Bill Byham is Founder and Executive Chairman of Development Dimensions International (DDI), an internationally renowned human resource training and consulting company. An Industrial/Organization Psychologist, Bill has developed many significant human resource technologies over the course of his career. Very interesting take on writing. It was a bit hard to follow along but good real life scenarios used.

Solid coverage of DDI's behavioral-based selection structure presented as a pulp mystery story. A decent intro to DDI's concepts for the uninitiated. Skip it if you're familiar with the DDI structure, though. Not much new or different here and the story structure is on the irritating-side.
