“Go for No! The Sequel” truly spoke to me in a way I didn’t expect. I found myself deeply relating to Cassidy and her father and the push-and-pull of wanting to live up to someone else’s hopes for you — while figuring out your own path. Their dynamic felt so real and reminded me of the moments we all have when we’re torn between fear of rejection and the bigger fear of regret.
This book isn’t just about sales or hearing “no” more often — it’s about permission. Permission to try, fail, learn, and be okay with it. If you’ve ever struggled with people-pleasing or wanting to make your family proud while also trying to define success for yourself, this book will hit home.
I closed the last page feeling motivated, seen, and ready to chase a few more “no’s” — so I can find my bigger “yes.”
