Rate this book

Very poorly edited. Some of the information is left out of the clues leaving the puzzles unsolvable.

Ex: 5B refers to four married couples but never mentions 'Susan' in the puzzle description nor any of the statements. It only mentions her actual name in the solution. I originally made the incorrect assumption that two of the women had the same first names. However, confusing as it may be, you could feasibly still solve the puzzle if you refer to her as a mysterious unnamed 4th woman.

The very first warm-up in this book isn't complete. There is no way to determine three of the answers; the solution offers nothing. It says that based on one of the clues, you can deduce something, but when you actually read the clue, that information is not included. I thought I had missed something somehow but as I continued through the book and noticed that many of the puzzles were very easy for me (so it's not like I just didn't understand it), that there were redundant clues (like listing people, saying, "One of them is Jean," and then revealing that all the names are given) and editing errors, I finally figured the book itself was just poorly done. It's frustrating to spend money on a book and discover so little work was put into it compared to similar books. Disappointing.
