I liked more the last half of the book. Indeed, it has good advices but it wasn't what I thought, based on the title. Sometimes I felt that I was reading a blog.
Not that informative. A little hard to read since the author is Russian (if I remember correctly) and writes in English. Decent book. Not really what I expected.
This is the second book I've read by Martha and it was pure coincidence that once I started reading, I realised I'd read her 'mindfulness for beginner's' previously which was also a great book.
I feel Martha is really able to connect with her readers on a truthful and personal level, recounting her fascinating life stories of her foamy and of her travels which all aid the reference content of her books.
Whatever mood I'm in, this book in particular lifted my spirits immediately and gave me the motivation I needed.
I've signed up to her mailing list as she has lots of audio files and free downloads.

This is an amazing book and I totally enjoyed and loved it. Being a person who has a lot of trouble getting motivated, I found this book extremely interesting to read. It gave me a great insight into learning motivation.

Wellness is a holistic concept, and Marta dire a nice job of bringing that point home in this quick read. Using a mix of techniques and stories, you’ll get a sense for both why and how to work on your complete self.
This is a book on motivation. if I was Marta, I would call this book: Unstoppable Motivation. The author makes you believe that everything is possible if you work on your body and mind and keep taking action. There are many interesting stories she uses to illustrate her point. She shares her failure and success and many valuable lessons. I enjoyed it. It felt like having a nice chat with the author. I feel empowered. I like the concept of self-coaching and mutual coaching.Holistic approach means that you need to dig deep which can be painful but pain can become pleasure and success. Well written- very easy to read. Real and I did not felt preached to. The author is a self made woman and comes from a really humble background- something I can personally relate to.
I don't want to be one of the "haters" the authors talks about in her book, but it is really hard to take a book with holistic in the title seriously when the author thinks holistic is interchangeable with the word personal.
There are some interesting ideas in here but they are muddled by the strange writing style and a near Randian hatred of anyone who is born rich or does not adhere to the authors standards of "warrior" which is interesting from someone who is advocating for positivity and empathy.
