Amazing read

Full disclosure: I received an advance copy of the book.

As someone who has struggled with ADHD, this book was truly eye-opening for me. It allowed me to view my condition as a blessing rather than a curse or an affliction that needs to be cured or managed. It helped me recognize ADHD as a natural part of who I am today. The references discussed in the book have inspired me to further explore my unique normalcy, not merely to cope with my challenges but to embrace and develop the best aspects of my chaotic—yet perfectly normal—nature.

There is a fire in all of us. Learning to channel and control it is the key. Starving it of oxygen is not.
