A.L. Jambor lives in Florida with her husband, Hans. Amy began writing at the tender age of fifty-eight when she was inspired by a photo of her granddaughter. The result was But the Children Survived, an apocalyptic story about how a pharmaceutical company’s greed led to the destruction of North America. From there, Amy began writing fantasy mysteries that incorporated both her love of puzzles and her humor. Nick Dandino and Lord Percival Plep are two of her protagonists – the first a PI in heaven, the second an English lord reincarnated as a pudgy terrier named Libby. She has also written an historical time travel series and a dark crime thriller. You can find all her books on Amazon.com's KDP program and available with Kindle Unlimited.

This is the first time I have knowingly come across the cozy mystery genre. This was a relaxed read set in the Christmas season. Mel is asked by Nana Grace, her great grandmother, to check on Audrey, her great aunt who no one has heard from in months. There's a quiet romance, a look at friendships, but mostly this story looks at how families do and don't work. I enjoyed it but mostly as a break between more demanding stories.

Quick interesting mystery.

This engaging tale moved along at a quick clip as Mel, along with a friendly cop, tries to discover where her great Aunt has gone. Minimal character development, but engaging story.

A short read - part mystery/romance/family drama - set at Christmas, but not too Christmassy.

Awesome!

The only part I didn't like was the end. Hopefully another in this series will come out soon. Looking forward
