When it comes to love, Something Great can turn into Something Wonderful, but can it be Something Forever?
International Bestselling, Award Winning, Author M. Clarke resides in Southern California. When she started reading new adult novels, she fell in love with the genre. It was the reason she had to write one-Something Great
"You are the Stars that shine upon my darkness. You are the moon that glows into my heart to show me that I can love again." Matthew Knight
Be prepared to be Amazed, Wowed, Flabbergasted, and Blown to another world. Come take this journey of Max and Jenna, Matthew and Becky (a.k.a. Becca) with me as I did with them. But first you are going to need some major supplies.
Tissues (you will read why), chocolate for sure, comfy chair, blanket, DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON FRONT DOOR, turn your cell phone off totally. Tell the family tonight to fend for their selves cause tonight you are taking a journey with two beloved couples as they find there Something Forever. Or do they?
I was honored too be able to read this final book in the series for my honest review. Please note that I did not nor did I want to read any teasers on this book or for any book for that matter. I find that reading teasers will cloud my expectations for a book. So that said.
Something Forever is the book for the year for me. Mary Ting brings two couples together in this series. Max and Jenna, Matthew and Becky (a.k.a. Becca) The first book of the series is Something Great which you do have to read, the second is Something Wonderful again you have to read in order to get the full AWE/WOW factor. The two couples pick up right where they left off in this final book Something Forever.
Max and Jenna have had many trials and tribulations along the way. It continues to some degree in this book as well but I can’t give out any spoilers. Max and Jenna need each other in order to exist they have the love that will and does span the lifetimes together. Neither one of them are good at being apart from each other. The love that these two share is above boundaries that the universe can’t comprehend. They are each other’s air that can’t be denied. It’s just impossible for me to describe them so for that you have to read the book.
Matthew and Becca well there story is a bit more unique. They are both strong willed people and butt heads at every turn. Though they know that they love each other like no one has ever loved before they both need to take chill pills seriously but when they do they both go on their individual trials that bring them back together. They are like a magnet you can only pull them apart for so long before the magnetic field brings them back together again.
Do these two couples explode in the book? Oh yeah each couples sex is MORE EXPLOSIVE than the last. STEAMY WOW. HOT HOT HOT. Better add some ice to your supply list you’re going to need it for sure. Do these two couples get there happily ever after? Not going to tell you and for this reason. The books are this great if you have followed these couples faithfully like me then the only question I would have is why are you reading my review when in fact you should be reading Something Forever.
KUDOS Mary Ting for bringing these couples into my life. They are not boyfriend books they have become more like family to some of us. I have been with Max and Jenna, Matthew and Becca the whole step of the way. I am sad to say goodbye to beloved characters that mean so much to all of us. I laughed, I cried, I screamed but most of all I felt calm that these true loves found there Something Forever. A must read for all, Happy Reading. A series worth reading over and over again..
I wanted to stop by to thank you for loving Max/Jenna and Matthew/Becky. Though this is the last installment, there is going to be a spin-off, told from Rachel, Becky's sister point of view. You can read the prologue sample at the back of Something Forever. This book will be called Something Amazing. I'll be bringing the characters we love back. Also, watch out for a spin-off of My Clarity, called My Serenity. Both will be out hopefully early 2015. If you're looking for more books by me, check out Crossroads Saga and From Gods, under my real name Mary Ting. Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to me...to the moon and back!
You are about to complete an epic journey of an unforgettably all-encompassing and ravishing love overflowing with heart-wrenching sincerity and unstoppable passion. This is one story that will forever live and breathe in the hearts of those who know just how precious and rare such a love is. While endings can be hard to bear, this one will sweep you off your feet and take your breath away. It will leave you with a lasting impression of how something good can turn into something great, and if you want it bad enough and fight for it hard enough, it can become your breathtaking something forever.
Jena and Max have come a long way since finding each other. They have had to face numerous struggles both internally and externally that have tried mercilessly to keep them apart, and they have watched their love transform and strengthen into a magnificent foundation on which they are building their life together. Just when the road ahead looks smooth and easy, they encounter some hidden bumps that throw their world into disarray. Will the stress prove to be the breaking point that cracks their foundation, or will they continue to stand strong and rise above their circumstances to discover an even better future then they had planned?
Matthew has been counting his blessings since finding Becca, and he will do anything in his power to keep them together. His past has been unkind to him to say the least, but his future is looking better than he could have ever imagined. Becca is still reeling from the wonderful reality that she has finally found a guy who treats her as if she is a precious treasure. She is daring to believe that he might even love her, and with her heart on the line, she commits everything to their budding relationship. When fate decides to throw some surprises their way, they are both left in utter disbelief and heartache. Is their love for each other enough to keep them together, or will they let their beautiful future slip right through their fingers?
This series has touched my heart in a way that very few stories have. While it is an incredible work of fiction, the struggles and the triumphs feel grounded and based in the real world. This fact alone drove me to delve deeper and fall in love completely with these amazing characters. They are each unique and exquisite, and they have such an intense depth that no words can truly describe or explain. You have to experience it for yourself to even begin to understand. The great stories of our time have such a quality and heart to them that they speak for themselves, so I implore you to allow this one to connect straight to your heart and listen while it plays its stunning masterpiece for you.
Some of us live our lives in a safety zone for fear of being hurt. What we don’t realize is that in limiting ourselves we can lose out on the possibility of finding exactly what our heart yearns for. While life passes us by, so could the love that our souls are searching for. Is it better to love with everything that you are while risking heartbreak, or is it better to never risk loving and live a life of wanting and emptiness? I honestly think that Shakespeare was right. It is better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all. Our hearts were made to experience the type of love that is captured within the pages of this book even for just a short time. In the end, it is worth the pain of loss then to never have known the boundless depths and endless heights of love.
M. Clarke is not only a rising star in the world of fiction, but also a master of quiet, heartfelt inspiration that will open your heart to what is and what could be. You haven’t known a love and appreciation for the written word or the intense connection that can be made with a character in a well-designed story until you have read a book written by this author! Reading a story by M. Clarke is like discovering your own personal realm where you are as much a part of the journey as the characters themselves. You discover a little bit of yourself in each book, and you see how truly endless the possibilities are.
I was given a ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Where do I start?
This is very emotional and very bitter sweet . I Have been there since the beginning of these characters and it is very bitter sweet to see the final story come to light. It was achingly-beautiful. Heart-pounding joy & excitement. So much happens in this book its hard to even put the thoughts into words and also not give anything away for the reader. We start off Where Something Wonderful leaves off and we learn if Jenna is pregnant or not. We get to see friendships become stronger, roller coaster of highs and lows. Ups and downs and times you just didn't know what was going to happen. You will probably be laughing lots also, Matthew does not disappoint in that area ;-) The entire gang goes trough countless trials and tribulations. There is very happy moments and very sad moments. Mary Ting has delivered once again and she does not disappoint us in the final installment Of Max And Jennas, Becky and Matthews story. By the end you will be crying happy tears. If you love this series as much as I do, you will see why this is the perfect ending these characters deserve. Well done Moon, well done.
"You're too good to me. I think I love you."
" Don't worry, Max. My heart belongs only to you, forever and ever. "
"Welcome to Las Vegas, Becca. What happens in Vegas continues when we get home."
"My heart beats only for you, babe. My life was like a blank canvas, but you painted it with your love. You.. are a perfect painting. "
"Everyday will be filled with precious memories. Everything I am, everything I have belongs to you."
"Thank you for making me believe I was worth fighting for. That I was worthy of your love."
Something Forever was well worth the wait! Too bad the book itself didn't last forever.
This final book of the trilogy did not dissappoint! I have grown to love the main characters Max, Jenna, Becca and Matthew. You find yourself wrapped up in their lives and decisions they make. You go through all the emotions with the twists and turns the story takes.
The sex is hot and steamy but does not take away from the storyline but adds to it. The supporting cast of BFFs and family was like icing on the cake. The epic love of two couples that show you true love will conquer all.
"I'm going to read you like a book and lick every word of your body from chapter to chapter, I'm going to tease you and then leave you hanging like a cliffhanger. I might give you a teaser in the next book if you beg" How hot is that?
M. Clark what a perfect ending! It will make anyone want to find their Something Forever.
Ok I've waited ages for this book . I love Jenna and Becky ( becca) There strong friendship would see anybody through anything , or you would think ! The knight brothers a lot of hotness there . This book was perfect . I love the emotion Mary got into the story , rawness , lust, love , bitterness Heartache just to name a few . I started reading and couldn't stop , that tells you the story was WOW . I had my fingers crossed and I was hoping some stuff would happen ........ Not giving anything away ( you will have to read ) The ending had me blown I admit there was tears in this book . Hood you enjoy liked I did Easy 5 stars

Will Jenna, Max, Becky and Matthew find ever lasting love?
I can honestly tell you, you must read this incredible series. You will fall in love allover again.
Thank you M. Clarke for sharing this amazing and wonderful series with us!!
Something Forever is book 3 in this series. Do not read this review if you have not read books 1 and 2 in this series as there will be spoilers.
Max and Jenna are engaged. There is a cliffy at the end of book 2 which we find out if this is true in Something Forever. Max and Jenna are perfect for each other and you see just how amazing they are together here. Max and Jenna have some issues they need to move past, but they are the sweetest couple around and Jenna really shines now with more confidence in herself. You notice she starts to embrace her sexual side and nothing is more fun than reading the hot sex scenes!
“Nobody touches what’s mine”
“It’s my pleasure to take care of my wife to be. I’ll be your slave. I can do as you will, but be warned…I will give you pleasure beyond what you can handle.”
Matthew and Becky are finally together! After all the games they played, they are finally together. But secrets are revealed in Something Forever and it causes a strain on their perfect relationship. Will Matthew and Becky make it beyond all the complications?
“It’s the day you stole my heart and you never gave it back.”
“I’m going to make your world spin, babe.”
It’s so hard not to mention too much and give anything away! You just have to read the series and let me tell you, as much as I loved the first two books, I loved this 100 times more! I fell in love with this book and it was absolutely PERFECT!!!! I’m giving 5 beautiful stars all the way for such a perfect ending to a fabulous series! It was sweet and I cried happy and sad tears throughout this book. I just love a hot alpha male man! Max definitely fits that category! Matthew is the sweet charming “book boyfriend” as he tells Becky, he tries his best to be a book boyfriend for her and boy is he swoon-worthy! Becky and Jenna are sweet girls and I LOVED the epilogue showing their lives later. I absolutely love it when Authors give us a look into the future at the end of a series because I’ll be the first to admit, I always want more when I’m reading a series with characters I loved, just as I loved the whole gang.
Something Forever is a sweet conclusion to the Something Great series.
Matthew and Becky are still new in their relationship. Insecurities still pop up, but with time, they grow into an amazing couple just like Max and Jenna. Even though we have watched Jenna grow into a strong and confident woman, this story kicks it in gear with still doubts. However with a man like Max, she has no need to worry, no matter what BOMBS are unleashed.
This story increases the heat of the series. The Knight brothers are hot, rich, and completely intent in life with satisfying their women.
Romance that will twist your stomach in knots in a good way, this story (and the whole series) still unleashes those plot twists and throws in those ah-oh moments. I mean, come on, it would be boring without those!
These characters are easy to fall for. Jenna and Becky's relationship is incredible. All women should have a friendship like this.
I have loved this series from the first page til the very last. You need to read this one!
Where to start? This is the final book in the series. We have both couples in this book, Becky & Matt, Jenna & Max and Nicole's wedding. Through-out this book we see how spoiled Becky and Jenna are from those two wonderful men. Makes me servery jealous. We also see just how deep their friendship is. Becky and Jenna can answer for the other or totally know what the other is thinking. The sex in this book is just wow! Great writing for these scenes! As with the other 2 books, the relationships are HOT HOT! I also love how the author threw in a little promo for her other books while Becky is Beta reading. Matt had me laughing out loud several times. Sad for the series to end, but it ended so great. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the other two in the series. I also recommend that you read these books in order. I was given a copy by the author to read and review for my honest opinion.
The Knight brothers are true knights in shining armour!! Not only are these men handsome, hot and sexy as hell, they are also very loving and giving. In Something Forever, we get to see the full picture of the characters relationships including family and friends. We also see to what length the Knight brothers will go to take care of Becky and Jenna. All of them experience challenges in this book, ones that not everyone could recover from. This book runs the gammet of emotions and your heart is truly along for the ride. This wonderfully talented Author always pulls my heartstrings with her characters and their stories and she always gives us a very happy ending. EllieSewSweet
This is the final installment of the Something Great series of Max, Jenna, Matthew and Becky's story and I have to say my definite favorite. So much happened in Something Forever and had me guessing right to the end... This is again told in all four characters POV, and after reading the previous book, it worked for this one.
This series is one that had me hooked ftom the 1st chapter. I adored the characters, their well written dialogue and banter that had me laughing, gasping and more than a little hot under the collar. As we delve into the depths of their relationships that hold more than its fair share of drama, each character is bought to life in a sometimes fun, sometimes happy, sometimes gut-wrenching and others that had me swooning over the 2 incredibly hot Knight men.
As something Wonderful ended we were all left wondering about the pregnancy test from Jenna, as she discovers early in this story some dramas cannot be handled, sometimes you have to play the cards you are dealt.... But it hiw Max responds to her that had my heart racing, he is not prepared to be a father, he wanted to show Jenna the world. Now everything is different, everything has changed. As Jenna and Max deal with her pregnancy news and the fact she is violently ill due to morning sickness, she is left high and dry when she breaks the news and Max is less than happy with it, until the same morning he leaves her with a note, he discovers that Jenna is what he wants and that he was a jackass for behaving the way he did. Unable to resist him, the pair find a new level in their relationship. Moving the wedding up is the 1st call after telling their parents.
While Jenna and Max deal with their own relationship issues, Becky and Matthew have their own issues.... After a more than firey start to their love affair, all seems to be running smoothly and it is clear they belong together. That is until Matthew discovers the person who killed his fiancé, Tessa years earlier was Becky's roommate, and Becky was the one who let her drive away drunk that fateful night. After dealing with the grief or being responsible for her best friends death, knowing that she now feel responsible for Tessa's death as well, and if course Matthew's less than accepting response has her running....
Needing time out Matthew leaves Becky distraught, and by the time he realizes Becky is his new forever it is to late... While he gas gone to Australia for work, she has gone to London for a book convention and the opportunity to meet up with her partner from Nicole' s wedding. This doesn't go down well with Matthew, and when he explains to Jenna that Becky won't take to him, answer his calls or texts she gives him the information he needs to track her down and make her understand she is his forever.
Matthew never thought that what he sees when he discovers her with another man, and the news he would receive from her, turns his life on its head. Becky is not well, but that doesn't stop Matthew, he gets her into the best doctors to keep her as stable as possible and of course the most romantic marriage proposal possible. He will stop at nothing to have his Something forever with his Becky.
The story is told from four different perspectives and alternate between the main characters in the narration. Each character infuses his or her interruption of the emotions that they feel as the storyline unfolds. Background information what has occurred in previous books is woven seamlessly in without breaking the continuity of the characters new life circumstances or complications.
Jenna and Maxwell have finally made it to a point where their feelings are secure about where their relationship is heading. Jenna has agreed to marry the man of her dreams, the love of her life and spend her life with him creating a home. Jenna discovers that she is pregnant, the last thing that she believed was possible for her; Jenna experiences doubt about Max’s feelings. He loves her and had told her that he wanted a family but later after they had time together just the two of them. She had always wanted children but because of her mother’s problems carrying a child had thought it would be the same for her. Will Maxwell be able to accept this beautiful gift?
Matthew and Becky have finally said the big three…I love you to each other and their lives are filled with lust filled days and loved filled nights. Everything seems perfect between them until an unexpected heartbreak from the past resurfaces and threatens their bond. Unknown to either of them there is a haunting thread that connects them to deaths of loved ones. This tragedy alone causes consequences that may destroy what they had been building together. Secrets not share openly between the two lovers may break them apart unless healing can take place and restore their relationship. This is an amazingly beautiful story of love and the journey to find it.
Would I recommend this book: Yes! This is the heartwarming culmination of Ms. Clarke’s Something Great series. The reader will not be disappointed with this book and the way two beautiful couples find their happily ever after!
Would I recommend this author: Yes! After reading this series I know that this author will be on my must read list from now on!
***Received an ARC of this book from the Author in exchange for an honest review***
We first meet Jenna while she is taking a pregnancy test, it came back negative. She was very upset and worried because Max wanted a whole van load of kids. Becky, Jenna, Nicole and Kate are going to Vegas to celebrate Nicole's big day. Matt doesn't want Becky to go because he doesn't want anyone touching what is his. Becky and Jenna got a big surprise when Max and Matt came to Vegas to surprise them. Jenna has a secret that she is keeping from Max. She finally decides to tell him that she is pregnant but she is scared about how he will react. Max leaves early in the morning because he needs time to think. Max finally apologizes to Jenna for running out on her, he tells her that he wants to get married before the baby is born. He wants tell his parents and brother at lunch. Becky and Matt hit a rough patch, Matt had to go to Australia for a fashion show and Becky had to go to London for a book convention. When Matt got home she wasn't there so he went to Paris to find her. Becky gave Matt some shocking news. This is the 3rd book in the series Something Great. Jenna is scared that she wont be able to have kids because of what her mom went through. Max's fiance, she is very nice and a very caring person. Max is caring, Matt's older brother, would do anything for Jenna. Becky is Matt's girlfriend, Jenna's friend and roommate. Lost her previous roommate because she was killed in a car accident. Afraid that Matt's parents wouldn't like her, she also has chronic kidney disease. Matthew would go to the ends of the earth to bring Becky back home. He is a very caring individual. Ellen is Max and Matt's mom, didn't have much time for them when they were little. Rob is Max and Matt's dad, didn't have much time for them when they were little. Paige and Johnathan are Jenna's parents, they moved into Max's penthouse after John retired. While reading this book I felt connected to the characters. I loved the story line, I loved how the characters all went together really well. I also loved that I could feel the emotions in this story. I loved this authors style of writing. This is my first book by M. Clarke and it definitely will not be my last. I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
Something Forever is the third and final book in the Something Great series by M. Clarke. We again follow Jenna and Max and Becky and Matthew as their live twist and turn and intertwine.
Max and Jenna: Everything is going so well for them. They are so completely happy and in love, it’s so very sweet.
“Jenna I can’t even breathe without you. Every second you’re on my mind. Every happy thought is of you.”
Max is also still as hot as he ever was. The things he does to Jenna will make you blush. These two cannot keep their hands off of each other…ever! Even just the things he says are just the right touch of sweet and spicy.
“Anywhere and anytime. It’s my pleasure to take care of my wife to be. I’ll be your slave. I can do as you will, but be warned…I will give you pleasure beyond what you can handle.”
When a monkey wrench is thrown in their plans how will they react? What will they choose to do? Luckily Matthew and Becky are always there for them. Let’s see what they’ve been up to.
Matthew and Becky (aka Becca) These two are still fairly early on in their relationship but they are so perfect for each other. They balance each other out nicely. Matthew is such a sweetheart in how he cares for Becca, he would do anything for her.
“Whatever she felt, I felt it, too. That’s how much I cared and loved her. That’s how much she meant to be, I would do anything to mend her pain and hurt, anything to make it right for her.”
I mean how could you resist that? It’s not all hearts and flowers for them this time however. They are thrown their own curve ball and have some very difficult decisions to make. Becky does what she has always done and runs, this does NOT stop Matthew though, he perseveres and does not back down.
“You are the reason I found love again. You’re the lighthouse to my storm. You’re my beacon that brought me home. You can stand there and tell me how wrong I am, but I’m not giving up on us. I’m not going to let you go that easily, Becca. I love you, and I know you love me too.”
Awwww, heart melting!
This was a nice conclusion to the Something Great series. Be sure to read all about these two couples, their friends and family, and their happy stories.
Not for everyone since it has some mature content. Anyways, this has to be the cheesiest thing I've ever read this year (actually couldn't decide between this and something wonderful at first but I think the lines in this one are pretty tumblrish). Could someone like give me or direct me to a real like Knight brother (whoever, Max or Matthew, don't really care)? Every time I read something they say, like....swoon. Swooooon. SWOOOOOOOONS. I just want to punch something, or myself, because I've been grinning like a maniac from their moments. They are just perfect. The best book boyfriends ever, sorry Daniel (My Name is Memory), Sander (Heir Untamed), and Kaiden (Sweet Evil), got some competition, and they are brothers. Another thing I absolutely loved, the best friend. I love the best friends! I usually get annoyed with the leading ladies, especially those who are annoying, immature, prideful. Not in this case, Jenna is such a darling! But the best friends are just the best for a reason. Another amazing part, the closure. Closure. CLOSURE. THANK YOU!!! Ugh. I love you, M. Clarke! The best kind of book hangover which makes you kind of okay the series is done and you're fine if nothing follows but wouldn't mind for another one. Last thought, gahhh when they became dads I just....can't. Too much.
The story continues as Max and Jenna are now officially engagement .as things seem promising between Matthew and Becca as well. As the best friends are looking forward to their friend upcoming wedding, they head off to Vegas for their friend’s bachelorette party. The guys surprised the girls by upgrading their rooms and spending the night with them.
When the two of them realized they are pregnant, they handle the news differently.
Jenna is scared to tell Max since he wants kids but planned to first marry her and take a few years travelling before they have kids. Things never go quite as plan.
Becca before she found out about her pregnancy thought her relationship with Matthew was over after he found out her ex room mate who was drunk at the time not only killed herself but Matthew’s girlfriend at the time. That she could have stop her room mate from driving drunk.
While the girls try to cope with the pregnancies and the two brothers who loved them and willing to woo them.. Will they get heir happy endings?
im on page 46 and i still have a problem with the POVs. but things are getting interesting now, and i like it. let's see how it plays out. UPDATER 08/18 and we're back with the unnecessary drama between Matt and Becky. seriously, this shit is getting wayyyy too old. UPDATE 08/18 im finished. THANK GOD! around page 100 it became torture. seriously, i was soooo ready for it to get over. talk about shit going crazy just keep things going. anyways, now im just glad this is done with. i could not, for the life of me, have keep reading this. again, Becky and Matt's POVs were out of line. they crowded the story and for me, made it difficult to keep focus on the story. so what did i do? i skipped them almost completely. well, im just realizing that this type of writing -format, whatever- is so not for me.
Boring, repetitive, predictable, lame, waist of my day
The writing in this one is better than the previous 2, but it's still bad. I don't know if the author took a vacation and just wanted to include some places she's been but it felt like an advertisement. At one point they're discussing how u can purchase a time share at the resort. And enough with the "me to" syndrome. Everything that happens to one character happens to another, the exact same thing. If that's the case why do we need 4 perspectives, you only need 2. This one didn't even make me laugh like the other two. So bad, nothing the least bit alpha, or sexy, or interesting in this series.
I loved loved loved this book!!! I waited what felt like forever and I'm so grateful for the chance to read it. It was perfect, beautiful and so full of emotions! I won't spoil it, but Jeez..what a ride! Can't wait for everyone to read it! It was so great to read about Jenna and Becky's journey, their friendship and their relationship with the Knight's brothers. I laughed and cried, I swooned a lot and felt so close to all these characters..I was so sad when I read the last page because I'm truly going to miss them all. Just wonderful!
OMG you guys, I read this book in one sitting! In a matter of hours! I was sucked back into the lives of my favorite people. Max, Jenna, Matthew, and Becky have a lot going on! This is a must read when it comes out! Full review to come soon!
"Everyone searches for that moment when Something Wonderful turns into Something Forever. This story has captured my heart and will remain their for many days to come."
I want to cry, I love happy ending... I really like the way the author shows beyond what happened with the future just like in "My Clarity" which was written by the same person. I believe this is a wonderful serie passion, love, a lot of money, happiness it's really nice . I loved it .. Can't wait to read "Something Amazing" spin-off to. ♡
I don't like being mean about story but this one was awful. You read a chapter about Max & Jenna then the next chapter it's exactly the same story but it happens to Matthew & Becca. There was so much potential from the synopsis but no. Everything is fixed at chapter 5 and then it's just boring. I had to skip a few chapter, mostly the one in Jenna's POV in order to finish the book.
Great ending book to a wonderful series. I was completely blown away by the story line with Becky and Matthew. I loved how at the end everyone's family had grown in multiples. This book reminds me so much of my group of girls!! :)
Review of Something Forever by M. Clarke * * * * * The conclusion to this mind spinning romance between four characters - friends and family - that will not have you disappointed.
You would believe that the romance would come to a smooth end, or the lingering drama would soon come to a satisfactory end and have our lovers live happily ever after. Wrong! Drama still bubbles and burns and stirs the pot. After the ending of the second book, we are left with more delightful chaos as the plot takes a crazy new turn. Jeanella and Max are swept away in the delicious romance with a new little surprise - wonderful indeed - but there is trouble. Matthew's lost love comes haunting him again when Becky's past is tied to his. People act like morons, drama queens, in fear of new experiences and still pained by the old ones. But the actions can have consequences. In the end, our group finds that they all need each other.
M. Clarke really packed it in this book. You are not given a moment to breath without something happening!
This is the author's third book in this series by this author, and what a fantastic story this is. This is the continued story of Jenna and Max; this book picks up as book two finishes. This is the conclusion to this incredible story. This book is heart-wrenching, passionate, unstoppable, and will melt your heart. This book takes you on an emotional roller coaster from page one. This is a fantastic final book and brings all the books together. I will definitely be looking out for this author in the future.
I received a copy of this book, and this is my honest review. Release date -20 Aug 2014 Print length - 320 pages www.obsessedbookreviews.com
Something Forever is in our two couples, Max & Jenna/Matthew & Becky's grasp, but outside forces and mistakes aren't done with them yet. Life has thrown challenge after challenge towards Max & Jenna, and no matter how much they've grown together, those challenges have the power to finally break them apart. Matthew is about to make a big mistake by keeping secrets that don't make friends from Becky, and seriously, those secrets have the power to derail everything they've built to date. I'm telling you, even in this second round of rereading this series, I found myself turning the pages at lightning speed as I kept saying to self, "I forgot about this part" or "I must have missed this part" which is the beauty of M. Clarke's layering like a boss. I had a great time hanging out with my friends here, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This is the third and final book in this amazing series, and Max, Jenna, Matthew, and Becca’s journey continues. Some decisions are made, and Max and Jenna’s relationship is tested, but can they overcome the obstacles in their path. Matthew withheld some information from Becca, which has her questioning is a future together is even possible. This is the perfect conclusion to this incredible series, and is an emotional roller coaster, filled with secrets, challenges, humor, witty banter, family, friendships, and love, which leads to a compelling and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
This is the final book in the series and we continue this journey together with Max, Jenna, Matthew and Becky. When life happens, can we make it work, can a relationship survive…? Both couples find some bumps down the road, but Max and Jenna know that they need each other. While Matthew and Becky both are a bit stubborn, they will butt heads on many occasions and will make it work, hopefully… This is a great way to end the series. Shame to see them go. The ride was quite emotional and addicting.
What is not to like, I love the story of Matthew and Becky. I the writing allowed you to feel the humor, anguish and joy of the emotions. I love the references to the other Mary Ting/M. Clarke stories. Everyone of them made me smile. Here is to book boyfriends being hot and sensitive. ~Cindy
I perfect ending to this series and this couple and I loved how we got to see how other couples grew and came together. Max is the ultimate and I still want him for myself!! ~Jen
