For me, it could have been a little better organized. I personally got frustrated because the book offered many positive affirmation examples in early chapters, none of which I felt realistically applied to me/my life. It was only after sticking with the book for many chapters that it explained a positive affirmation has to feel true to yourself and offers ways to create an example that works for you so you'll stick with it. I wish the book had mentioned that upfront. Maybe the final chapters should have been the first chapters? It would have saved me from feeling like this wouldn't work for me.

Straight to the Point

Rachel Robins gets.straight to the point with a comprehensive way to.manifest what I want. I am a student of learning and growing to create my world this is one of the best books to use as a guide to put into practice.
One of the best things this book does is get right into it and not chapter after chapter of the author's story. There is nothing wrong with that for me except once I know their story I don't need chapters in their book wasting my time.

Great Starter

The book provides great samples of affirmations and gives good guidelines about affirmations and how to use them. However, after the first couple chapters the information becomes repetitive until it gets to the chapter on sample affirmations, after that chapter the information becomes repetitive again.

It was good

It was a good book, with lots of different ideas and examples for every day affirmations. Good book for complete beginners.

I think this will be a helpful book to refer back to and start a daily habit of positive affirmations and practice of gratitude

Easy to understand

I liked the layout of the book. It was easy to read and understand. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for info on affirmations.

This was a very good book for helping formulate your own affirmations for daily use. It includes how and why they are used, methods and tools to make them effective, and how to fit them into your daily life.
