A must for healthier relationships!

I’m in a quest to heal the wounds of my past and create healthy relationships in my life. Looking back I see a lot of anxious atachment behaviors now that I read this book. This book is uncovering everything I need to change in myself in order to have a more fulfilling relationships. The exercises have been helpul to connect with those parts that I’ve been neglecting and reframe the narrative.
