This was such an amazing read! It was full of amazing helpful advice as well as her own personally life stories and struggle, Her doing this made this book feel less "sciencey" and more real life struggles. She walks you through some of the causes and effects of generational trauma. She talks about the things that she did that helped and things that didint. She lets readers know that they are not alone and so many struggle with this issue cause it grows and spreads generation after generation until someone decides that they are going to break the chains and give their children and themselves a better life with less hurt and struggle directly linked to that trauma. The read was absolutely amazing as stated and I learned so much. I am so glad that she wrote this book, the way she did and made it feel more "homely.
I am so thankful for the chance that she gave me to read this book, I would recommend it to anyone!
