So much helpful information for helping with adhd

It took me a really long time to finish this book. I don't know if it was because of all the detail or because of how my brain works. I did notice that after I made it an audio text to speak type of reading I got through it a lot easier. Although I did have to stop multiple times and come back to reading it there is so much valid and helpful information throughout the book that I didn't know about and I'm glad I do know. There's also a lot of information that I already knew so maybe that's why it took me a little while to get through it. Like because it was in my brain already it was a repetitive things I knew and didn't need to know again. The structuring of the book was helpful. If you're thinking about reading a book that can help you get through your daily life or the people around you who have ADHD this is one of the better books. I will definitely keep this in my Arsenal to look back upon for different ways and solutions to help myself and the people around me that are affected with ADHD.

Overall, this book serves as a valuable resource for those with ADHD seeking to implement straightforward, maintainable organizational systems.

Some of the tips were well known or obvious (to me at least) and others were new to me which will now be utilised daily.

Worth reading if you're struggling to stay organised.
