Bare Your Soul is a short, sweet, and sexy novella. I liked the story and characters a lot- I actually wish it was a full-length novel with a bit more development.
Angelica is in a hard place right now. She just lost her mother to cancer right before her high school graduation. After using her entire college fund for her and her mothers living expenses, she’s got to find a job that will pay her enough to cover her tuition. So she goes to a strip-club to apply. The owner, Morgan, happens to be there. When he sees Angelica, he knows she isn’t the type to take off her clothes for money. She was meant to be his and he doesn’t want anyone else to see her naked.
Morgan offers her a live-in job as his personal assistant. Angelica is hesitant to take the job at first, but it’s an offer she can’t refuse. I liked Morgan and Angelica a lot. Their story was a bit of insta-love, but I like how Morgan took his time with Angelica and made sure she had real feelings for him and was ready before he took certain steps with her. Overall, it was an easy and entertaining read. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, quick story that is steamy and fun, pick this one up!

Now, he just had to convince her of that, and gaining her trust, while keeping her far from the stage, and for that he decide to hire her has his assistant.
I really liked that he never hid that he wanted her, even when she was considering taking the position. He was always honest and treated her like something precious.
“You walked through that door of your own free will. It was your decision, baby. And now that you made it, there’s no backing out. You’re mine. Lock, stock and barrel.”
And by his caveman attitude and possessive nature where she was regarded, it was easy for her to trust and feel treasured by him.
This was a sweet and fast paced short story. It had all the elements I search for to read in a compact tale. The characters were amazing, Morgan was the perfect OTT alpha, possessive and protective to extremes, but also loving and caring, and Angelica was the perfect balance between innocent, sassy and strong, due to her past.
The story enfolded beautifully and had me glued to it from the start, even if the trope not being a novelty, these days, which, for me adds value too it, because even so I was completely involved in the story. And damn, was it HOT!!! That man sure had a dirty mouth on him! Lol

Rochelle Paige was already one of my auto-read authors, but it seems that every time I read a new book from her, she manages to outdo herself. She has such a flowing and enrapturing writing style that we never get boring moments, and when the book ends, I'm already looking forward to her next read. It's truly addicting, and this book has all these characteristics and more.
Now, I really can't wait to read Carrick's story from the McMahon Clan series, that's coming out on March (please let it be the beginning of the month, LOL)!!!!

I loved this book! It's a quick safe read and has an OTT alpha male and a likable heroine too. I loved how possessive he was to her!

Her dad left her and her mom a few years ago. But her mom died of cancer before she graduated high school. She needed money to pay for her college tuition and living expenses and she's desperate to find a job. While driving around looking for a job, she saw an upscale strip club. She asked for an audition.
Morgan was a wealthy businessman. He's the owner of the said strip club and even other businesses too. He had a rule: never fuck where you work.
She's about to start her audition when he showed up and stopped it. He didn't hire her to dance. Instead, he offered her to be his live-in personal assistant.
He's a very possessive man but at the same time, he gave her time to adjust and be ready for him. He took care of her and her needs. He protected her from any harm. And she never asked him for anything except to spend time together.

This was a very fun read. I liked Morgan , pure OTT alpha which is one of my favorite plot lines. Angelica is a temptress with a temper, she finds herself falling for Morgan but wont put up with his bossiness. This looks to be a very good series, certainly started off with a bang.

Forgot I read this one until I saw the cover. I read another book with the same title and I was confused which story was what as I read them at the same time. This was a really hot story about a good girl trying to go for the whole nine yards to help solve her financial problems and ends up with a hot and sexy man for her enjoyment! Loved it!

Short and cheesy. I’m a sucker for the trope where the hero swoops in and solves all the h’s problems. I liked that she was innocent and he didn’t let her strip. He was a jealous possessive bulldozer and I loved that.
I didn’t love that his owning a strip club was never addressed. In fact? After the 1st scene, it seems like his strip club disappeared. Weird. So does he still own it? Walk through and watch the naked women? I would have liked this more if that issue has been addressed. Also, I’m not a fan of “Angel” as a pet name. It put the cheese over the top.
Bottom Line? This is a cute novella and novellas tend to up the cheese factor. 🤷🏼♀️. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found out, that when I'm busy with school stuff (like now), short story are great to read. I don't need much time to read them, but they are great to give me my fix of drug which normal people call books.
''Bare your soul'' is quick and dirty romance. We have a Angelica innocence-and-not-stupid girl who needs jobs so she can pay bills for college. For a beautiful girl like her, getting job like a stripper shouldn't be a problem at all. But when Morgan,owner of a striper club comes, he sure as hell want Angelica. Just for himself, that is.
There was few clichés , but nothing that I couldn't forgive. Especially, when I see all dirty parts (and they were there trust me).
This is standalone book, and I'm sorry about that, because I would like to read more about Angelica & Morgan.

I love a good book with an OTT possessive male and insta-love. Morgan just comes into Angelica's life and steam-rolls right over her lol....just the way I like it. I was glad she was "the one" for him at first sight and he took his time with her instead of pushing her straight into bed. I just hated he owned strip clubs and it was mentioned a few times. It annoyed me. This is solely just me and my mood. I probably shouldn't have read this after reading a book about a super sweet hero....Overall, it was a quick enjoyable read.

4 stars! I know there are some mixed feelings on this one, but I felt like it hit the spot.
This was a pretty damn good novella. It was sweet and sexy with the added bonus of feeling like a complete story. I wasn't left feeling like I missed something or that parts of the story were disconnected from each other. I loved the fairy tale story, even if it is unrealistic. This was a pretty damn good novella. It was sweet and sexy with the added bonus of feeling like a complete story. I wasn't left feeling like I missed something or that parts of the story were disconnected from each other. I loved the fairy tale story, even if it is unrealistic. Plus the H was alpha-hotness which I just loooooved. :)

I really liked this book. It has an OTT alpha male with insta-love...my favorite type of book! I will definitely be reading more books by Rochelle Paige!

Angelica is a high school student who has just lost her mom to cancer. Her dad walked out on them and never looked back. Her plan was to start college in the fall but most of that money went to pay the overwhelming amount of bills that piled up during her mom's illness. She has no real skills and her dream is about to go up in smoke.
She notices a high end strip club near the campus of the college she plans on attending. She never thought she would have to resort to stripping, but what can she do? She's never worked a pole before but she thinks all her years of gymnastics will pay off.
She's told to come back the next day and when she shows up the owner, Morgan is there and not happy to see her. Morgan makes it a rule never to get involved with the help but he seems to be god smacked over Angelica. He demands that she get off the stage and drags her to a back room where he tells her to give him a lap dance. It must have been the best lap dance he's ever had, since it seems to have changed his whole way of thinking.
I knew the second I saw this girl was going to be trouble.
From that point on Morgan claims his "angel" as his and makes her move in with him. He hires her as his assistant and is convinced she needs to live with him. There are shopping trips for clothes, a car and anything else her heart desires. Of course he is going to pay for her college too.
"Yes, I want it."
I didn't expect my whole life to change forever when I said those four words to Morgan.
The intensity of the insta love in this story surprised me. Pretty much from their first meeting, Morgan changed his whole life for a girl he just met. Spent literally thousands of dollars on her and stopped seeing other women. The sex in the story is hot and erotic and was what kept me reading this story. If you look past the parts that are a bit over the top and focus on the sex, you'll enjoy this read.
"I've never felt like this before, but I have no doubt that you were made for me, my Angel. Mine and mine alone."

Lots of instant everything with a caveman hero and an innocent heroine. If you’re looking for a short and steamy novella where every facet of the story is OTT, this is the book for you.
