Sooo … Nope. I’m sorry, just NO. The big reveal of his secret mid book spoiled any romance of this. The reason for it just didn't fly. Oh she’s catholic? Well, whoop dee do. Utter bull. That's no excuse. You didn't think it was worth mentioning even months down the line?

There is no forgiveness for that, sorry. I was already overlooking some serious stalker vibes. I am done. This ends now. Roadblock ahead. You have entered narcissist "all I do is win win win no matter what" territory. He cares only for himself clearly.

Also I swear this book was a job fair. Author spent half her word count talking about the career trajectory of tangential characters like mothers, sisters, brothers and in laws.

She legit told us how the chores were split in one of the sister's households. Apparently the husband sweeps and the sis does laundry, for those of you just dying to know. We were even privy to How this was decided and the hiccups along the way.

Riveting stuff.

We learnt the sis and her husband are a 50-50 couple (not sure why we had to be told about their finances, maybe because the same sister abandoned an "island buying" rich man at the alter in a previous book? Seemed a weird thing to emphasize).

That they work in the exact same field and actively compete for who has the higher status title and who earns promotions and gets higher pay first (that emasculation is gonna end well down the line, I'm sure, aint nothing more conducive to marital accord than super exact comparisons between you and your spouse as to who is more successful in the same career).

Most contemporary romance I enjoy is more comedic. Otherwise, I generally enjoy the additional experience of a historical time period.

However, I enjoy this author's writing. It is sexy and definitely fantasy. All the main and secondary characters are beautiful, athletic, smart, talented, wealthy, and successful in business and family love. The hero is a jerk but not irredeemably so. Just reading the synopsis already tells he was a bully in 7th grade.

And it has a happily ever after with the additional moral of the story to appreciate loved ones in your life and not waste the moments together. It was definitely a diverting read.

Mad About the Man was a charming and sexy read. I enjoyed the lively characters with their scorching hot chemistry, the sweet and angsty story as well as the writing style, which grabbed my attention from the start. It did have some slow moments in it, but overall, I really liked this read.

Brie Grayson is thirty-three, a successful lawyer with a tendency to be a workaholic, a devoted family member and an all around wonderful person. However, she’s been scorned by love and has decided to never allow herself to be in a situation where her heart can be shattered as it did once before.

Maddox Monroe is a highly successful businessman, with a string of luxury hotels scattered across US and Canada. With his business about to go international, he’s agreed to a meeting with the prestigious MMP law firm, never expecting after all these years, to run into his seventh grade crush who he tormented and teased in an effort to hide his infatuation.

The reconnection between Brie and Maddox plays out on the tennis court in a hilarious match that had me in stitches. I simply adored these two right from the start. Their intense attraction was glaringly obvious, no matter how hard they both tried to hide it. Their push-pull, slow progression into romance was a thrill to read.

They both have painful pasts they need to overcome. I loved how Maddox might have been reluctant to have more than a sexual relationship with Brie but when he realized there was in fact more to his feelings, he was open to it. It was charming to watch him try and break through Brie’s walls, which she had built high and strong. She, out of the two of them, had the most to grow. She had some major trust issues. But even in the middle of their deepest struggles, I loved their characters and how well they were written.

This book opened with an incredible beginning, introducing us to our hero and heroine with dual POV’s. I instantly connected with Brie and I couldn’t help but fall in love with Maddox, even as he was being a little troublemaker and pushing Brie’s buttons. Their interactions were hilarious and fun and I couldn’t help but laugh at their antics and barbs. And when they finally got together, wowza! Hot and sexy!

However, about middle way of the book, things slowed considerably. For me, the story began to feel drawn out and prolonged with an info dump on sub or recurring characters and details and character actions that seemed to stray from the main story. Maybe it felt prolonged because I just couldn’t wait to get back to Brie and Maddox and see what happened next. Having not read the first two books in the series, I had no connection with the recurring characters and didn’t care a lot about what was going on in their lives, so that might have been another reason it felt drawn out.

The last few chapters picked back up with a predictable but well written climax and just enough angsts to pull at your heartstrings and keep you invested to the sweet ending. But for me, after it lost steam, it just never felt the same.

Overall, it was a good read and I enjoyed my time with Brie and Maddox.

Mad About the Man (The Graysons #3) by Tracy Anne Warren has a cute setup with a very independent minded, workaholic lawyer heroine who is very dedicated to her job. Her professional and personal life goes into a tailspin when she comes face to face with someone from her past- a former bully of sorts who made her 7th grade year impossible. The former twelve-year-old bully, who actually had a thing for the heroine is a rich CEO who wants to make amends, so to speak. You can just imagine how he wants to do that, which causes the heroine grief because she finds herself very attracted to her former nemesis who now makes her enjoy life.

Brie is a smart and savvy lawyer who barely has a personal life. She has turned her back on love because she got involved with a co-worker at her old job, who happened to be married and he didn't tell her. Her law firm she has worked at for the past five years or so is trying to grab a new client, some luxury hotel magnate with a lot of money to spend. Brie goes along to seal the deal, and is in for a big surprise because Maddox made her life miserable for a year when she was twelve. Maddox recognizes her right away, and is thrilled she's back in his life. The only way he'll change law firms and lawyers is if Brie is his lawyer. He sweetens the deal by suggesting to her bosses that she makes partner and is given a raise. Brie is annoyed Maddox would use this type of blackmail, but he makes no excuses. She'll try and keep things professional between them, but Maddox is used to getting want he wants. He wants to prove to Brie he's no longer that snot nosed kid she remembers so he can have a shot with her because somehow he knows she's the only woman for him.

Mad About the Man is your typical romance about a rich, handsome CEO hero who tries to take over the heroine's life. But this heroine is no push over. She eventually does cave, but Maddox has to work hard at seducing her. Brie is all work, while Maddox likes to play. She gives in somewhat, but believes her personal relationship has a deadline. Maddox has other ideas. This push and pull between the two was enjoyable to read, and in the end they have some nice chemistry.

The downside to Mad About the Man that made me stop from giving it 4 stars and only 3 stars is that there is too much filler in between. A large section of the story is about Brie home with her family. It pulled me out of the story and the connection Maddox tries to build with Brie. Also, there's a soap opera type of jaw dropping shock that made me roll my eyes. It made no sense why this shock and awe road block for Maddox and Brie would be inserted in the plot. It comes out of left field and puts a big damper on the bond and trust Brie develops with Maddox. I also felt the story went on a bit too long, and even though I enjoyed Brie and Maddox's interactions, things would have worked better as a novella.

Mad About the Man is okay as contemporary romances go, but it would have worked better without the two big issues I mentioned above.

Kitty's review posted at Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

I so was not expecting this story. I loved it – picked it up, started reading it and couldn’t stop until I finished it. Written with exactly what I expect from Tracy Ann Warren, the story was told with just the right amount of laughter, love and lust. She brought the past and present together with style and really made us understand the mind of a pre-teen boy and what lengths he will go to to get the attention of the girl he likes.

Well, even though their lives went in different directions and then brought them back together again, it doesn’t mean that things are going to be any better now that it was in 7th grade for the two of them. Both Brie and Maddox are successful people. Brie an up-and-rising attorney, Maddox a hotel mogul. Apart they are forces of nature but together, there is no stopping them.

Once Brie-Brie faces her fears, accepts her feelings of lust and puts her big girl Mickey Mouse underwear on, she has to admit that her feelings for Maddox are more than just great sex. They have fun together, they have a lot in common, they enjoy each other’s company. Everything that good relationships are built on. But, she is really having a hard time getting past the fact that
he’s a client, his actions in the past and his relentless pursuit of her.
Finally giving in, she trusts her instincts to get her out before it’s too late. Then, several things happen that have her reeling, hurt and broken, again.

Maddox goes after what he wants. When he realizes the woman playing against him in tennis doubles is his middle-school crush, he can’t help but revert to the 12 year old, obnoxious boy that he was. And, seeing her again also makes him see that she could be so much more than hot sex. Decisions have to be made that with either make or break what he has with Brie. He could only hope that she’ll understand, that she will forgive him, that she’ll eventually come back to him. He’ll wait for her, do whatever he has to, if her just being his attorney is all that she will give him …. he’ll take it.

Deception tore them apart … devastation brings them back together again.
I loved Brie’s story. It brought out every emotion that I had. I laughed at their antics when they were young; I was excited when they finally got together; I was mortified when the truth came out; I cried right with the rest of the Grayson’s at the cemetery; then danced with Elvis in Las Vegas.

But, what I loved the most was how the story was told. It was fluid, written with style and flair. Tracy Ann Warren brings out the best in each of her characters. She makes us feel a part of their life and never makes us feel like a voyeur … she draws us in with their laughter and tears, makes us love them and then gives us what really want and crave – a beautiful happily-ever-after.

Oh man where to start. This book made me laugh and cry too! After book 2 of the Graysons I was kind of expecting the series to go downhill like so many others...but surprisingly I could not put this book down! I lost some sleep and finished the book in 2 sittings. As usual the writing is witty and the pace fast-moving. I try not to read too many reviews these days so the conflict in the end came as a surprise as I was expecting it to come from another angle/ plot twist. Nevertheless kudos to the author because seemingly small details early on in the book will make sense at the end as the plot unfolds. I really like the Graysons very much and won't be surprise if there's a story of P.G. Reality can be cruel and life seems unfair at times but this is why we must cherish every moment with our loved ones and let go of petty quarrels and unhappiness, like what Brie did. I love how you read about the other Graysons and how they've grown and the 4* goes to the trilogy (so far.)

PS 1. I really liked that he had bullied her in school because he was behaving like a typical boy...he liked her and therefore he bullied her haha! And he sincerely apologised to her now that he's a man. It's funny how even Brie herself said she still felt and behaved like a teen instead of the sophisticated career woman that she was.

PS 2. Brie and Maddox are like rabbits lol... the other 2 heroes were virile but Maddox is like a sex addict compared to them!

MAD ABOUT THE MAN – Mad about the Trope
http://fangswandsandfairydust.com/201...

So, this is one of those books that seem like a lot of fun, a lot of sexy fun. Maddox is a handsome, hot guy who used to tease the Brie when they were kids. They meet up again and he pursues the hell out of her. We get very steamy hook ups and a great family story — and a lot of drama to.

Here’s what I did not like, and it seems to be happening a lot. He gets time with her by putting her in an untenable business position. She can’t refuse, without jeopardizing her career. Because the proposition is not couched in the language of sexual harassment, but more that she so top-notch that only she’ll do. But, it is sexual harassment.

When she tries to keep it professional, he keeps pushing. It feels wrong.

As far as the relationship that broke her heart – don’t date married guys!

So, the family situation is interesting, the sex scenes are hot. He doesn’t actually force her, he makes it hard for her to refuse.

I think I have to classify this as a guilty pleasure, and for sure I feel guilty for enjoying it.

Good read. This heroine is a lawyer who knew the hero back in junior high when he was seriously obnoxious. He hasn't improved much now, and she bashes him in the face with a tennis serve because of it. But he really has grown up. He was so awful back when because he secretly liked her. He likes her now too, and starts a campaign to win her over. It's a good story.

Tracy Anne Warren always delivers a GREAT story!

Maddox was awesome and made me hurt for him. Brie was so inspiring and made me angry for her. Neither of them were bad but neither of them made REALLY smart decisions . . . until the end.

Maddox as a hero just didn't do it for me. The overly aggressive, stalker-ish vibe in the first half of the book was too strong for me to really warm up to him. Even in the second half, when it was more clear that Brie wanted to be pursued, he just wasn't all that likeable. He seemed like a spoiled rich guy, used to getting his own way, who was going to get what he wanted no matter the cost or what anyone else's feelings on the subject were. It didn't seem to match up with his "tough" childhood - if the author hadn't mentioned that every so often, I would have completely forgotten that he didn't grow up rich.

Overall, I'm glad that Warren has gone back to writing historicals because this contemporary trilogy has not been my favorite of hers. The first book (Zack and Madelyn) was OK, but Ivy and James made me very uncomfortable in book 2 (she was like his own baby sister - he'd literally known her since she was in diapers!), and now book 3 has been something of a disappointment as well. I hope the series ends here.

Yargh. I SO wanted to like this book. I read a review on Dear Author that made the book sound so interesting but... Maddox -- god. I just didn't like him. The whole "I was just a boy tormenting a girl because I liked her" was NOT working for me in this book. Especially because of the way he kept maneuvering himself into her life and not taking no for answer because "he knew she liked it." It just felt icky and stalkerish rather than romantic. Why did I read the whole thing? Because I thought that TAW would pull it out. And she did, for awhile, but then it slid back again. Well, at least I know I don't need to read the other books in this series!

The book started off funny and more interesting than i expected but the catch in the story really threw me off. I was very disappointed in the curve ball that was thrown and i found it inexcusable that she was willing to overlook the issue once realizing life is short. I didn't like the moral or ethical issues that were brushed aside such as cheating or sleeping with your client.

An enjoyable contemporary romance. Brie and Maddox worked well together and are both smart and successful. It would have been nicer if either one of them had real flaws but overall nice and light story.

I'm a sucker for any book where the heroine is a lawyer, but like... The dating your client thing is pretty unethical and it didn't really feel like that was addressed to me.

That said, the book is great. I love the sibling relationship and (since I read these out of order) am really looking forward to going back and reading the other two.

Review

For a long time Brie Grayson didn’t think about the boy that torment her during adolescence to the point where she had to change schools. Now, years later, she is an attorney in one the best law firms in New York, and will do anything to be turned into a partner. She is told to have a golf match with a potential client while her coworker tries to get the deal. This is how she meets M.J. Maddox, the billionaire hotel owner that every firm is trying to get, but he addresses her like “Brie Brie”, making her blood turn cold and all those forgotten memories come back full with anger. In an attempt to scare Maddox, the boy tormentor now turns into a man, she accidentally hits him in the face with a ball. Fearing the worst, the next day at work believing that she it’s getting fired, she learns instead that the firm got Maddox’s account with the condition that she will be the attorney and also be named partner. When confronting Maddox about why he made her partner, he reveals that he always had a crush on her and seeing her again renew those old feelings.

I liked this story from the start, the characters were funny and it had great scenes. Mad About the Man is like the stories where the guy tries to win the affection of the girl, and the girl tries to do everything in her power to not fall for him, but when the conflict presents itself it’s when the story gets more interesting and it grabs the attention of the reader.

The scene where Brie hits Maddox in the face and the after match were great. I was surprised that he made her a partner in his deal, but I was a little disappointed that her coworker only got mad at her and was not an antagonist later on. The story doesn’t have an actual villain or antagonist, it’s more like they are their own enemies. But in the end, they learn to trust each other and have a good relationship.

I liked how Brie didn’t forgive right away Maddox for the lie and how she tried to be strong for herself. And how Maddox fought harder for her forgiveness and love.

The characters that I liked were Brie’s family, they all seem to be unique and odd at the same time. Her mother and sister had funny scenes that made me laugh. But the Grayson family is not always happy, sometimes people get sick and the whole family has to be strong for those family members. It was so heartbreaking the Christmas scene and when Brie’s sister-in-law died.

In this story, the fans of Tracy Anne Warren’s previous book can see again some of the characters from the other two titles. Small glimpses here and there show how the have couples been since their stories, and even show new family members for future books.

Mad About the Man, is a very romantic story that can capture the attention of the readers with the twists and turns of the relationship that Brie and Maddox build over the course the book. It’s funny when it needs to be and sad when it need to show how human the characters can be.

If you are a fan of Tracy Anne Warren and her Graysons series, I recommend you read Mad About the Man. Here two people are reunited after many years, they re-meet and fall in love, and learn to trust their hearts.

Mad About the Man, The Graysons # 3, by Tracy Anne Warren
Grade: C

Brie Grayson never expected the new client she was trying to woo would be the boy from junior high who made her life miserable for a year Maddox Monroe. During a business tennis match Brie can't help getting baited by Maddox and "accidentally" serving a tennis ball to his face. Grace experts to be fired and is shocked when she is made a partner in the firm due to Maddox only wanting her as his lawyer. Now Brie is forced to spend even more time with the man she despises but as Maddox sets out to make her his she finds that the man is a far cry from the boy he used to be.

Maddox Monroe has worked for everything he's ever had and had made one hotel into a billion dollar empire. Maddox is shocked to see his junior high crush on the tennis court and he can't help but tease her like he used to. After one encounter with Brie Maddox knows he wants her and will stop at nothing to get her in his bed. As time goes on Maddox finds himself falling for Brie but past secrets could change all that and he could lose her forever.

Mad About the Man is a great twist on the billionaire romance novels that are all the rage these days. I love that Maddox and Brie have a history that wasn't the best but showed how much Maddox liked Brie even when they were kids. I liked Brie a lot and found her really funny at times which was much needed during the book's darker times. I also liked Maddox but he seemed to change very quickly from a cocky billionaire who was never going to get married into a man who seemed to let Brie walk all over him.

The book starts off very strong and I wa sucked in but about halfway through things changed and it wasn't a good thing. Like I said Brie has a past of being unlucky in love but she seems to punish Maddox for things that other people had done to her. I felt she had a right to be upset but she took it way too far. I felt like Maddox should have been the one to give up not her with the situation. All in all this was a cut book but I didn't love it and I found it difficult to finish.

My Review:
Finally a cover that doesn't look like it has a fifteen year old on it. I hate to be one of those stereotypical judge a book by its cover readers but its nice to have cover inspiration while you read, so props for the cover art taking its content seriously.
Secondly I'm not a big fan of those pre-teen/young adult themed books and it usually takes a really special story to convince me its worth investing in their story however I am a fan of those reunion love stories so that bought me the time I needed to explore the history and the dynamic of our couples lives as well as their relationship. I did feel that Mad and Bri's positions should have been flipped because frankly its a little strange coming from the man's side of it and considering what all went on I felt Mad was owed the resentment instead of Bri. I felt that Mad About the Man could have been easily written without the "billionaire" / "millionaire" aspect and still would have been just as good. The over all romance and story was okay and the rest of the books that follow this installment still have potential to be really great.

Mad About The Man
By Tracy Anne Warren
What do you do when the bane of your existence from middle school becomes the love of your life? Brie Grayson, a successful lawyer has this dilemma.
Maddox Monroe, a luxury hotel owner tormented Brie and made seventh grade unbearable for her. He has also been in love with her since then.
Brie’s law firm wants to get Maddox’s business to their firm. He agrees, with a few conditions, Brie must handle all of his accounts or the deal is off. Maddox begins a campaign to win Brie. She is resistant because her heart was broken years before. Will Maddox be able to break through Brie’s defenses? Will Brie get over her trust issues and give love a chance?
Maddox fell in love with Brie in seventh grade and typical of all middle schoolers, because he liked her, he acted like a bully towards her. During a chance meeting in the Hamptons, Brie “accidently” hits Maddox in the face with a tennis ball after he makes a comment similar to some of the taunts he used in school. As they begin to work together, it becomes harder for Brie to separate work and fun. She realizes there is more to Maddox then his seventh grade self.
I really enjoyed this book. Brie comes from a large, happy family. In addition to her work at the firm, dealing with Maddox’s advances, Brie is involved with her sister Ivy’s wedding. Maddox on the other hand had to take care of his mother and sister. Maddox worked very hard to get Brie to see the adult man and not the mean boy. After betraying her trust, Maddox nearly loses Brie. It will take a monumental effort to win her back. It was interesting to see the changes happen in the relationship between these two characters and the realization that they both did love each other. I also enjoyed the dynamic within the Grayson family even in the face of tragedy. I highly recommend this book.

Maddox and Brie have known each other for years. But things were not always great and they were not friends. I guess the saying "boys are mean to the girls they like best" is true! Maddox made Brie's 7th grade year hell. He wasnt nice to her and made fun of her all the time. She assumed that he hated her, well after that year she would move on to another school and not see Maddox again for 20 ish years, and at the next meeting they would have built up their careers and lives and now in their 30's. Brie didnt recognize Maddox after all them years but he sure remembered her. Yea Brie thought he was hot but defiantly put him in his place!
What I enjoyed most about Mad About The Man is watching them go back and forth, watching him want her and her pushing him away. (great reading entertainment for sure!) Then watching as they realize they got so much in common and they get along great, enjoy time in bed and out of bed. You can just watch as the words come to see that both of them are falling in love, even if neither want to admit it to each other or themselves!
This book is fantastic, I would recommended this book to anyone who loves reading about adults who knew each other as kids, but didnt get along then, but then grew up to be perfect for each other in every way! This is a sweet love story, that has it up's and down's just like in real life! If you like stories like this, then Mad About The Man is a must!

This was sexy, sweet & funny rivals-to-lovers romance that took me by surprise in the best way possible.

The story took right off with possibly the funniest character reconnection I can remember reading in a long time. I couldn't help but laugh out loud at the way that Brie handled Maddox on the tennis court and even better was the light-hearted way that Maddox handled that handling.

When Maddox set his sights on Brie after that, for the second time around, he came off much the same as the first time, as an immature jerk who went about getting the attention of his crush in all the worst ways. As the story progressed and they fell into an easy relationship with no plans for a future or anything past the feelings they shared for the moment, I fell more Maddox as the sweet, protective, loving guy he was.

As expected, their relationship couldn't be all hot sex and easy-talk, feelings got involved, misunderstandings happened and secrets were revealed at the most inopportune times but the journey to their HEA was well worth the trials and tribulations along the way. Though I haven't read the other books in the series, I was glad to get an insight into the other couples and have already added their stories to my never-ending TBR.

This story was the perfect blend of heat, sweet and hilarity that anyone who enjoys a rivals-to-lovers romance will enjoy and should pick up ASAP.

Brie Grayson, Lawyer, at a New York "Top-Notch" law firm is finally back on top after a love affair has gone wrong, broke her heart and derailed her career. She is offered partner at "MMP" with a major client that turns out to be a boy from her past that bullied her and made her 7th grade year a living hell.
Maddox Monroe, Luxury Hotel Magnate, fought his way out of a devastating life as a teenager and built an empire. He reconnects with his school boy crush on a tennis court as she nails him in the face with a tennis ball. She despises him and he thinks she's more alluring than ever.
Maddox knows what he wants and it's definitely Brie and so he sets out to get her, but he has to break through those walls she's built up around her heart first. They both acknowledge the lust but can they get both get past the betrayal and hurt that's been thrown at them?

This book is part of the series, The Grayson's, and it is a enemies to lover's book that grabs your attention from the first word to the last. You will LOL at the humor in this book and enjoy it's plot and entertaining characters.

I found all three books of The Grayson series to be highly entertaining and very fast reads. Mad About the Man focuses on Brie who is the sister to both Madelyn (from book one) and Ivy (from book two). She didn't play a big role in the first two books but you find all about her in this story. Brie is a lawyer and while at a client meeting to play tennis discovers that the new client her firm wants to sign once teased her endlessly when they were both in Jr high. Maddox fits the bill as the guy who secretly had a crush on Brie but never knew what to do with his feelings so why not annoy the crap out of her. I love books that have the trope- knew each other as kids, reunite as adults. Brie remembers Maddox and what he put her through and is not ready to forgive or forget which makes for great chemistry because Maddox will not give in so easily. He has his heart set on winning Brie. I also loved seeing a glimpse of what the couples from the first two books are doing now.

Thoughts: Mad About The Man brings two successful people together – almost in the boardroom – and manages to throw in a childhood twist on top of that. Maddox always had a bit of a crush on Brie, but in typical boyhood fashion doesn’t always know the best way to express it. If anything he manages to make her somewhat hate him! (Let’s just say there is an embarrassing moment involving Mickey Mouse panties!) Fortunately for him, he’s managed to become much, much better at getting the ladies to like him over the years. Can manage to turn around Brie’s low opinion of him?

I thought this was a really sweet romance – a bit like a Harlequin Romance mix of a billionaire troupe/theme and the typical boyhood crush, with a little bit more depth. It at least it had that kind of a feel to it. If those are right up your alley, then you won’t go wrong with this one!

“Mad About the Man was a charming and sexy read. I enjoyed the lively characters with their scorching hot chemistry, the sweet and angsty story as well as the writing style, which grabbed my attention from the start. It did have some slow moments in it, but overall, I really liked this read....”

Imagine Brie Grayson’s embarrassment when the law firm's wealthy new client turns out to be the person who continually humiliated her in grade school. Maddox Monroe is stunned when he sees Brie. He has been in love with her since grade school and now she will be his attorney. And if Maddox has his way about it, she will be more than that. As Maddox tells Brie, little boys are mean to little girls they like. Brie is determined to keep their relationship on a business level but Maddox is wearing her down.

This was a delightful book as the romance between Brie and Maddox grew into a strong relationship.

I was browsing at my local library and saw a book by Tracy Warren (recognized it) and decide to get it on the whim without even knowing it was part of a trilogy.

I enjoy the plot as I never read a book with this plot before. We all heard stories on tv or told by adults (when we were younger) that boys that are mean to girls usually mean that they like the girls. Of course that is not always the case as there are real cases of bullies. But I like the fact that in this book, we get to see it play out. A boy bullies the girl he loves and then find her in the future and is determine to win her over (make her forget the embarrassing moments long ago).

I recommend this book!~ It's great.

Brie n Maddox, the first love they had since they were 12, maybe only Maddox not Brie, but how they were in grade school did something bullies it was interesting but embarrassed too.

A decade later, both had their success n met again, they may not has chance when they were 12, now they had.

Sorry to learnt that Caroline left, it is sad but what PG said was right, everyday we had with our love is blessing, even we finally lost Caroline, we cherished the days we had, n don't waste ur time because u never when is the last day of yours.

Love, live, cherish everyday we have.
