DNF 30% because I am too grossed out by the H. I don’t care about this couple.

The H has a fiancée. The h is the ow. They’re in a band.
The H gets hard, aroused by the fiancée and the h constantly.
The H is a fucking dog, he’s either drooling over the fiancée, fingering her in the car, wishing for more sex from her, or he’s lusting and staring at the h. He did say that he loved the fiancée at one point.
He’s such a fucking pervert that he allows his fiancée to give him a blow job while the h is above his bunk listening to him getting sucked, and he’s aware that she’s listening.
The scenes with the fiancée(ow) are on page and descriptive.
He doesn’t break up with the fiancée because he’s falling for the h, but because he caught her cheating on him with his manager.
After breaking up with the fiancée, he makes out with the h, then he goes to a bar and makes out with a random chick..🙄this all happens in 1 night.
The fiancée is a tall bombshell, legs for days with big boobs and ass, she’s a bitch of course. The h is a flat chested, petite, single mom with a sweet smile, and of course, she’s not like other girls….hard eye roll…he also said she had a” tiny ass”. Whatever that means.

“Everything is going to be okay”….
When Chaz Montgomery says it you so believe him… After all, he is a sexy, tattooed, swoon worthy rocker!!!! Chaz is the lead singer of his band and is actually engaged to another woman at the beginning of the book, however, if you read the first book, Rock Country, you probably already don’t like her lol. If you were in anyway on the fence about it believe me you will dislike her immensely as you read this book.
When Taylor Ryan (“Ryan”) auditions for the bassist opening in the band, Chaz realizes just what a mistake his current relationship is. Ryan is such a great addition to the band and everybody loves her. She can play and has a great personality. She does come with a few secrets though, which puts a strain on her new relationship with Chaz. When tragedy strikes all secrets are revealed and it is up to Chaz to prove that everything will work out. This is when Chaz really shines and if you weren’t already in love with him you will be now. “I love you so much. I’ll fight everyday to get you back. Angel, I told you we are more…. Can’t you see that my love for you defies everything?”
The story of Chaz and Ryan is so well written and will have you feeling so many different emotions. The other characters are such a bonus and will have you truly laughing out loud. “Man, that ain’t no f***ing angel. That’s your devil”
Although this book is a standalone, I suggest you read the first book for two reasons (1) because it is also a great read and (2) because you will have a better understanding of all these awesome characters.
I can’t recommend this book enough. I really loved this book and all of its characters. This is only my second read of Kristi Webster’s but let me tell you she is definitely moving to the top of my TBR list....

I didn't like that part with Neve. It was unnecessary and ruined the mood. The bar scene in the beginning, and the beginning parts with Neve and Chaz killed me. I don't like the main characters having sex with other people fiancee or not. I like when you know the two characters are going to be together so the author doesn't write about the mains sleeping or doing stuff with others. My thoughts on that might be stupid for a angsty drama book but whatever.
Love Ryan & Chaz together. Loved the band mates too.
Wish it was a little longer. Chaz was a jerk in the beginning because he couldn't handle his lust for someone else. One they got together his slight (rightfully so) jealous fits aside I loved how his character ended up. Ryan's secret was nothing that big to keep Chaz away, she should have just told him.
Donnies wet dream ending was great because I kept thinking something might happen at least once between the three but nothing did.
I liked the epilogue too, very cute.

After finishing Rock Country, I was so excited to see that Chaz was getting his story next! He was in a loveless relationship with Neve and I just wanted to see him happy. Well, Rock Heart did not disappoint!
Rock Heart is Chaz and Ryan's story. It pretty much picks up right where they hired Ryan in Rock Country. I loved how the two stories over lapped and then continued seamlessly. I absolutely adored Ryan. I loved watching her interact with Chaz and just knew something great was going to happen with them.
One of my favorite things about this series is that the characters are so lovable. You can't help but want to know more about them. Rock Heart was a quick and easy read for me. I thought the story flowed well and kept me entertained the whole time! It was sexy, funny, and had just enough drama!

Rock Heart is book 2 in the Vegas Aces series. This can be read as a stand alone and does not have a cliffhanger at the end.
Chaz Montgomery is the lead singer for the Vegas Aces. He’s rich, hot and super sweet. He’s been engaged to Neve for years. He’s always been loyal to her no matter what and when the Vegas Aces go on tour, he realizes what a mistake his relationship with Neve really was. She’s a gold digging selfish tramp… but I’m sure you will form your own opinion of her once you read Rock Heart.
Taylor Ryan is the new bassist for the Vegas Aces. She never thought she would get the gig and is still in shock by all of it when they start their tour. Taylor, who is referred to as Ryan, has some super secrets. Ryan makes secret phone calls at certain times of the day, she is overheard saying “I love you” but she won’t reveal her secrets. Ryan thinks Chaz hates her but she still has the hots for him. He is one fine piece of man meat and she’d be nuts to not have a thing for him. He may be an ass to her, but it’s because he just doesn’t know why she gets under his skin.
“I can’t wait to spend everyday holding you, kissing you, loving you. You stole my heart and never gave it back. I love you.”
Secrets are revealed in the worst way possible when tragedy strikes. Will Chaz be able to get through to Ryan or will she completely shut down and turn him away? Chaz is stunned when secrets are revealed but his true character shines with his big heart and charming ways. Chaz is a sweetheart and he just wants to help Ryan any way that he can.
“God I miss you so fucking bad Ryan. Please let me come see you. I want to make love to you. Hold you. Kiss you. Sleep with you tucked against me.”
I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED Chaz and Ryan!!!! Ummm to say I hated Neve is an understatement. Sometimes we all love the assholes when we read books, but Chaz Montgomery is a sweet man and he was in my heart from the very beginning of this book. He’s been backstabbed so badly by that slut, Neve, and my heart just broke for him. I was so happy Neve was finally out of his life, but I still felt bad Chaz he wasted so many years on that loser. Rock Heart is a 5 star read you won’t want to miss. There were so many sad and happy tears throughout this book, I can’t recommend this book enough. Amazing and Charming! Don’t miss out. I recommend reading Rock Country first just to have a better understanding of all characters involved even though it is not required.

Late Review: I'm catching up on some reviews from books I've read earlier this year.
The second book in the Vegas Aces series I was compelled to keep reading after the first book Rock County. There was nothing about this book I would change. It wasn’t a spectacular read but it was decent. I enjoyed the back and forth between Chaz and Ryan. It came across a little juvenile on their parts but I guess that’s the way love works sometimes. When Chaz finally uncovers Ryans secrets I was happy to see he didn’t give up on her no matter how much she pushed him away. While I don’t agree Ryan keeping Chaz in the dark about what was going on with her I can understand to an extent why she did it. The running trend in all of these books is the cliche rockstar lifestyle. Chaz has some substance abuse issues as well and when he is drunk he is not kind. I found myself resenting him every time he took his drunkenness out on Ryan. It made him an unlikeable character. Overall the book still gets 3 stars from me

Smokin’ Hot, Chaz Gets Someone He Deserves, And Who Deserves Him
This series is so over the top and unabashedly gushy and romantic, even with the coarseness of the guys - seriously, this series is on its own level of uniqueness. When Chaz falls, he falls completely and hard. In every meaning of the word. And Ryan, the new bassist, has her own heavy home-life she’s determined to keep separate from her band-life, for some odd reason I was never able to parse out.
There’s trouble in various forms - the ex-girlfriend, a member of the road-team, (but not, surprisingly, anyone on Ryan’s side). There’s a lot stuffed into it, and Chaz turns out to be an over-the-top good guy, which he must have been to suffer through Neve. (Look up the meaning of the name, it’ll be worth it). He’s a little too possessive, which is something that Ryan deals with fully. She gives as good as she gets, and she’s a tiger.
Thumbs up! Reading the next one. Donnie is debauched and has his own dream postscript ending after the book ends. Also a good guy, but wow.

Loved this one. Having read all three now I can say this is definitely the best in the series. It wasn’t perfect, it was way to obvious and I didn’t entirely understand the heroine’s rational for the last part. It was fun and cute and hot!

So it’s confession time….I have the hugest girl crush on Kristi Webster!! This woman is freaking amazing, with every book she writes I think ok this is it she can’t do any better and then well she does. From the paranormal to contemporary this girl rocks my socks. This book in particular I was so blown away by and that is because I didn’t think that any of the other boys from the Aces could top Bobby but man oh mighty Chaz does.
So Rock Heart starts up right where Rock Country left off with Chaz being engaged to the bitch from hell Neve. Let me take a moment here to say that holy crap Neve is a bitch and I would really like to slap a hoe!! So anyway The Aces are trying to find a replacement bassist and in walks one smoking hot rock chick Taylor Ryan. She takes Chaz’s breath away but he doesn’t like the way she makes him feel, he shouldn’t notice her and his body defiantly should not react to her the way it is. But when the band hires her he is forced to be with her night and day on the tour bus, so the next best this he can do is be a complete asshole to her and an asshole he is. But no matter how hard he pushes he can’t help the way he really feels about her. And through all this time his relationship with Neve is being tested. He can now see how ugly of a human Neve really is but it’s not till Neve does the unthinkable that Chaz is done with her and free to be with Taylor.
Taylor is starting over after a disastrous marriage but is determined to keep her private life private but to be a success with The Aces. When she first meets the guys she feels an immense welcoming from all but Chaz. She can’t figure out what she did to piss him off so bad but she’s not about to walk away or let him bully her. But one night with some liquid courage Chaz does the one thing she never thought he would..He apologizes and tells her why he’s been such an ass.
The relationship between these two is explosive but with Taylor unwilling to be completely honest with Chaz it puts a big stress on them Just when they think that they have found a way to love each other and be together a tragedy strikes Taylor’s home life and with it the secret she’s been keeping comes out. But I tell you Chaz will make you swoon over and over again because once he decides you’re his women he will make sure that you know your loved more than any women on the planet. He made me laugh, cry and damn well combust with the sweet and sexiness of his alphaness.

Like I said holy swoon. So the extra bonus to this book is that not only do we have Donnie back and that his story is next but we also get a glimpse into Bobby and June’s life with their growing family. I love all these characters and as much as I can’t wait for Donnie’s story I will be uber sad to say good bye to them. I hope that maybe we will get another book for each of them or even several more..lol I love these boys and their women!! Miss. Webster thank you so much for bringing The Aces into my life!!

But I tell you Chaz will make you swoon over and over again because once he decides you’re his women he will make sure that you know your loved more than any women on the planet. He made me laugh, cry and damn well combust with the sweet and sexiness of his alphaness.

Like I said holy swoon. So the extra bonus to this book is that not only do we have Donnie back and that his story is next but we also get a glimpse into Bobby and June’s life with their growing family. I love all these characters and as much as I can’t wait for Donnie’s story I will be uber sad to say good bye to them. Chaz is engaged to a woman who is a real b*tch and is set on marrying her but he has his doubts about her. Ryan has just auditioned to be a bass player for the band and Chaz has an immediate attraction towards her. When Chaz finally leaves Neve, he decides to pursue things with Ryan because he just can't seem to stop thinking about her and would like to see where things lead with her.
Ryan has a secret that she thinks will lead to Chaz leaving her and she is not ready to tell him her secret. She has told him that she will tell him when she thinks the time is right.
Can they overcome the obstacle that is between them? Can Chaz accept Ryan after he finds out what her big secret is? My heart swells with Chaz and I totally love his dirty talking, it really gets me going and I can't stop reading because his dirty mouth just makes me want to keep reading.
Little by little these two fell in love and they will try and overcome any obstacle that got in their way.
This was a beautiful story. I love me these rock star stories. These beautiful tattooed men really make me swoon as much as my men in suits do.

After reading Country Rock I immediately started reading Rock Heart and now I cannot wait for Rock Bottom to come out. This series has me hooked!
The lead singer of the Vegas Aces is Chaz and he’s engaged to the biggest bitch of the west, Neve. They’ve been together so long that he just accepts her superiority complex and handles it the best way he can.
Ryan has a lot going on in her life, but she made a promise to audition for the new bass player position that opened up and oh did she nail it. The only problem is that for some reason Chaz cannot take his eyes off of her and it’s fucking with his concentration. For that reason alone he doesn’t want her in the band, but she plays flawlessly and everyone else wants her, so he’ll just have to figure out a way to get over himself. Or maybe not.
“Ryan, I’m not supposed to be looking at you, touching you, like this. But dammit, woman, you’re all I can think about.”
Talk about entirely too many people crammed into one tour bus! Bobby and June get the cabin because they have the baby, which means everyone else gets a bunk…leaving Chaz to sleep directly beneath Ryan. Oh yeah, that definitely helps his concentration. Especially seeing her in her sleepwear climbing up and down past his bunk.
“Sorry to cock block, dude, but Bobby wants to rehearse that song some more,” he laughs.
Chaz and Ryan have a connection that draws them to each other and after Neve gets kicked to the curb for less than loyal reasons they have nothing standing in their way of getting to know each other better. But Ryan has a secret that will tear them apart and may cost them everything. Although what she doesn’t realize is that Chaz’s feelings for her are way too intense to just disregard.
Rock Heart is a story about overcoming mountains and learning to have faith in others. The fact that Chaz is a sexy rock star is just added icing on the already tasty cake.
Oh and the extra best part: Donnie’s Wet Dream!
My Favorite Moment: When Donnie is texting Ryan, then he sends her a picture, and then Chaz starts texting her. Loved their texts! And yep, I still love Donnie! When oh when is his story coming out?

A great addition to the Vegas Aces Series by K. Webster
There were so many great things going on in this book. This book focuses on Chaz (the vocalist) and his relationship with Ryan (the new bassist). We were first introduced to Chaz in Rock Country and that is where we also met his fiance Neve. The reader is quickly introduced to the bitchy side of Neve, she treats Chaz like crap and does him dirty from the getgo, the ultimate super bitch! From the very beginning the reader will want to see Chaz break it off with Neve. Here we have Ryan who joined the band as a replacement for Manny, and almost immediately there is an mutual attraction that surfaces between her and Chaz. Chaz is conflicted because he knows that what he and Neve has isn't all that it should be, and yet he won't act on his attraction towards Ryan because he is with Neve. I was so happy when things went down the way they did and Chaz finally end it with Neve, freeing him to be with Ryan. When Chaz and Ryan finally get together sparks fly, they have such an intense connection. It becomes obvious rather quickly that Ryan is keeping a huge secret from Chaz, a secret that could possibly destroy everything they were beginning to build, and I mean this secret was HUGE! Chaz and Ryan were so good together, I am glad that K. gave them the perfect ending. There were lots of super hot and swoonable moments! : "I've pretty much wanted to kiss this girl since the moment I saw her. I'm getting the chance now and it's hotter than I could have imagined."~Chaz ♥ and "Angel, I want to lick every inch of this tight cunt until you scream and come all over my tongue. Then, I'm going to lap you up so I don't miss a drop of everything you have to give me. You want me to taste you?"~Chaz (so hot) Loved seeing all of the other members of the Vegas Aces family in this book, and I for one CANNOT WAIT for Donnie's book to come out!

Gah, I LOVED this book!! I couldn't put it down - not that I really tried, because why would I want to stop reading a book that had me wishing I'd learned to play bass, just like Ryan? That had me imagining what it would be like to shower with Chaz? That made me smile and laugh at the snappy banter between band mates and loving exchanges between Chaz and Ryan?
Rock Heart was an awesome rock star romance because it had beautiful lyrics, an excellent band dynamic, and plenty of hot and sexy encounters. I haven't yet read Rock Country - book one in this series - but I have every intention of doing so. And I can't wait to get my hands on Donnie's book because, based on the short story that closed out this book, I think I'm going to want to add a dirty-minded drummer to my Hall of Fame soon...
Rock Heart is the second book in The Vegas Aces series and can be read as a standalone. No cliffhanger. ~ Beth, 5 stars.

Rock Heart is an amazing story where you get to catch up with all the characters you loved in Rock Country, and even the ones you hated. This story follows Chaz (lead singer) and Ryan (new bassist). You'll follow Chaz as he deals with his frustrating biatch of a fiancée Neve, and as their relationship is strained more and more each day, despite her being on your with the band, she shows her TRUE colors in this book. If you don't want to kill her by the time you're done, then you must not have read the right book. Get to know all things Ryan. No matter how much she tries to hide her true self from everyone, the truth eventually comes to light. But it's way better than Neves truth. And it brings the band, and certain members together, closer than they've ever been. Follow Vegas Aces on their first tour without Manny, with Ryan, June, and Sutton .... Oh yeah, and Neve... With more girls... More drama, but also much more.... Everything. The band has to go all out and make major sacrifices when not one but two members of the tour betray them... In more ways than one. When secrets are revealed and someone goes missing.. It puts the band in a tailspin, but they have a tour to complete and commitments to keep. No matter how much it may hurt everyone. Finally everyone... Or everyone who matters is back together.. And they may have an extra on board... Find out who by reading!!! Hearts will be broken, but hearts will also heal. The rest of the Aces Crew was very present in this story and I loved being able to catch up with them. I can’t wait for Rock Bottom!

I LOVE the Vegas Aces series!
We got a glimpse of Chaz's dysfunctional relationship in Rock Country and damn, did I feel for the guy. Neve isn't exactly what you would call warm and fuzzy. She's a total bitch actually. I didn't like her in the first book and was so happy she got the boot, the how's and the why's I'm not going to tell you,just know that I was waving her goodbye with one finger.
Enter Ryan, the new bassist for the band. The sexual tension between her and Chaz is so thick you could cut it with a knife. But she's got a secret, one she isn't ready to tell.
There is so much more to Ryan than I initially thought. She's determined, she's sassy, and she doesn't play games. I freaking love her. She will go to any lengths possible to protect those she loves too.
The rest of the band plays their parts in the story as well. Bobby and June are doing great, then there's Donnie...still my favorite..sorry Chaz. Although Chaz isn't too far behind.

Out of the three books in this series so far I have to say this is my favourite. I really liked this book because it was really well written the way the author kept the plot twist a secret until the perfect time to tell it but the author didn't just spring it out on us she kept hinting that there was more to Ryan than she said but no one could've guessed the life she had away from her rockstar one. I also liked the way their relationship was written and the other complications like both their ex's.
What I liked about the whole series is that when alone they act as the rock stars living the good life but that's the thing it was just an act because when they find the one they love they changed drastically. No longer were they the assholes who didn't care about anyone they were now the loving and caring family man who would do absolutely anything for the ones they love.

After being sucked into the series when I read Rock Country...I had to have the second book! K. Webster does no disappoint in book 2 either! I love the spunky new addition to the band and really found it amazing that the story lead to co-workers being in love. How amazing that would be. I like the idea that she has portrayed these hard rock star bad --- guys into sweet, romantic, loving bad --- rock stars! Each story line is unique as each member of the band. What an amazing series, I'm hoping there is more even after book 3. I have definitely learned my lesson that I will not ever say I don't like rock star books!

Chaz and Ryan's story a little bit predictable from the beginning but the way the writer stringing the words became a very nice story.
I love how patient Chaz toward almost everything. It just like he got the cool headed guy character around him. What I love most was, even when he was in his most anger moment because of his lack of information, he, mostly can handled it well.
But for Ryan's, I just think that she kept the visible problem like she keep all of the mystery in it and it wasn't cool.
She building wall for Chaz was moron step (my thought). But Ryan's last scenes with Neve raised her point to the max! I love cool headed heroine even when it was the last scenes ;)

K. Webster knocked it out of the park with the second book in this series. Chaz is not only an amazingly talented, and hot lead singer but he is so incredibly sweet and kind he truly melts your heart. Ryan is the new bass player with a complicated past that is trying to merge her new rockstar life with the very different life back home. This book has easily been one of my favorite so far this year.

Omg! Kristi you've done it again! I totally loved Chaz and Ryan's story from the very start! I love how Donnie winds them up too but is always there and we get to see more of Bobby and June and Sutton! When Chaz follows her and enters that room-you made tears flow from my eyes! Later on when that biatch comes to his door I held my breath and thought shit! But it was all good! Another brill job and can't wait for Donnies story!

I must admit I like June and Bobby more but Chaz did melt my heart with how he just accepted Ryan and her past no questions asked. I wanted to kill Neve during the parts she was in the picture but loved that she got what she deserved... I am interested in who finally tames Donnie... It can't come soon enough
