmc, stalker brothers, mf/mfm scenes, trauma, nightmares, suicide, loss of loved one, captive / captors, drugging, double penetration, three povs (marcella, lucky, enzo), standalone 🩷

the way i literally couldn’t put this book down !! ugh i need more of them so bad i might combust 💥💳

watching her brother kill himself right in front of her, marcella is forever haunted by the image. she can never get a good nights sleep. she’s constantly being judged and talked about since that night. even now at the studio, the rest of the dancers don’t even care about what she’s been through, let alone ask what is bothering her. marcella likes the solitude and doesn’t want to get close to anyone. she always felt a darkness inside her begging to be unleashed. so when she sees her stalker watching her pleasure herself one night, she completely loses herself to the madness. lucky and enzo couldn’t take their eyes off of her the moment they saw her. they just had to have her. but lucky doesn’t want to drag her into the life that they live. he doesn’t want to corrupt her by having her lose a part of herself. but enzo wants to help her realize she has more to offer than following the same steps every day. he wants her to see the darkness and embrace it. lucky and enzo do everything together. from hunting down people they’re told to unalive, to falling for the same girl 🤭

i wanted to see more of lucky and enzo’s past but i got a glimpse of what went down. they had such a hard life and only always knew how dark the world can be. they couldn’t protect their mother and it was too late for them to get their revenge on their father when karma already had him six feet underground. lucky always looks after enzo even that he’s the youngest. but that’s only because he needed to keep enzo in line before they make enemies where they shouldn’t. i absolutely love them 🥹 and marcella … oh my god. this woman deserves a damn break. she literally watched her brother shoot himself in the head because of the fucked up things he went through and couldn’t handle it anymore. i was RAGING for him and with marcella !! when she finally embraced her dark side and joined the brothers omg i was HOOTING AND HOLLERING 🗣️

i will forever think about these three ❤️‍🔥 they’re so chaotic but so perfect for each other

Let’s just say my jaw was on the floor the entire time with how dirty the words were but… I highly I mean HIGHLY recommend if you love dark romance.

Thank you for the arc, it was soooooo amazing!

This series was such a fun series where each book was semi-connected but all were entirely different. This book is MFM withe the MMCs being brothers and usually I feel like when a book starts like that it starts with the boys either being in competition with each other or making a conscious effort to be the one the girl picks but this book takes that and switches it to where one is absolutely obsessed and the other doesn't get it... until he does. I loved that the guys were able to be to different things for Marcella, the FMC. At first she thinks she has a stalker in Luciano which is completely the opposite of him, he just happens to be in the shadows all the time until he reveals himself. Lucky is the more rational one but how can he say no Marcella? Then Enzo is the man she knows who is nice and helpful when in reality he is the most brutal of the two, shown when they leave the house as back up and Lucky is armed to the teeth and Enzo leaves with himself. Nothing else. He really was just waiting for bloodthirsty Marcella and he definitely got that. Then when it was time for her to break down, both were there to help however they could. I really loved how they don't try to baby Marcella and they realize she needs revenge and just facilitate that for her the best way they know how while she dances and facilitates them.
The spicy scenes are absolutely incredible. These two authors are so great at really bringing the spice and even if its separately or in a threesome, there was never a scene that was lacking anything. All of them were hot and the dirty talk was absolutely exquisite. The brothers arguing mid scene just adds to the divide the two of them have and how they are so different but also similar in what they want, which is Marcella.
thank you to the authors for allowing me to arc read

🌶🌶🌶 - Spice Level

Enzo and Lucciano are both becoming obsessed with Marcella when they are on assignment as protection for Maeve from a previous book. The plot was much better than book 2, but still had some weirdness with brothers sharing her, which was kind of the light and dark twins. Enzo is the one with more darkness/madness killer side and Lucky being the more rational, but deadly one. Marcella is a bit broken after watching her brother commit suicide in front of her 10 years before.

There's some OCD, ptsd, and sickness for all 3 of these characters who turn to revenge. Each broken and working to rid the area of those working against Cygnus from Book 2, but the boys decide to break away. In true criminal families, they don't let their made men or hired guys just run off without consequences. If you take the stories on their own in this series, only Book 1 stands out as the best read. I enjoy a good dark romance, but the plots fall short except for Book 1. There's a couple of spicy scenes, too, but overall, it just doesn't come together enough organically.

⚠️ Please read trigger and content warnings as there is on page Suicide⚠️

Thank you, author, for the ARC!

I swear, the deeper we go into this dark ballerina romance series, the spicier they become! RUN, STARLIGHT is a dark, taboo stalker romance full of trauma and unhinged men. This book had me seated from the start, as we are introduced to a ballerina FMC that we, the readers, can really go through the feels with. But honestly, I could not put this book down! But the beginning hits you in the face with a death so sudden and psychological for our main character that it has control over the rest of her life after events unfold.

🖤 𝓹𝓵𝓸𝓽 🖤
After witnessing her own brother take his life before her eyes, Marcella becomes an outcast in her ballerina company as she is still suffering from nightmares of the incident. A stalker soon labels her as his prey, watching her as she pleases herself. But this stalker is not alone. He has his brother with him. He doesn’t believe they should mess with her because that would indicate bringing her into their dark world. But his brother sees a darkness lingering inside of her that he wants to unleash. This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone! Some previous characters are mentioned but honestly, this was an emotional rollercoaster for all three characters and a definite must read for 2025!

🖤 𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓼 🖤
Marcella is a strong ballerina FMC who is haunted by the memories of her brother taking his own life in front of her. She is introduced as this outcast, this loner, at the beginning who opens her wings as the story progresses. Enzo and his brother Lucky are polar opposites of each other. Enzo is the more chaotic, unhinged one as Lucky is the more quieter of the two, always questioning his own motives as he himself sinks deeper into the darkness. Their obsession with Marcella is instant but their attraction for each other is chefs kiss.

This was a freaking masterpiece ending to the Royal Ballet trilogy, even though I am hoping they decide to add more… we can only dream, right? But overall the trauma bonding and the connection between our brothers and female main was exceptional.

She's a bit of an outcast/loner within her Ballet Company. Having lived through a traumatic experience about ten years prior, she's still having nightmares about it. He saw her and was immediately obsessed. Obsessed to the point of ignoring his job to spend his time watching her. Then there is his brother. Getting frustrated at his brother's lack of attention to the job. So he sets out to see what the fascination with this girl is all about. Soon he too becomes a little obsessed, yet at the same time, he knows they shouldn't mess around with this innocent girl since their world is not the place for her. But the other brother sees the dark side she has.

There are several triggers, so please check the warnings. (Though to be honest, I was expecting it to be a little darker than it was.) There is blood and gore.. but only the bad guys get hurt. Due to all these elements and the sexual content, this is intended for mature readers.

This is part of a series, but can easily be read as a stand alone. It does mention characters from the other books, but it has no real bearing on this story (other than knowing those characters personalities.) As was the case with the previous two books, this book has a poetic vibe about it and the way the characters think and speak. It read easily and the story flows nicely. It was interesting to learn about the characters and their pasts as we start to understand why they are the way they are. It alternates POVs.

Run, Starlight is a fever dream of a book, equal parts haunting, erotic, and emotionally raw. I was immediately drawn to Marcella, a ballerina haunted by the trauma of her brother's death and isolated by a world that refuses to look beyond her grace on stage. Her pain, channeled through her art, felt visceral and real, and I appreciated how unapologetically the story portrayed her grief and resilience.

Enter Lucky and Enzo, brothers, enforcers, and two sides of a very dangerous coin. Their obsession with Marcella is immediate and all-consuming. Normally, I’d be side-eying the stalker trope, but here it worked because it didn’t pretend to be anything other than what it was: toxic, dark, and strangely beautiful. Enzo is chaos incarnate, he's unhinged and artistic in the most chilling way. Lucky is the quieter danger, the one who tries to reason even as he’s spiraling too. Their dynamic is twisted, but compelling, especially as it pulls Marcella into the darkness she’s spent years trying to suppress.

The MFM romance is steamy and intense, and while the spice absolutely delivers, it’s the emotional damage and slow unraveling that hooked me. This is not a safe, tidy romance, it's layered with obsession, grief, and questionable morality. I found myself rooting for them even when I probably shouldn’t.

If you’re into broken characters, morally gray choices, and a love story wrapped in blood and silk, this one delivers. Definitely check the content warnings! This book leans into its dark themes hard, but if that’s your vibe, Run, Starlight will not disappoint.

Thank you to the authors for the ARC and the opportunity to read/review this book.

I absolutely love this series. I cannot get enough. I wish that both Aurelia and Amy would make more in this series. I hate that this is the last one! I so need more like this. I think that both authors have done a fantastic job with this series. I devoured this book in one sitting. I could not get enough. These guys are seriously one of a kind. They are brothers but they are more in the respect of the bond they have with each other. They are almost two halves of a whole. They need each other to be whole. Enzo is very obsessive and possessive of Marcella. She is his soulmate and his destiny. At first he is jealous of his brother but at the same time he needs his brother to also need her. Luciano is very reluctant about Marcella. He is afraid she is too good for their brand of darkness. He could not be further from the truth. It takes Enzo's pushing to make Luciano realize that Marcella is indeed meant to be with both of them. They find healing and acceptance within each other. They also use the talents and gifts that they have to get revenge on those who need to be given that revenge. Marcella has a lot of issues but with her guys she is able to become the woman she was meant to be. If you love obsessive, red flag men, and ballet references you will enjoy this book.

Run, Starlight
A Dark Retelling of Giselle, The Ballet.
By Amy Olivier and Aurelia Knight

Marcella has spent the last 10 years mourning her brother Fabrizio. He killed himself in front of her for reasons unknown to her. She has been plagued with nightmares about that day that interfere with her life. She has no real friends because everyone thinks she is a freak. She spends all her time alone dancing for herself, and...her stalker/s.

Enzo and Luciano. Brothers. Grew up with a terrible father, who killed their mother..in front of Enzo. He is haunted by the memories. They came to the theater to watch after the prima ballerina at the behest of Cygnus. (Diego) but when Enzo discovers Marcella, he becomes entranced. And soon so is Luciano no matter how hard he fights it.

This story was a good one! I have read all the books in this series. This one is another hit for me. I loved the plot with Marcella and how she was able to heal through her revenge. Enzo and Luciano were great characters. They were giving Mafia brothers vibes..with their whole murdery ways but Luciano was the "level-headed" bad boy and Enzo was the unstable crazy bad boy. The same yet total opposite.

I am a little laaaaaate to the game here for my review, but in my defense, I reread the first two books because I love this series so much and I wanted to meet the MCs of this book again. It can be read as a standalone, but you do meet these characters in the prior books. It'll be more enriching if you do read Dance, Sugarplum & Scream, Snowdrop first, but it's not a necessity.

That being said, these characters are fresh out from book no. 2, Scream, Snowdrop, and if you remember our MMCs, Enzo and Lucky, from there, you know they're bloody and gory. Boy, do they ramp it up in this book. Then there's Marcella... our ballerina with her own dark past being stalked by the brothers.

Yes, this is MFM with brothers and yes, that may not be for everyone so if it's not your thing, don't pick this up or tread carefully. Just don't knock it because Knight & Oliveira make it clear from the get-go.

Honestly, this was a great ending for the series. Bloody, gory, and hella spicy. What more could you want? I can't wait for Oliveira & Knight have up their sleeves next!

Thank you to the authors for the gifted copy

The epic conclusion of the Royal Ballet Presents trilogy. I devoured the story of Enzo, Marcella, and Lucciano.

Marcella suffers from PTSD and throws herself into dancing as a way of coping. Enzo and Lucciano (Lucky) become obsessed with her, watching her dance the same way a snake is tranced by a flute.

I loved the trauma rep and how the authors addressed it. Marcella's feelings and healing journey felt real and relatable in a some ways.

The brothers obsession and the spicy moments were perfection. I adore Lucky; he's messed up but still tries (ahem, tries) to make some morally good decisions. Enzo is the crazed brother and I had a love-hate relationship with his character lol.

I had an issue with some parts leading to the conclusion of the story but I loved how Marcella (with the encouragement of crazy Enzo) embraced the darkness. A great ending to a fabulous trilogy.

*Huge thanks to Amy and Aurelia for sending me an early copy 🖤

Two hot brothers who are stalkers! Enzo and Luciano grew up with a rough life always knowing the darkest parts of life. Not being able to protect their mother from their monster of a father, they couldn’t even seek revenge as he eventually passes. Enzo even though is the youngest is always looking out for Luciano, before they make enemies or a situation worse. Keeping him in line.
Marcella.. has been through hell! Poor thing literally watches her brother unalive himself in front of her because of the horrible things he went through and he couldn’t deal with it anymore. So heartbreaking! I was so mad for him for them both! When she finally let go and joined the brothers I was on the edge of my seat! Seeing her struggle and finally coming alive!
And the scene where she catches them watching her self brook off! 🥵 only thing is I wanted more

I absolutely love this series, I can’t get enough I couldn’t put it down Aurelia and Amy are amazing writers absolutely recommend this series 🥵🔥

Run, starlight is the spectacular finale to "The Royale ballet" standalone series.
The final installment is everything I felt the previous ones were lacking and I am not talking about the brother situation although I am a sucker for these.
By far the more well written, emotional damaged and dark of the three, Run, starlight is my favorite and I dare to say, in my top 3 ballet dark romances.
The characters are raw and the boys full of faults and they don't care at all.
The girl, so vulnerable not by choice but by circumstances that made my heart ache for her.
Their relationship are right in their way and I loved how each brother was there to help with different parts that make Marcella who she is and who she will become.
I was provided an ARC and I finished in one day. It was deliciously good.

First off if you are wanting a quick/clean romance this book is most definitely NOT for you, now if you are wanting morally gray characters, stalking, spice, MFM romance and brothers who make you question every single life choice you have made this far then I highly recommend this one 😂

Two obsessed stalkers who are brothers and protect her at all costs? SOLD

This entire series of interconnected standalones has had me in a mf chokehold from the first book. Marcella, Lucky and Enzo are the perfect combination of innocence and obsession.

In this dark retelling of Giselle, you’ll find trauma, morally gray characters (and choices), spice, and so much more.

I have loved every single book in this series and it’s been so fun to watch them all interconnect too throughout the entire series!

Thank you to the duo for writing yet another amazing book!!

Please check trigger warnings. This is the third and final book in the Royal Ballet Series, you do not have to read the other books to read this one because it can be read as a standalone. This was a great read like the other 2 this one is darker and it involves 2 obsessed mmcs who are Enzo and Lucky who as you know if you have read the second book make an appearance there. They are obsessed with the fmc Marcella who had a very traumatic experience growing up that involved her brother and it followed her throughout her stages of growing up. Marcella Enzo and Lucky end up bonding over past trauma.

Im not ready for this series to come to an end especially after reading this book. And reading the ending made it harder. So grab your snacks and a drink and get a front tow seat to the ballet.

Trauma, a part of life for the characters in this series, various types and different reactions but it tells a story and creates character depth.

Marcella, the ballerina, plagued by nightmares now gets to add a stalker to her shadows. Her form en pointe is flawless and even though she’s sleep deprived, she pushes herself to the limit when practicing her craft.

Lorrenzo has found his destiny, and is solely focused on the ballerina.

Lucciano tries to keep his distance, to protect his brother and the dancer.

Both brothers are enforcers for Cygnus, but they’re on special assignment to protect the boss’ wife. They don’t need any distractions but can’t seem to help themselves.

Have you ever read a book that made you consider a career in something you have absolutely no interest, talent, or skill in? That is exactly what this book does, it makes me want to be a ballerina desperately.

This is the third book in the series ( all standalones) and I have to say it is my favorite. It is about a Ballerina who quickly attracts the attention of two men (brothers) who are supposed to be watching over a different woman. That doesn't stop them though, from letting themselves be consumed by our Marcella. The contrast between the brothers, while they both feel the same obsession is fun to watch as each brother shows his feelings in their own unique way. Enzo and his chaotic energy was absolute perfection, so much love for him. (sorry, not sorry, Lucky)

Marcella is trying to cope with the tragic loss of her brother. Even though years have passed, she is still haunted daily by the events of her past. Her only escape from the nightmares is her love for dance.

Little does Marcella know her life is about to become even wilder when she meets Enzo and Luciano. These two brothers were supposed to be watching another ballerina but they couldn’t resist Marcella. Once they saw her, it was only her. Only soon their lives would collide in this story of healing and revenge.

I really enjoyed how dark and unhinged this book was. The character building is so detailed and really brought their stories together in quite a twist of an ending.

Authors Aurelia Knight and Amy Oliveira excel at writing explosive spicy scenes and stay exceeding expectations of just how much plot can be packed into less than 200 pages.

Poetic in its macabre depravity, Run, Starlight is a beautifully paced, twisted taboo dark romance featuring stalkers, grotesque gifts, brutally traumatic pasts, and rightful revenge. It's just as dreadfully sweet as the previous books in this series. This novel can be read and enjoyed alone and, as always, check trigger warnings!

I had the honor to read this as an ARC and loved it. I look forward to reading what Knight and Oliveira write next!

I am obsessed with this series. Possessive men who fall for their ballerina FMCs! Amy and Aurelia keep getting better and better!

This was dark, twisted and unhinged and I loved every page!!

Marcella is haunted by her past, trying to live with her trauma, finding her only escape in dance.
Enzo and Lucky are enforcers sent to watch another ballerina at the company but both can’t stay away from Marcella.

I love how crazy Enzo is. I adored him. He knows exactly what he wants and what he wants is Marcella with him and his brother and he won’t stop at anything to get it.

Lots of tension, 🌶️ and emotions from all these characters.

I cannot wait to see what Amy and Aurelia do next!

Obsession, stalking, MFM, brothers and more!!
This story pulled me in right away with the prologue alone.
First, I loved each of the main characters. Enzo, Lucky, and Marcella. Each of them had experienced pain or trouble in their past.
I feel like the 3 of them were inevitable. They were just what they needed to heal and grow.
Or maybe just accepting their true selves.
So many different emotions can be felt throughout. In addition there was some drama, spice, and a bit of darkness and crazy.
Overall, I loved their story!

Loved this dark romance. My first book by these authors. Now I need to read the first 2 in this series. And more by these 2 authors. Lots of deep emotions from events in their childhood. Enzo sees her darkness while she dances and knows she is his. Lucky tries to discourage Enzo and the path he is heading with Marcella. For obvious reason they need each other. For them all to heal and grow. Loved the drama, spice and all the crazy chaotic darkness. The ending was excellent. I highly recommend this book.

This book can be read as a stand alone. 5 ⭐️ 3 🌶️

I loved this dark romance. The 3 main characters were: Marcella, Lucky and Enzo. Marcella is a ballet dancer haunted by her past and experiencing PTSD. The brothers Enzo and Lucky are also dealing with traumatic pasts, but turn to k!ll!ng people instead. They become enraptured with Marcella and her dancing, and a need to have her.

I loved that this book was fast paced and it held my attention from the first chapter. The dialogue was also well written between all the characters. I recommend it to anyone who loves morally gray men.

Holy banana’s (two, in fact 😉) this book was fantastic! The final of The Royal Ballet Presents books, this story was deep, dark, and depraved. Marcella is such a complex character, and it’s unbelievable how much background and character building we got in such a short page count. Her men instinctively know her, one of course taking longer to get there than the other, and the way they interact with her was intoxicating! The story built and built, and when it peaked, it took us all down in the final crash. It was an incredible ending to a wonderful series.

2 brothers, 1 ballerina. Plenty dark; a bit erotic; total chaos. If you’re a Diesel girlie from Den of Vipers, you will like Enzo. The unhinged, artistic type. Lots of past trauma and PTSD. Some dancing. And some donuts. Completes the Royal Ballet Presents trilogy. I read book 1 but not 2… so 3 can definitely be read as a standalone but I’m also curious about which characters have trickled down and how we got here. So maybe best to start from the beginning.

Check the TWs.

Brothers, stalkers, kidnappers, oh my!!! I was onboard with this book from the get go and I wanted more more more. It was fast paced, constant and flowed well with characters that fitted seamlessly. If you want a quick smutty read then hit this book up because it gives you just that. A ballerina ‘living’ with the trauma of her past, two men crashing into her life and demolishing her walls. Kick back with this little book, you’re in for a ride!

Rebirth

This one really rocked me! When the authors said it was their darkest one yet, I was a little confused at where it would go. There’s so much emotion poured into this book. Definitely shed some tears. You could feel their trauma. Overall, the main ballet theme was strong and a beautiful twist in the ending/epilogue. Sad this series has come to an end, but loved the way the characters were blended throughout.
