Once again, National Geographic have produced a fun and nice to read almanac. I liked reading the almanac, I think people who don't even enjoy reading would like reading these articles and facts. I had fun reading, whenever I had free time it became a habit to go to this book and read 15-20 pages.

It is a good book. I read it for fun. There are many short topics in this book about ancient legends, culture celebrations and animals. I did not read all of them.

Readers will thoroughly enjoy learning with this 2016 Almanac from National Geographic. The book’s set up pairs beautiful photography with interesting facts and humor. With fun facts and over 500 photos, reading on just seems like a must. National Geographic wisely creates little bubbles throughout the book alongside the facts to clear up any confusion or define a word. This New York Times bestseller expertly creates jokes to lighten up any page, and combines cultural awareness with the animals of our world and games. From achievements of our world, to struggles of nature’s inhabitants, and major celebrations, it has the answers to all of the questions you would think to ask and then some. It boasts its photography, graphs, and charts full of data in a fun, entertaining way. It’s wide range in acceptable audiences - from small children to older adults - that strive to learn or just enjoy a good book make this a book to highly recommend.

A very, very well-constructed almanac of all things, not just the natural world. It was very enjoyable reading this when I was kid, and I hope other kids get to look through the old versions, even if some of them are a bit outdated now.

(I'm counting this for 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020, which are the ones I've read.)

I loved this book so much! I think I bought it in the beginning of 2015 at BJ's.

This book has a ton of different facts and different little activities. There are sections for things such as space, animals, and tons of other things to read!

This is a great book for anyone who loves almanacs and certain fun and random facts. I have read a lot of almanacs, and these are some of my favorites. They are simple to understand and colorful. I feel that these books are geared towards younger kids, but are great! Happy Reading!
